  1. Astral thought about Glowing's question for a little while, until giving a respond to him. "Alright sure," he then began to open the door. While smiling at him as he mind was put at rest. He might as enjoy the time he had a colt, before going back to the present.
  2. "Sorry, I really didn't pay any attention I just sort of ignored them," Astral said bluntly looking a little sad. "Yet I did meet another filly, her Howling Frost and it's I think my, our best bet some more friends." He said to Glowing feeling a little embarrassed, he hoped that didn't come out as selfish.
  3. "Well that's one goal we common, so I guess that should make thing a little easier," Astral said to glowing while going inside his mind still searching for that one mistake he had made. It so infuriating to him, almost as felt like it was taunting him. He tried focusing on it, but every time his mind went blank.
  4. Astral follow Glowing in the art room, before giving his dad a quick little hello. Once he was completely in the art room, he shut the door behind him. "We could start with the all mistakes we had made," he suggested to Glowing. He still had that one thing bugging him. He didn't know what the mistake he missed, but he knew it he still had to figure it out somehow.
  5. "Right," Astral said as he walked home with his friend. It was probably going to take a lot of work to do this, but he guessed he would be better than beeing stuck as a colt for the rest of his life. He continued to walk with his companion, until they reached his home.
  6. Astral was still nervous, the breathing did help though. He did't know what to do right, and his brain was racing going from one thought to the next. He still tried his best to calm down, even though deep down he knew won't work. However he kept repeating the phrase over and over, hoping that somehow it would calm his nerves.
  7. ((OOC: sorry about coming in late)) Astral listened closely to the professor's words, making sure he didn't miss a word of what he said. He found history interesting, and he began to wonder why he hadn't gotten into it sooner. He had only read a few books on it, so his know knowledge on the suspect wasn't very good. However he planned on getting more information as time went by. Astral didn't didn't mind the fact, that this might have just ego boost the professors. The one thing that did bother him was his lack of dinner, but he could wait. Then the light turned off for a few seconds, and the next thing he knew the prof was dead. This made Astral very nervous, he began to feel chills down his spin. He tried to calm down, but then the ponies said one of them might be the murder. He started to sweat, and then another outburst came from the pony sitting with him. Astral would have a mental breakdown if this kept up, he wasn't all that good with tense situations. He started to shake but, and then muttered to himself "In and out." He repeated those same words, not pay attention to any other pony. While he tried to steady his breathing.
  8. Astral stopped and looked back at Glowing. "Friends," he said smiling at him, while smiling. He then thought about his actions, he guessed a part of child self got the better of him. The part that didn't want friends, and thought that he didn't any as well. He had to be more careful, and not let his child self take control again.
  9. Astral didn't know what to say, so he didn't say a word and began to walk home in the storm. It might a been rude, but he didn't know how else to end things. He walked home slowly with the rain soaking his raincoat. He didn't really mine it that much, and continued to walk home. While thinking about the mistake he had yet to fix, and still remained a mystery to him.
  10. Astral sighed again, this all seems cheesy to hear Light say that. He then realized something, he hadn't talked to light at all about his views or met him before this. Maybe Light was just inferring something from what he know about his friends, and applied it to all him. That was the only way Astral could sense of it, but a tiny part was little specious about it.
  11. "Sounds like a plan," Astral said, and sighed. There was no of changing the situation at hoof, he didn't like this. However he didn't want to be stuck as a colt forever, and he knew the others felt the same way. Well then time to think about his mistakes. Nothing came up again, even he had the feeling that there was made another mistake he had made. If only he could put his hoof on it.
  12. Astral settled down a little, but some rage was still there. "No it's you gave all the info you could give, it just that is whole thing just seems wrong to me..." He said trying to explain himself, this hole thing had him feel hollow. So whatever mistakes did he make besides sending too much in his art, which caused by Light's remark. At the moment he couldn't really think of anything, maybe it was best to think about it later.
  13. Astral felt a mix of emotions flow though him just then. Yeah he got the answers he wanted, but the answers he got sort made him. Oh that was the word he was looking, angry or sadden maybe. "So we are stuck in a infinite loop, until we somehow get it right. That seems a bit extreme doesn't!?"He said in a of sort angry tone. What were they to this oh so powerful presence, just a bunch of actors in a play. Who had to each play their parts over and over, until he thinks it's good enough. He didn't care if was done with good intentions, it would drive somepony mad reliving the same old days over and over again.
  14. Astral looked at light, and nodded his head. Finally he would get some answers, and have some idea of what was going on here. He remember about a voice in his head talking about a second chance, but that could have just have easily been something his mind could have made up. No matter what a voice in his head is still just a voice in his head.
  15. Hello there this is according to me, and today I'll be looking flight to the finish. Well this episode sure came out faster then expected, and it was all thanks for my need to finish this whole thing in one long stretch. So yeah sorry if their are few grammar mistakes, I'll fix them in the morning or something. Sorry if I sound lazy, I am just tired because of working this hole thing. Now back on topic this episode has retrieved lots of great scores, and reviewers all over seem to like this episode a lot. I am one of those reviewers, this episode is very good. Heck it probably top 10 favorite episodes of this season, but why is Flight to the finish the next best thing since canned double rainbows that shoot out all sort of candy? Well the story is kinda simple, but it works pretty well. You there is a competition where all of the colts and foals put on a show, and whoever puts on the best show wins and gets to the be the flag carriers for the Equestria games. While putting on their show of all of Equestria. So naturally the CMC sign, and go into training montage. Which is really seems unnecessary because they are not shown practicing their show routine, and instead doing the normal training montage. However I can forgive it because of song playing Hearts as Strong as horses, this pretty good. Not great or amazing mind you, but still good nun the less. Now after it's over and they do their routine, they get in. Now with a local bullies Diamond Tiara, and Sliver Spoon they decided to make the hole thing fall part because if they didn't then they would be kicked off the show. They do this by getting into Scootaloo, and taunting her about not being able to fly. Which is when we get to the juicy, moist, and hearty meat of this episode. The conflict in here is very done, and is pretty great. Scootaloo tries her best to be able to fly, but just can't. However she just keeps on trying anyways causing her friends to tell to just let go, but if she did then we won't have gotten this good of a episode. Leading to her doing not very thought out things, and a emotional conflict. It makes me feel sort bad enjoying this conflict, but it's just so freaking good. I can help be smile and cry at the same time for different reasons. So with this good of a conflict, it better have a good solution to this or else things just won't feel right. A good example of this in magic duel, Trixie just saying I am sorry at the last minute didn't feel right because it was out of left field. We didn't get to see Trixie come to terms to Twilight on screen, so since it had no build up and just happened. It don't feel like it had any weight to it, and so Trixie's sorry didn't feel like good closure to the conflict. I could go on about this, but I save it for when I review magic duel. Back on to the point Scootaloo gets all depressed and realized she never fly. She goes home and tears off all of her posters and puts them in the trash instead of on the train to the games. Which just typing this is bringing to tears to my eyes, and no I not making this up for dramatic effect. Stop looking at me like that, I am telling the truth here!! Rainbow Dash sees that The CMC are missing a member, and then figuring stuff out goes over to Scootaloo's home. Which Dashie tells her to stop being all down on yourself, and that she isn't completely worthless. After which Scootaloo, and the rest of CMC get on the train by means of impossible stunts. So they win happy ending, and all that good stuff. So now that's I am done with all of that, what are some of my final thoughts. This episode is great, and the song is pretty good to boot. The conflict is very good, and has a good conclusion to it. With all the other stuff I said up there I give this episode my seal of approval, and a 9 out of 10. This has been MrRiderman, sighing off and remember don't trust bears with your kids.
  16. Wow, it's been a really long time since I made another according to MrRiderman, and I think this blog of my is dead. *Checks heart beat* Yep it's dead, does anyone even remember the first entry of this? Oh well guess I'll have to play Dr.Frankenstein, and bring this thing back to life by making long posts that will consume all of my free time. Alright now let's serious here, by the time you read this post I'll be working on another one of these about "Bats!" or "Flight to The Finish". So yeah expect that which will be a toned down version of my old review because I don't feel like going though a entire episode, and commenting on ever little thing in it. It takes a long time to write and I have exams coming up, so yeah I'll try my best fulfill my promises. So now on I'll only be doing those on special events or events I deem special. Finally I won't just focus on reviewing mlp:fim or just cartoons for that matter. It will be on stuff like, well I don't know Blue jeans? Yeah sure why not I don't see anyone else talking about blues jeans, or heck why not red jeans! Why does everyone like the blues and not the reds, why don't most shops have red jeans, is there some sort of plot against them? If so why is there a plot against them, will they take over people legs, and then soon the entire the body!? Oh man I better warn everybody!! Sorry about cutting it sort right here, but I have me some red pants to slay. *Runs off with a sword and shield*
  17. . Astral looked at the Glowing and the two other colts in front of him in shock and confusion. He tried to piece together everything, remembering the names Glowing said this morning. Dark spot and Light wasn't it, yeah maybe something along those lines. Whatever the case was he decided he might as well help lifting the purple and green pony. He went toward him and tried his best to help out.
  18. Astral started to follow Glowing in the storm, he got over the fact on bad it was. Now he would hopefully get some answers on why this was happening to them, and how they could get back to their normal life. Just after he thought that a idea popped into his head, why would he want go back to his old life. His old life had him getting almost zero pay, no home, and no friends. However the more he thought about it, he realized it did have some goods about it, he got to visit many different places, learned new things, and maybe started to appreciate the little thing he hadn't before. Maybe his old life wasn't that bad after all.
  19. "Sure thing dad," Astral called to his farther, and went to the front door to open it. "We'll be careful ok," he called out again to his farther hoping that we wouldn't worry about so much, and stay out into the storm. The rain went down on him very fast, one after another with no sigh of ever slowing down.
  20. Well this has been really bugging me for a while now, and I just need to let theses out. You see my brain has been over flowing with a whole bunch of concepts, and truth be told I don't know which ones are any good. Who knows maybe one of them catches your eyes, and you would like to help turn into a thing, hopefully. Alright to kick things off I have Modern Fantasy (working title), which is set place in world where modern tech meets magic ie dragons elfs, orcs, wizards, etcetera, ecetera. The story follows a group of childhood friends who all have one common dream, to become adventurers when they grow up. So each of them studies up through their entire life to finally accomplish their life long goal, and stay in touch by means of magic and what not. So our group finally get their life long goal of becoming adventurers, but it's not what it is cracked up to be. They get little to no respect for their job as adventurers (keep in mind part of their job is stop their whole from getting blown up or something), have to share a cramped semi-decent apartment, low paid, and other real world problems. The story would follow them just that dealing with real world problems in their world. Next up is The the Guardians which takes in the distance future, and follows our hero (who I haven't thought of name for so let's call him Jim for now) who is found of programming different free-running courses and playing them. Jim's dream is joining the interstellar group of peace keeps with sweet super robotic suits and weapons, which takes on the form most fitting of it's user. They only take a few people from each planet to join them and them put though a test to decide who is worthy enough. So when Jim's world is picked as one of those planets, he doesn't waste anytime sighing up to take the test. However he just barely passes it, since free-running and programming can only take you so far. The whole rest of the series follows Jim going though training, meeting new friends, and going on all kinds of adventures. Alright let's end this here because three is nice number to stop at, and if I wrote more of my concepts down then this would be more of a wall of text than it already is. So here it is the finally concept that I will write down for now, Escape to Reality. This takes place in a world where all TV-shows take place in same universe, and each one of all has one show on it. Which is in are our TVs, all of these planets have a "black outs" in the sky when the credits rolls. Where everybody is supposed to go inside, In order to prevent them from finding out they are fake. Now meet our hero (which again I can't think up a name so let's call him Bob) how was different from everybody else because he just doesn't think the logic in his cartoon world is right, and non of it makes any sense to him. By having thoughts made him a outcast, and even landed him in the nut house a few times. Bob even tried to kill himself a couple of times each one failing because he tries doing it in the way we do in the real world, and you know real life logic being different from cartoon logic. However he stills holds his job as a button pusher (no literally that is all he does), and a apartment. Now day he decides to avoid the warning telling him to go inside, and watches the credits seeing that he is being played by somebody. Which Bob then comes to the conclusion that he is fake, and that the only way to become real is by going into a reality show. The rest of thing follows Bob and his quest to escape to reality. Wow that last one was a lot longer then I expected, oops. Well what do you think of them, and are they any good? I hope can get some really good feed back on these, and maybe share some more of my concepts because those my friends were only the tip of the ice burg. One another note is that I am sorry if the grammar on this isn't very well, you see I wasn't expecting this to so long and it's late at the time of me posting this. So yeah sorry about that.
  21. Astral followed Glowing's lead by quickly eating his breakfast, and thanked his dad. He then rushed to find a trench coat that would fit him, and then walked over to his dad. "Me and Glowing are going out for a bit, is that ok?" he asked his farther trying his best to keep his words slow enough so that he could understand them
  22. "Wow that was fast," Astral said speechlessly looking at glowing, and went over to the table to sit down. He was ready for his breakfast, and the long day that was awaiting them. He also decided he would take a trench coat, after he was done eating and was full. After all the storm out there was pretty bad.
  23. "Alright then fair enough," Astral responded to Glowing, while making his way to the dinner table. When he got there his nose was delighted by the smell of the hay cakes, he couldn't wait to dig into them. However since he and his new friend were in a hurry, he would had to make this breakfast quick.
  24. "Well let's see here we have no idea how long this will take us, how much supplies we'll need, what we should bring, and what dangers we might face." Astral said in a single breath without stopping once, while looking at Glowing. "So the short answer is no," he said while opening the door to the hallway and went to get breakfast in the kitchen.
  25. Astral was confused by Glowing's words, and didn't really know the meaning of them. He looked puzzled at him, who were theses ponies maybe some friends of his. Whatever the case was he had to prepare, he didn't know how long their journey would last them. For all he knew it could be a few minutes or a few months before they found Glowing's friend.
