    I can't believe it only just now like, ACTUALLY occurred to me that I'm going to be 18 in only one more week. .-. Not sure whether I'm more nervous, or excited for this. :/ I don't know... Those two emotions really seem to be one in the same for me anyway, so it's hard to tell.

      Mmhmm, whatever's stopping you from feeling as though you can really act upon these feelings. It is ultimately down to you whether or not you really want to try it, but I kinda just got used to 'things' over time 'cause of my circumstances and although I still feel the same now I see things very differently from before.

       

      Suppose it depends on how much you'd like to see a change really :P

      Not all of their DLC has a price tag, some of it is free and there's free DLC coming soon too. People are like that though, she made some fair points in her review but they were completely trivial is what I would argue, and to have affected the score to such a degree based solely on the two points she ended with is in part as to why there's such an uproar. Heck, even nasty-ass Kotaku gave it a better score than IGN, that kinda says a fair bit when their reviews sound almost identical.

      Ninty are one of the few companies today who don't treat their audience like crap, they cater to a lot of what their fans ask for and the new Smash Bros is enough evidence of that on its own. I'm still a firm believer that they'll continue to last for decades to come because they don't put the money first all of the time like other companies do.

      I agree on most of those points, innovation is making somewhat too slow progress when it comes to Pokémon, and yeah, gen 6 had no post-game whatsoever so I hear ya there.

      But Nintendo is still going very strong, innovation isn't the sole lead to success by any means. Every single gaming developer or company always uses a tried-and-tested formula over, and over, and over, and over again, because it always works and people will always be interested in it.       I intend to. I've got it on pre-order and I played the original gen 3 games not too long ago and I still think they hold up well today, it's just a matter of what you still find in the games after how far you've come over the years. But fair's fair, I can wait in order to withhold judgement.

      Then it's entirely to her credit to put 'Too much water' In the pros and cons as opposed to 'Too many water types'. Would it really have been that hard instead of causing all this fuss? 'Cause either way the fans were gonna riot after a score like that.

      And really, is that any reason as to give the games a far lower score than they originally did? When all they've done this time is enhance the game playing experience rather than detracting from it?
