I haven't been around for very long myself and have only been a brony for about a month and a half but I can tell you now; It's great being a part of this fandom, so many amazing creations litter the internet and there are plenty of people *cough* ponies on here that are very creative and talented themselves, i'm sadly not one of them but just take your time getting to know this place and it's people and you'll find something that grabs your interest in no time. Feeling good. New year means back to college for me and I'm happy catching up with my friends .

I don't exactly have a great deal of pride in being british but what the hey, welcome to the club and enjoy the stay!

I've spent my entire life growing up as something of a recluse, sure i had friends but i never really got out much and never really got to know them as well as i should have done. When I started watching FIM it kept me engaged for two reasons; one is because it has a fun and lovable cast and the other is because somewhere down the line something simply clicked inside of me and I started to see people differently. It's still quite early days as I've only been a brony for just over a month but already I've begun to notice the good in people more and have started to cherish the company of friends more too. To put a long story short, I've still got a while to go before I completely settle in but at this stage yeah I think things have changed for the better and I'm happy this way .

Non pony creepypasta? Two words: Ben Drowned. I've been playing Majoras Mask since I was about six years old and watching that sh*t gave me nightmares o_O...

Wii may have been underrated but have you seen the lifetime sales of that thing?!?! They're almost unbelievable and seem to suggest that it got all the attention it needed. I for one think that the Wii U's current situation is the most deserving of our sympathy given that after having been out for a full year and slowly improving it's library it is still getting hammered for looking last gen.

The one guy I know who presents a particularly sound argument for the idea that the standards of video gamers are going into a decline goes by the name of Shokio on youtube and I have to agree in this case that, well they are.

Btw, my favourite things about games that make them engaging to me are good well placed music and solid storylines, gameplay doesn't necessarily have to be innovative or revolutionary for it to be enjoyable to me, I should also add that I'm a major Final Fantasy fanboy so maybe that'll shed some light on some of my opinions .

Is it weird that i'm genuinely feeling teary-eyed from this fantastic welcome? Honestly though I came here expecting a people that would reflect the goodness that FIM represents but I almost feel like i'm being welcomed into Ponyville itself, seriously guys I can't even begin to express how delighted this has made me thanks so much!

Watched it twice now. I loved it the first time and watched again yesterday as my new year treat .

Whew... well this is a rather awkward way to introduce oneself but here goes. I'm as new to this fandom as you can get and i've never even joined a forum before until now so i'm pretty damn nervous-cited! What else can i say?... oh yeah, i only started watching Friendship is Magic just over a month ago but i've already completely fallen in love with it . I'm a boy (18 years of age in case anyone is wondering) and currently the only person i have ever personally known that likes MLP, so no real life brony friends which kinda sucks but oh well . So yeah, that's it for starters, if anyone wants to introduce themselves to me or even just talk i'd really love to do so and i'll finish in saying that i'm greatly looking forward to becoming a very happy member of what i currently perceive to be the most spectacular fandom on earth, oh and a late happy new year too!
