  1. @SleeplessSketch *Faints* Gosh, thank you! I hope, and think that drawing will be easier now!
  2. >.< It's not amazing and I have to use paint and vectorizer because I am a cheapskate, cough.
  3. @SleeplessSketch That sounds amazing! Where I live is pretty dull, but you must have had a great time in Guam. And how is California? (I've only been to Orlando) And Dusk reminds me of 2-D in the Gorillaz. :3 Edit: I've just finished drawing Amber although to me she looks a little strange. I hope Sleepless comes back online!
  4. @SleeplessSketch Oh? Where do you live? I'm in England so it's 7:00PM here.
  5. Hey guys! @SleeplessSketch That looks amazing! *-* I think I might try doing one myself for my character, looks interesting!
  6. @SkyHeart Peppy placed the drink back onto the table, looking at the mare. She must of been recently hired, or at least that was what she could figure from their conversation.. Pushing her hair out of her face, she replied gently to the pony. She seemed rather shy, or quiet - very different compared to the regulars of the bar. "Uh, I'm fine, thanks." She would shut the bag now, looking around the room. The glass would plash against the sides, and she would peer out of the window in thought. And what if she couldn't find Mystic Marilyn? What would she do? She would place her hoof on her chin, raising the glass to her mouth once more. If she couldn't find this pony, she would need to go back into the Everfree Forest once more in search of the object herself, and there was no certainty in finding it either. She looked back at the pony again, stood behind the bar, and forced a smile. Peppy guessed that she had to keep business going for them, so the barmaid would get something out of it. "Urm, I'll just take another 'The Magics' please," she would say, placing her hoof on the table and looking around for her quill.
  7. If a character or two wandered into an oriental restaurant, that would be perfect for me. *-* My glameow character could be perfectly set up, eating sushi..
  8. Gurr morning - ! @The Leafeon Pinkeh Yeah, I wanted it to sound like Candy because it's a double entendre with my own name, Caroline (whenever people hear my name they either start singing or think about Little Miss Button-Eyed Coraline!) @SleeplessSketch You seem awfully talented! Following on my Tumblr ~
  9. Gosh, thanks! I'm going to Bookmark this page, for future references.
  10. @SleeplessSketch Wait, so is the roleplay up? If it is, could someone share me the link?
  11. Hey guys - is it okay if I join you? Character's Name: Amber Sienna Pokemon half: Glameow Age: 17 Gender: Female Appearance: Sunset purple eyes and a strong gaze, with long and voluminous grey hair. Her skin is a pale shade and human-like, often dressed in a subtle grey frock. {You can click here for a visual concept} Personality: Amber is rather extrovert, and talking to others isn't something that she struggles with. She is awfully determined and often likes things her own way, therefore making her stubborn in a way. This character enjoys being around others nearly as much as she likes getting things her own way, but weakens when she is alone, talked about or disliked. Amber can sometimes be rude and lacking sympathy for others. Dorm Number: Any dorm with people in it, 18 if it isn't full yet? Misc/Comments: I decided to make this character more negative than some others, to maybe thicken the plot. Also note that I am very active and roleplay ASAP, so if you need to roleplay with someone, I'm here for you, girl! By the way, can someone sum up for me what's been happening so far?
  12. Peppy turned to the man, which she supposed must of been very drunk, but he didn't seem to mind at all about the drinks.. She nodded, and then turned back to the counter, taking the requested Sparkling Blue Cosmo. Honestly, she didn't mind a party, but wasn't completely in the mood. Her mane, a deep mahogany, shimmered in the bar light as she pulled the glass to her mouth. She felt the liquid travel down her throat and she would down it with ease. Turning her head to the high spirited stallion, she would push the glass to the side. "Eh, congratulations?" she would reply, forcing a smile. "And thanks." Downing the rest of the glasses' contents, Peppy would turn to her side, pulling her book from her saddle satchel. She would unfold her wing now, flicking the page and reading through thoroughly. "Right.. She told me to meet at this bar, I bet.." she would mumble to herself now.
  13. Peppy entered the bar, pushing the dirt off her shoulder. A small group of fillies were frustrating the squirrels living in the pine trees, and she had to go sort them out. Her mouth was dry and she was saturated with thirst - probably an apple cider, but most likely an alcoholic beverage. Placing her hoove on the door, she entered the bar, darkly lit. Her mane was faded in the light, and her expression, blank. The bar was both full and empty, the sound of a pony's raucous echoing about the room, while a pony couple was settled in the far back of the bar, indulged in - Peppy frowned and pushed the chill down her sign as the couple slobbered over each other, supposedly and probably deeply in love. She looked over the bar, stood to the far left end. Placing her hoof gently upon the table, waiting for service. Everyone seemed to be busy in their own conversation and business. Peppy felt against the fringe of her mane as she looked at the certificates and such decorated on the bar wall.
  14. That's a great summary, perfect actually! I'll figure out where and how to come in. Thanks!
  15. "She's a very intelligent pony when the time comes.. but then again, rather forgetful when it comes to her age. I haven't an idea how old she is - but I guess that means she's seen a lot in her past.. much more than any other pony I know. "Then again, I don't know whether she's still around. After the fire and such.." Her expression still remained blank and serious, as she looked at this stallion in the eye - although her face remained hidden under the heavy hood of her cape. She sighed silently, pushing it back and looking to him clearly. Her mane would fall around her shoulders - a deep mahogany shade, and her eyes a root green. She was a rather fair mare, although her personality at the time didn't quite match. The stallion seemed roughly the same age, as she continued with her words. "She told me to meet her here - in Canterlot."
  16. Peppy raised an eyebrow at the sword, then placed the hoof that had been raised underneath her muzzle. It wasn't a great shock that he was equipped, especially now that Equestria was in this condition. She peered at the ash laid in her hoof and turned back to the group. 'How long must they have been there?' she wandered, peering at the sky swollen with colours. She noticed Luna also monitoring the group, stood in the distance. For whatever reason, Peppy did not know why - but she knew that she must of been associated with the fire - or at least her sister, Celestia's fall. Although there was a confused expression in Luna's face, somewhat sad too. Peppy looked down at the other pony who had just introduced herself and pushed her hoof away with her own, her eyebrow still raised. "I haven't the time to introduce myself - I'm looking for a pony in the area," she would reply blankly. She wasn't a particularly 'friendly' pony anyway when business came. She tightened the cape around her once more and looked into the distance. "I'm looking for Mystic Marilyn - do you know the pony?"
  17. Peppy's left ear rotated to the sound of cries and chaos far behind her, and breathed in the last of the burning scent. She turned her head slightly, the fringe of her mane shifting as she did underneath the hood of her cape. Pulling this down, she shifted her nuzzle to the right, seeing two bodies lying there in the corner of her eye. They were surrounded by a small crowd, of which she cared little about. Her hoove felt at the ash on the ground, trailing throughout the town and coating what had been burnt out, and her wings were drooped in melancholy relief. At once she realized that she must of been one of the remaining survivors at what had once seemed an 'accident'. The cold wind felt against her pink muzzle and she turned hopelessly to the gathering of ponies in the distance. "Do any of you ponies here know about the fire?" she would question, raising a hoof.
