I can answer this in two easy statements. No stereotypical neckbeards who are highly visible in the public eye to tar all of our names No fedoras That's all I need.

Unless you name them Cadence or Belle (and then call them Sweetie as a nickname), then this is not a good idea. It could hurt a child's chances for a career if their name is "Shining Armor" or "Twilight Sparkle". Its just like how many of the more over the top names in urban neighborhoods (Laquisha comes to mind) hurt kids chances of getting a good job.

Quite a few, actually, and many bring up many logical, well thought out points that are hard to refute. Not all Anti-bronies are idiots. Some are quite articulate and well spoken.

We aren't a government, so we can't draw parallels to one. We're a group of people who like a cartoon and talk about it on the internet. Not quite the same thing as the framing of the Constitution.

No, don't shun them necessarily. Just don't humor them, and try and minimize their visibility within the fandom. If they are into stuff like that, its their right and their business, but they shouldn't be shoving it in our faces, and should either keep it to themselves, or only show it to other like minded individuals on specific communities for just them.

I haven't been bullied in years, since middle school actually, when all of us bullied each other in one way or another. It didn't really get to me, it was actually probably good for me, and toughened me up. Bullying can be bad and unpleasant, but its inevitable. Where there are differences there are conflicts. The best thing to do is minimize whatever you're being bullied for. Like, if you're bullied for MLP, maybe bringing that MLP backpack to school is a bad call. Obviously there are somethings that can't be changed, like body type or orientation, and people who bully for that are the worst. In a nutshell, bullying isn't going to stop. Kids will be kids. Once everyone matures out of that phase though, its all good.

MLP exists to sell toys, and has the market cornered. Any new attempt at a new brand line of pony toys for little girls would be an absolute failure, so no company will try it.

Now that I'm nearing graduation, all I can say is, dang, I'm going to miss high school so much! I had a lot of fun, made a ton of great friends, and good times were had by all. Almost every amazing memory I have is from the last two years of high school. (Underclassmen don't have much fun because they don't have cars and its harder to get out and have shenanigans, and I was no exception to that rule. But my Freshman and Sophomore years weren't bad, they just weren't incredible.)

That would only work if he was discriminated against for race, religion, or sexuality. You can't discriminate against a fan of a show, and it is probably technically within his right to refuse service. I wouldn't make a big deal of it if it was me. Then again, I shudder just at the thought of buying an MLP magazine or, well, anything MLP, let alone at a public store, but that's just me.

First of all, I just wanted to point out that I love that the poll is forming a practically perfect normal model right now. Anyways, on topic, don't you think that's a little unfair? I mean, I certainly don't think I'm a loser in real life. I mean, I'm a lifeguard, soccer captain, Senior Class President, a lifeguard, and I am going to be attending an excellent college, I haven't yet decided where I am going to go, although I have already been accepted to the Naval Academy, Tulane, UCLA, USC, and UC Santa Barbara. I think I'm the exact opposite of a loser dude! Although I do understand, a lot of bronies do seem to be pretty lazy and kind of nonstarters. But again, that's not all of them.

I think Enchantress means that there are nice guys and "nice guys". Nice guys are just genuinely good dudes. "Nice Guys" are afraid to tell a girl their feelings, so they deceive them, pretend to be their friend, and then out of the blue ask them out. When they are told that they should stay friends, they throw it back in the girls face and whine they were "friendzoned", which isn't a very nice thing to do at all to a girl who just said she wants to keep being thier friend, despite thier deception.

I never said you can tell anything about them. All they do is fit the visual stereotypes to a tee. (Fedoras, odd facial hair, awkward body language, strange clothing) Now, for all we know these guys are super chill bros who are all on the lax team or the coolest guys at their schools.... but come on dude, we know they aren't. Is it a fair judgement? No, but their physical appearance is all the detractors of the fandom need to lump us all into one big negative category.
