@Illiad Easle Nebel simply nodded in response, not wanting to explain what had actually happened to the raiders. Neither of them had any idea what a fair price would be for any of their gear, they hadn’t even seen more than a few bits in their entire lives. He would agree to the offer and exchange the goods for the bits. When the old mare explained what she has for sale, the stallion took some interest in the armour set, the idea of Nightfall having extra protection appealed to him. “What class of armour is that?” Nightfall asked, as if she had been reading her brother’s mind. “I don’t want anything that might slow me down.” Nebel also pondered the offer to tune their weapons up a bit. But given how little they had used them and how lacklustre their skills were, he wasn’t confident that it would be a worthwhile investment.

@Samurai Toshigami Once they enter the roon, the three kirin look around and take in all the sounds while the musicians greet Fukami. He seems to be a bit of a big deal here. “Hey, everypony!” Ayla attempts a greeting before turning to Fukami. “Umm, I don’t know this song, or likely any of the other ones you play. I don’t suppose there’s any way I can take part, is there?” She asks. “I’d definitely like to if it’s possible at all.”

@Samurai Toshigami “Hmm… I have to admit, I’m kinda curious to find out what this ‘Wandering Wolf’ song is all about.” Ayla remarks. “I’m down. Let’s do it!” “Ooo~! Jam session? Count me in!” Charlotte exclaims. “Sure, Fukami, we can all hang out together, that sounds like a good time to me.” Silver nods and smiles in agreement.

@Samurai Toshigami Silver smiles and nods. “It’s very interesting to me to see how much influence you’ve had on your region. Something to be proud of for sure.” “Hey there!” He turns to greet the newcomers. Ayla and Charlotte also smile and wave.

@Samurai Toshigami “You mean, skabox seats?” Ayla replied with a goofy look on her face. Charlotte giggled and Silver groaned but still had a smile on his face. “Ah, ok, well did you have a favourite genre at all?” Silver asks.

@Illiad Easle It didn’t take long for the scrapyard to come into view. They decided to enter, and as they walked in, they saw an older mare waving to them along with what appeared to be a couple of her pet dogs. Nebel looked to the amour and then back to old mare Gibson. “Yes, that is exactly why we’re here.” He set the armour down on her porch. “I’m wanting to sell this armour. We also have some drugs and ammo, not sure if you would be interested in those. I’d also be interested in seeing what you’ve got for sale.”

@Samurai Toshigami “Sounds pretty amazing!” Ayla nodded her head as Fukami talked. “I’d be willing to check out this ska concert.” “Hmm, Fukami? What sort of bands did you used to play in?” Silver asks, looking at the posters that his samurai friend pointed out.

@Samurai Firefighter Ayla looks up at the music hall with wide eyes, fascinated by the architecture. Inside, the three kirin followed Fukami over to the schedule. “Oooo~! Punk rock sounds like my scene! Well, maybe not exactly, but pretty close!” Ayla exclaimed. “Uhhh, what’s ska?” She asks with a puzzled look. “I’ve never heard of that kind of music before.”

@Samurai Firefighter “Ooooo~! You have a music hall?” Ayla asks excitedly. “I wanna go to the music hall!” Silver smiles and Charlotte giggles a bit. “Can’t say I’m surprised!” Charlotte comments. “That has you written all over it.”

@Samurai Firefighter (OOC: All good, my friend!) “Flourish? What’s that?” She asks as he uses his wind magic to help her do a loop. “Umm, I’m not sure I do.” She decides to try again anyway, and this time, she manages to pull it off. “Hey look, I did it!” She says excitedly. Silver and Charlotte congratulate her before returning their attention to the sights below. “That sounds a lot like our home!” Charlotte replied. “We hardly ever have any conflict, either.”

@Illiad Easle “Got it. We’ll be sure to head to Nova and check the town out. Once again, thank you very much for helping us here, I truly appreciate it.” Nebel says before the two vault dwellers head off again. Before they get back on the main road, Nightfall takes the time to stop and check the bodies for anything useful. “Night, what are you doing?” Nebel asks with a disgusted look. “They’re dead, did you not see the explosion?” Nightfall looked up at her brother for a moment with a look that said ‘Really?’ before looking back down at the former raiders. “Ok, so, look what we got here. Some armour, some bullets for our guns, a pipe, and some drugs. That guard told us there’s a scrapyard along the way to Nova, we can sell the armour there. I’m keeping the ammo and the pipe, and we can sell the drugs. I’m sure there’s some sort of trader in Nova that’ll take ‘em.” Nightfall explains before putting the ammo, pipe, and drugs into her saddlebag. “You take the armour, you’re bigger.” She says to her brother. “See, look at all this stuff we would’ve missed out on.” Nebel sighs as he takes apart the amour into pieces that would fit into his bag. “You have no idea what they could’ve had on them. What if they had a bomb or something?” “It would’ve blown up.” Nightfall replied, unphased. Once back on the main road, they continued towards Nova, keeping an eye out for the scrapyard they were told about.

@Samurai Firefighter (OOC: Griffins? Where? ) The three kirin relish in the temporary gift of flight they have been given. Silver marvels at the view they have from up above. “This is great!” Charlotte said as she flew alongside her brother. “I’m so happy we got to bypass all that scary travelling!” Silver nodded and smiled, happy that his sister was feeling better. He looked forward to being able to share Japone with her. Meanwhile, Ayla chose to stay close to Fukami. She attempted to do some loops like Silver had earlier but was struggling to pull them off. “Hey! How come Silver does those loops so easily and I can’t? He’s never even flown before!” She whined to Fukami.

@Samurai Firefighter Charlotte gasps a bit as Fukami’s magic lifts all three of them into the air. Since Ayla has experienced this before, it doesn’t take her long before she adjusts. Silver, ever the adventurer, is fascinated by his newfound ‘ability’ and tries to do a few loops. After a few moments, they’ve all gotten used to being up in the sky and wait for Fukami to lead the way.

@Samurai Firefighter Charlotte and Silver look at each other and blink. “Flight? How?” Silver asks. “None of us can fly.” “Flight is part of Fukami’s wind magic stuff.” Ayla explains. “I think he can probably make it so that we can all fly along with him, isn’t that right?” She asks him.

@Illiad Easle The ground was difficult to traverse, a few times Nebel almost stumbled, but luckily, he kept on all fours and continued running until he got close to the tower. There, he would stop as a pegasus guard approached them. He saw the raiders, and flew by the unicorns, dropping some sort of explosive near a couple of the raiders, wiping them out and discouraging the rest from continuing their pursuit. An earth pony guard asked them what they were doing. Nebel had to take a few moments to catch his breath before responding. “Ah, yes, we’re ok now, thanks to that explosion. We’ve been trying to stick to the main road to avoid confrontation, but I knew it was inevitable we’d come across some real trouble at some point. Thank you for your assistance, we both truly appreciate it.” Nightfall nods in agreement while her brother grabs his canteen from his saddlebag and takes a drink. “By the way, we’re looking for a courier named Red, an earth pony. She was in the area recently, headed to Primm. Anypony here happened to see her?” Nightfall queried.

@Samurai Firefighter “Well yes, of course.” Silver nods in agreement. Charlotte is content to continue licking her lollipop, enjoying the unique flavours and sensations that it created. “Nah, I’m good, we can go whenever you’re ready.” Ayla replies. “I’m sure we’ll meet up with everypony else later.”

@Samurai Firefighter “Huh, ok, well thank you then, Denki.” She takes the lollipop with her magic and starts licking it. “Mmmm, this is yum!” She exclaims. “Uh, well that’s interesting to know, but she’s not a filly. She’s only a couple years younger than me.” Silver whispers back to Samurai.

@Samurai Firefighter Silver returns the hoof bump and can’t help but laugh and shake his head at Denki’s reaction. Charlotte tilts her head a bit, somewhat confused by Denki’s sudden change in attitude. She looks to Ayla momentarily who shrugs, likely just as confused. “Umm, maybe, what does this Zander Pop taste like?” She asks, her voice a mix of curiosity and uncertainty.

@Samurai Firefighter “Hold on, Samurai, I could’ve sworn Denki was about to say he was worried about you. Unless I was mistaken…” Silver has a smug look on his face. Ayla and Charlotte can’t help but giggle at Silver’s comment. “But yes, anyway, Denki, this is Ayla and Charlotte. Charlotte is my younger sister and Ayla is a friend of ours.” They each nod and wave as they are introduced. “Hey, Denki! Nice to meet you!” Charlotte said, back to her chipper self. A stark contrast to the way she had been feeling just several minutes ago.

@Samurai Firefighter Ayla and Charlotte start take in the sights but are taken a bit aback by the irate unicorn that rounds the corner. “What’s his problem?” Charlotte whispers to Silver. “Oh, that’s just Denki, he’s another one of the samurai.” Silver whispers back. “My initial encounter with him was also less than ideal. He’s got a bit of a temper, but don’t worry, he’s got a good heart just like the rest of the samurai do.”

@Samurai Firefighter “Woooaaaahhh, that’s so cool!” Ayla and Charlotte said at the same time, giggling and hugging each other at this realization. Silver blinks and smiles at their reactions, nodding slowly. “This place is wonderful, and I hope that you’ll both enjoy it just as much as I did the first time I was here.”

@Illiad Easle Nebel’s ears perk up as he hears noises from the service station, seems their efforts to remain undetected had been thwarted. Nebel freezes up, unable to decide what they should do. Nightfall yells at her brother to break him out of his trance. She sees the military force at the glowing tower and takes off as fast as she can towards it. Nebel follows, and due to his taller physique, can run much faster. He places her on his back as he heads towards the tower.

@Samurai Firefighter “I’m looking forward to it!” Ayla replies happily. “Should be a great time for all of us.” “Yea, I know you can do it, but to go that far? I don’t know, that sounds pretty impressive to me.” Silver remarks. Charlotte gladly takes Samurai’s hoof and offers her other hoof to her brother. “Does it work like that, or does Silver have to be touching you directly as well? I don’t wanna leave the others behind.” She asks, unsure.

@Samurai Firefighter Silver gives Samurai a look. “Huh? You can do that? I’m still learning so much about you…” Ayla is a bit apprehensive of the sudden contact at first, but then she remembers the conversation they had last night and relaxes a bit. She puts her hoof around him. “Hey, you. Yea, I might come along. Kinda thought you’d pick me up, though.” She said playfully. Charlotte looks over to Samurai with wide eyes. “I didn’t know that was an option. That would really help me, but that sounds like a very big ask. Are you sure you want to do that? I don’t want to be an inconvenience.”
