Shadow saw this as a golden opportunity to gain some play out of this boring display of irony. So he simply stepped back and moved the snow slightly forward to dump the whole load on the swordspony, leaving little chance for the overbalanced swordspony to respond to it. Afterwards he snickers and casually glances at the shortsighted unicorn. "And that, to paraphrase you, was for MY amusement... And it was fairly satisfying to use your own poorly planned attack on your comrade."

Shadow @Cinderscribe, @ragestar, @~chaotic sole~, @Geek0zoid, @Icy Void, Shadow glances over from his bit of play with the swordpony to look at the... probably a bit thick one and his thicker friend. with a curious glance, the way something would look at another being if it had just said something phenomenally stupid. "Look. That was not an agreement, nor did you provide any good reasons to help you. You have offered literally nothing to make this worth my time... at all. And seriously, I've done nothing more than defend myself from unfounded attacks this whole time. Yet somehow i'm still the evil, sick, and twisted one here? Come on, my every insult has been well founded in fact an-!......" Shadow then looks like hes had an idea and grins like hes found something very tasty. "Ohhhh i know, your using redirection! Your trying to paint us as the bad ones to redirect your own, rightful i might add, fault and guilt... Clever but fact and actions are totally on my side. Your every action and word has painted you as the evil one where as i've merely been defending myself from you, that makes me the innocent one here."

Shadow @Cinderscribe, @ragestar, @~chaotic sole~, @Geek0zoid, @Icy Void, Shadow simply stops the blade with his own with ease and twists his opponents blade on contact, forcing him to either drop the blade or cut his mouth open upon the edge. Rolling his eyes and responding in a bored tone. "Wrong again, that would solve nothing and would kill your race regardless... And are we really the filth here? I've been insulting a few morons who have doomed their world with their own thoughtless actions, even your pitiful attempts at harming me have been met with tolerance. Your own insults deflected just as easily. Every action here only makes you the filthy aggressors not us."

Shadow @Cinderscribe, @ragestar, @~chaotic sole~, @Geek0zoid, @Icy Void, Shadow simply grins and dissipates as the pony takes a small swing at him, promptly drifting over beside Amethyst before reforming with the same amused grin. "I take back what i said about the mirror, it probably disintegrates with your very presence. I'm sure that as 'blackhearted coward' like me wouldn't hesitate to doom a world out of ignorance to how things really work." *'The irony is that hes already stated his intent to do things that would flush this place down the toilet... Fix his mistakes, yeah right, hes only going to make things worse should he continue without thinking as he has already done.'*

Shadow @, @ragestar, @~chaotic sole~, @Geek0zoid, @Icy Void, Shadow snickers for a few moments before speaking up one last time, his voice still amused but also bored. Apparently hes losing interest in the conversation. "Our problems hmm? I can remember stating that this is not our problem a couple of times already. We didn't recklessly destroy the guardian of our world that would be you bunch, attacking something that kept the balance would have been pointless and the only reason it didn't turn you into pony guts is because its not supposed to. 'Guardian' keeps going over your head doesn't it? And for the last time, We have absolutely no reason to work with you. All you have done is made it quite clear to me that you three at least deserve your fate, this has been irritating and only mildly amusing. You are still acting like we have a reason to do any more than watch as your world is ripped apart, their is nothing in it for me to aid you in any way... Nor do i care what a leach calls me, i find the term 'demon' a quite amusing coming from you three actually."

Shadow @@Geek0zoid, At the ponies response Shadow outright laughs, a truly amused laugh, before responding to him with an amiable and pleased tone. "Hehehe i like you, your funny. Even if that where true i'm taking that into account and each of them would be in turn destroyed as a result of the collision. If my home loses i'm actually thinking of calling this place The Shadowlands... Name pending a better one. Now if i helped you it had better be worth my while..."

Shadow @@Geek0zoid, Shadow looked like he wanted to burst out into laughter. "Yeah right, lets pretend that your world has even the slightest chance of winning. Not a single being would be left alive that could oppose me. I would literally be the single most powerful being, other than Amethyst of course, left alive! Ask me again what i'd do?"

Shadow @, @, @@Geek0zoid, @, @@Icy Void, As the swordspony points his weapon at the second being without considering that the other pony might know a bit about swords them-self, he rapidly smacks the sword out of the ponies grip with a precise and practiced movement from his tailblade. sending it to the ground a few meters away. "Next time i'll take aggression as a genuine challenge and not a misstep in communications." He then casually steps in front of Amethyst to deter any further aggression towards her. "Lets start this off with nice and simple facts. One: We don't need to help you at all. I know that i would be quite content to watch the two worlds collide and have a front row seat to the carnage, its not even guaranteed that i would die in the collision. You ponies have absolutely no leverage and trying to make us tell you anything is counterproductive to your very lives. Two: I was not bitching i was stating pure logical facts. You have destroyed your own world. You are leaches... well all of you but the sword loving one. And we have no reason to help in any way other than out of a sense of amusement... And none of you three are even slightly amusing or pleasant and i don't like the blue ones tone so hes not either. Three: Come up with an actual good reason to have us help you. All your wining is doing is making me want to leave and play with somepony else. Four: Fact of the matter is you did just destroy the world, that makes it your fault and also makes you the villain. The guardian was perfectly capable of killing you at any moment but its a guardian, its not actually supposed to kill you. So again congratulations, you just killed a being that was trying to make you see sense. Five: ..... Ever looked in a mirror mister 'I'm not a Villain!', i bet it cant put up with the sheer amount of irony in you."

-?- @, @@Icy Void, The second being observed the destruction of the litany with a blank and shocked face for a few moments before frustratedly kicking a small stone off into the distance. *'Dammit!!! Now i'm actually going to have to do something! This was supposed to be entertaining and fun, not life threatening!!!!!'* After a few more moments of quiet seething the other being spoke up in a voice that wasn't carrying any amusement for once and instead had turned dead cold. "... Lets try a more visual example here Ammy." He then effortlessly rips a pair of large boulders into the air from the nearby landscape with a misty black magic, his words turning colder with each additional word he says. "These rocks are the two worlds in question, that thing that you ingrates just destroyed was the balance between yours and ours... This is the consequences of breaking that balance." He then violently crashes the second world int yours and detonates yours for good measure, his previous amusement missing and his face contorting into a grimace. Hes clearly not a fan of the results either. Afterwards with a portion of his previous amusement returning to his expression ans his tone returning to a (Much darkened by his frustration) tone filled with amusement, the other being addresses the new ponies. "Congratulations world killers you've just killed the guardian, feel proud in the fact that you have nearly destroyed your own world. Now taking your previous and completely thoughtless actions into account... Why in the world would we tell you anything? You have doomed your world with your actions already while it was screaming at you that it was a protector, common dam sense tells me not to tell you one bit and find someone who can actually do more good than damage. You've probably racked up a body count right now and almost every one would have been sitting peacefully in their homes talking about what to eat for supper. Give me a good dam reason to tell you more than that you should just go somewhere where you cant do even more damage. Something other than 'I didn't mean to Shadow, i was just trying to impress my mommy!' or 'I was just trying to help, please give me another chance, I was trying to be a good little pony and not slaughter countless innocents!'....... Also be more careful when addressing your betters leach, we didn't just destroy an entire world." Bolt @, @, @@Windbreaker, *'... Crap we have to get the contract to the hideout and begin evacuations till this crap blows over..... (sigh) I just had to be playing with nobleponies, paid lairs, and useless guards on the day this kinda thing goes down.'* Mere moments after the chaos started Bolt flies down from a perch positioned behind and above the other two ponies and skips all of the formalities in the face of this chaos, simply approaching Noble and speaking to him and his ponies. (Who had moved over to a more protective formation when the panic started and closed the distance between them and Noble.) "The faster we get to the evac point the faster we can get the regular ponies out of harms way, you can either delay us and complain like a foal while we try to get you and your sister to the evac point like a common noble or we can get to the evac point quickly and start doing something about this madness."

-?- @, @, @@Geek0zoid, The other being looks at the litany's dramatic display and then down at the ponies before laughing. "Pfft yeah get right on that, not." So after setting off a series of well positioned detonations in order to scramble the litany's attack without using much power, he then used Amethyst's previous opening to follow her and her passenger to their new location... At a fraction of the cost as the path was already half open for him. @, @@Icy Void, Appearing nearby Amethyst with laugh he looks at his companion and grins cruelly. "I've got a better idea, lets just let it chase the ponies. Cause i don't feel like wasting my time on a fight that i'm not guaranteed to win... Thanks for leaving the door open though, it made it so easy to follow you."

-?- @, The other being just deforms shortly before the explosion and laughs, coiling his shadowy shape around the other being before reforming on the other side. "Now, now, you can do so much better Ammy. But yes there are quite a few quirks that this race has that are just dumb and some of them are quite slow... Might we get this idiocy over with though? Watching such an ironic and pointless fight play out is kind of boring."

-?- @, @, @, After watching the ponies attack the Litany and snickering at the pointless display (ignoring the other ponies as well) the second being turned its amused gaze on its companion, its voice ringing with amusement. "Honestly... Nah. I'd just leave the other three behind as a distraction while i get away if i where you, you only promised to help the one pony. But hey you got us here so i'll hold up my end of the deal and help out for a bit so whatever you want really... Though i think a distraction would do us good at this point, it looks kinda pissed."

There seems to be something else in its voice but its subtle and almost undetectable. "Alright, alright, but i've heard that plenty of times before... Besides you forgot about that thing, so who's being stupid again?" The mist then expands and retracts into something that could have been a pony... But the long whip-like tail tipped with a long blade and tooth filled maw, that would have looked quite at home on a shark, ruined it. "Any bright ideas Miss Not-Stupid?"

Bolt @@Windbreaker, @, @, *'Eh? Why'd that guard suddenly clam up... Uh uh that isn't a good sign 'a change in the targets behavior means that somethings up'. Best to be wary of the Guard, probably planning on selling us out the moment he gets back to his precious noble district anyway.'* When Noble tapped Bolt on the shoulder the pegasus dropped his friendly expression for a carefully neutral one, having not enjoyed talking to these ponies at all, and took off towards Wings and the unicorns. He talked with the others in quiet tones for a moment before the other three nodded at him and he flew out of sight for some purpose.

Ice @@Nomadic, Ice smirks and sounds amused though theirs a vaguely sympathetic tone in her voice as she speaks up. Even watching another pony deal with Dorado was painful. "Nothing to be sorry for, when i found out that i'd have to deal with a pony like that i asked for a bonus. Not worth getting along with that kind of pony unless i'm being paid for my patience." *'Not to mention for the cost of the tea, I don't have the patience for that... interesting pony, in the first place.'* "... Though if your worried about price, don't. I have a rather large sum to spend and whatever remains when where done here is yours..... Consider it my sentiments for having to put up with him."

Quiet Stallion @, The stallion laughed alongside Aphrodite, apparently amused by her words as well, and his tone carries a trace of pleasant amusement as well. "Yeah you really don't have to worry about feeling left out and don't worry about the questions either, in fact your enthusiasm is kinda cute. Anyways training depends on what you do, nowadays most train for guard duty. When the 'Royal Guard' decided that the outer districts weren't worthy of their protection Strings started to train us in guard techniques, their really strange but they make sense and they work most of the time so i cant complain."

Bolt @, @, *'Great one of those nobles... Not much better than the council these nobleponies but if Ice wants to work with em i ain't arguing.'* Bolt backs up a few steps and makes a gesture at his friend (Who takes of toward Noble at a leisurely pace.), making every attempt to seem apologetic and non threatening. Not really intimidated by the ponies in front of him but unwilling to go against his instructions. "Alright, alright, you want to speak to em directly then Wings'll go get em. I'm sorry if i've offended you with my presence here but we figured that it would be less threatening to send a a small group. Your just doing such a good job protecting the outer city that we wanted to help, would be so much harder to keep it peaceful if we fought each other and we don't want to make further trouble for the ponies here." @@Windbreaker, Wings lands in front of Noble and makes a small bow before leaning in and reporting to him in a low tone, after doing so he positions himself back in formation and awaits further orders.

Quiet Stallion @, The stallion takes on a small and knowing smile. "Heh i'm a bit of a special case, one of two actually." He then drifts off in thought for a moment before shaking his head and leading Aphrodite down a winding stairway that was located to the side of the room, out of sight until he moved close to it. "Believe me though you are definitely not the only mare here. Not only do we not give a dam about gender and have a fairly even ratio but Strings' main pony is one."

Pegasus Squad Leader @@Windbreaker, The two earth ponies closest start forward after a small pause but one of the pegisi stops them and waves them back into position before nodding at his commander (Noble). "Me and Wings 'll go. If we sent the earth ponies out then it'd break our formation and leave you unguarded, me and Wings have allot more range and we can break off faster if things go bad. We'll do our best though Sir!" He then makes a small salute and gestures at the other pegasus and they walk over to the other ponies in a calm and respectful manner, trying to project that they are friendly and open negotiations on a good note. @, @, When the approach the other group the pair stops and bow respectfully before introducing themselves. "Hello Miss Gaze, Mr Harvest... Guardspony. I'm Bolt and my friend here is Wings, you probably don't remember a mere thug like myself but me and a few others used to protect the neighboring district. We recently joined up with a much larger operation and we'd like to open negotiations with you as well in order to better protect the civilians around here. Were willing to offer some extra light armor and weaponry that our new employer provided us as a way to show that we really do want this to work... But i'm just here as a representative, our employer is over there and is most interested in talking with you good ponies." *'And a guardspony.'*

Quiet Stallion @, The stallion smirks and seems amused by the idea of actually looking for Strings. "Wandering the streets to look for Strings? You'd never find them like that, Strings changes their appearance depending on mood so we'd never just find them on the street... well we might but we wouldn't know it. I'm taking you to the barracks and training facility that way we'll at least find Ice, shes going to be training a new squad today so she'll be there." He then stops in front of a door and the ponies sitting to a table beside nod to him, seemingly recognizing him, and he nods back and opens the door for Aphrodite.

Noble's Guards @@Windbreaker, @, @, (While Strings' ponies may not know equestrian guard formations they do know guard formations... I could describe them if you like.) From the a position across from Sol and his group Noble's guards had watched the exchange. They where happy to see the mare that their boss had spoken so well of but the guard inspired a few odd looks, and they redirected their formation so that they where positioned to assist the mare or the militia should he get aggressive. The ponies who where pulling the supply cart had moved up to Noble so that one of them could speak. "That's the mare that we where waiting for Sir, and those are the militia that these arms are for... We'll head towards them once you give the command but once that 'guard' tries to hurt somepony all bets are off."
