    After doing more research on soy, I'm going to try to stop eating Clifbars, which I would eat almost everyday. Now, I got to find a way to subsitute those caloires and macros.

      They contain soy. There's some controversy about the health benefits and risks of consuming soy. I prefer to stay away from all products containing soy.
