There is a rumor that the PS4 Neo (or whatever it'll be named) will have user upgradeable components. If true, it'll basically a gimped gaming PC that would have upgradeable hardware. Why..?
My biggest problem with this is that having the ability to have upgraded parts will create many, many different combinations of hardware, like a PC, and developers will have to keep this in mind.
