Made homemade ribs for the first time and the best I ever had. These ribs are a Saint Louis rib with a not-so-spicy-or-salty dry rub mixed with jalapeño flakes, ancho and chipotle chili powders, and some Old Bay. We let them marinate it for two days within an aluminum wrap and then slow-baked them in the oven. Finally, they were briefly carmelized with a nice, juicy, subtly sweet, yet thin braising liquid to add some tangy pazzazz. Mm-mm-MMMMMMM!
