Why is it that as this next deployment approaches I feel more and more excited to do my job again, to be 'Doc'.. but the feelings of dread for coming home afterwards keep getting worse and worse? I feel like I want to leave and not come back.

back from leave and heading off tomorrow for ranger's. hopefully make the cut cause if not ill be going on shitty deployment before too long. wow lifes all happened at once.

Going home for 2 weeks in a few hours. Hopefully things aren't going to go as bad as I am expecting

A'hm BACK! 4 days of shootin off Ma Duece's 240's and TOW-2's plus one of my infantrymen hurt themselves so I recieved some practice at trauma. All in all, good week

Well this kinda sucks... Got off work for a 4 day pass only to receive a txt to call my grandmother. Called her and talked for 13 seconds before she ran outta breath and the doctor explained to me she had only a few minutes left...... I think im done for the day

Today was the first time I was on a Military Memorial Detail for a man i served with and knew. A rather humbling experience

halfway through EFMB though i may be coming home early :/ blew the written test hardcore. not out of the running for the badge yet though! when ever i do get back I'll return to my posting and fanfiction

Going to be on Hiatus for a couple weeks. the Battalion has me going on to the field for EFMB quals. Wish me luck!
