From the fight or flight response, Star decided to follow the vagabond to his destination. She flapped her wings with all her heart and soul. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-pmth." Star Belle had smacked right into a lonely tree. "Cap... Wait for me, wait for me!!!" Dizzy, she flew as if she were a bit tipsy.

@ Star stood up and stretched "Sheesh, harsh much? And I've heard bad things about the Everfree, so wanted you to go in first to prove it's survivable. Want an apple? I got them at Sweet Apple Acres." Taking a bite of an apple, she asked, "Sooo... What are the plans?" Probably a bad idea to tell him I'm an actress, he would probably think low of it, Star thought. And an even worse one to tell him I'm part changeling. ((((@@Torrent505 that last Ice Crystal post!)))) Oops... Just pretend it happended before the attack... Darn you dinner!

Star Belle had been sleeping peacefully until Runedawn had yelled. ★♪★♪★♪★♪★ @@Torrent505 "Ah!" A small ring of sharp ice crystals formed around Ice. "W-who a-are y-you?" she inqured the voice from nowhere. "I-I wasn't g-going to st-st-steal the Crystal Heart, I s-swear!" She was shivering out of fear.

"I see," Star looked at the little group around her. Taking a breath, she began her story: "i was born and raised in Manehatten, and have lived there until, well, now. "At a relatively young age, I started perusing acting for a career, since it is my special talent. I've been on Bridleway before, and though I never have been super famous, I enjoyed it and it paid the bills." "I don't have that much of a dramatic past, well, actually my job was being dramatic, heh heh, so I'm not very experienced with this kinda thing."

"Nice to meet you Wanderlust, I'm glad somepony is polite and didn't get caught in the chaos," Star sat next to the fire, letting its heat warm her. "So... Wanderlust... Want an apple?" She held an apple out to Wanderlust as she took a bite of her own. This might be the best apple I've even tasted, thought Star Belle.

Star looked at everypony, more than a little confused. "What's going on? Who did what? Before we go around accusing ponies, can I at least share my story with you guys?" Pushing the crate of apples closer to the fire, she glanced at the new ponies. "Name's Star Belle by the way."

Star carried the apples up to the campsite. "There you guys are! I've been looking EVERYWHERE! Guess what I got!" When her group had headed for the Everfree Forest, she had decided to go to Sweet Apple Acres. The was still quite a few trees left. Unable to carry many apples in her satchel, she had "borrowed" a crate to carry the apples in. The search for her fellow survivors had not been made any easier from all the extra weight, so it had taken a long time to find them. "Sooo... um... what's your name?" ***** "Hello? Hello? A-any survivors? P-please come out." The crying filly walked around the city before going to the castle. The Crystal Heart. It had survived, but the ponies that powered it were dead.

(@ Yes, totally cannon environments.) "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, YE MUCKLED DARNED PONIES, WHERE YOU AT? I AM STILL ALIVE!" The yell almost made Star jump out of her skin. But instead of running in fear, she smiled happily. "HELLO? WHO IS IT? I'M STAR BELLE! WHERE ARE YOU?" Star was surprised she had any voice left after her scream. Excitedly, she ran towards the voice. ****** Ice Crystal found only broken crystal shards where there used to be a beautiful city. She laid on the floor, crying as the ground became covered in ice from the touch of her horn.

All that remained were crumbling remnants of what had once been Manehattan. Cautiously, Star stepped out of the manhole. "What... Happened?" She headed toward where her apartment had been. All that was left was a pile of debris. "It's kinda chilly. I wonder if I can find one of my old jackets in this pile of crap." Digging though the trash, Star found an empty satchel, her purple fleece jacket, and half a moldy sandwich, which received the response of "ew". Putting on the satchel and jacket, she walked, with no particular destination, trying to find a living soul. ★★★ Ice Crystal zapped a final falling flame. "Whew! Hard work trying not to burn to death!" Little snow was left on the ground after the Firestorm. The remnants mostly surrounded Ice's cave. Oh no, the crystal ponies! she realized. Her uncontrollable ice powers had saved her life, but that wasn't the same case for everypony. Panicking, she put on her boots (which were bright pink) and ran in the direction of the Crystal Empire.

Mm... I don't wanna get up... grr...

Nice drawing, and like the others said, "Batmare" tends to refer to the crossover superhero(ine). I, personally, like Vampireshy better, but people are (unfortunately) allowed to have their own opinions.
