What is a good "pony model" then? Can you give me some pointers?

I'm not sure if I can give you any pointers, but what I can say is pay attention to all the details and try to draw it out.  If it looks wrong to you, erase and fix it.  It's that simple.

You could open up an episode of MLP on youtube or something, and pause it on some part and then try to draw one of the ponies. 

Or then you can just google a guide on how to draw ___ (any pony you want to draw). That's what I have done anyway. 

 

Oh and the drawing is nice, just the neck is too thick, but you already know that.

Overall i quite like it, very cleanly drawn, and overall just a good drawing.

 

However i will say the neck is a bit thick, and maybe even a little long.

 

Other then that however everything looks pretty darn good! Good job!

Thank you.  I appreciate the feedback.  However, I am well aware of the neck problem.  It was just too big of a mistake to fix.

I can't draw so I had a girl at my school draw me Fluttershy. I really like and and wish I could do my own artwork.

I used to think I couldn't draw, but the truth is, I can, but I'm absolutely hopeless without a model in front of me.  Try that!

Not trying to be rude here, but I don't think pinkie's neck is suppose to be that thick.

Trust me... I know... but it was too big of a mistake to just simply fix without redoing the entire drawing.  There were a lot of minor mistakes fixed in the process of making this.

Here is a picture of the Pinkie Pie drawing that I made.  Compared to the Fluttershy drawing I made a long time ago, this is an enormous improvement.  I shall colour it in soon.

I think that this episode was very well done.  It wasn't as good as Return of Harmony, but hands down the second best season opening so far.  I have strong faith that Season 4 will be great.  But the one thing that I cannot stress enough the fact that I am absolutely bothered about how Twilight is treated so differently as a Princess.  This was exactly what I was worried about.  The hub made it sound like this wasn't going to be much of an issue , but it IS!  Granted, Twilight didn't just become all high and mighty, and miss important, like we feared, but this is still a problem for me.  And it's such a shame that I'm using season 3 material to degrade my experience for season 4...

The following link will lead you to my let's play of Story of the Blanks, a really old Creepypasta game that was made around the beginning of the Brony fandom.  I think the game has aged pretty poorly, because when I played it, I heard it's very popular, but it didn't seem like much.

My let's play has a little bit of editing in it to make it more interesting, but other than that, it's a pretty typical LP.

I know that no one ever seems to do this when I ask, but could you PLEASE give it a rating out of 10? Also be honest.  I actually hate it when people just say "It's good" to be polite!

Description:

Adamant Blaze is an earth pony with aspergers, and has a lot of trouble socializing with other ponies.  In a lot of social circles he is unaccepted, and is bullied, picked on, and treated horribly.  He came to Ponyville around the time of season 2.  The only one he truly considers as a friend is Pinkie Pie.  Pinkie is friends with everyone in Ponyville, but she especially likes Adamant Blaze.

Blaze also has a crush on Pinkie, but is not brave enough to tell her.

Pinkie, I'm so bored!  Please make me happy.
