I have Win10 on both my desktop and laptop, and had no problems what so ever. The only problem I ever had, was not Microsoft's fault, but Netgear's fault, which they corrected. The only problems I'm seeing people have, has nothing to do with Windows 10, and more to do with their hardware or something that was wrong with their PC in general. And the freezing issue, has nothing to do with Windows 10, it's third party drivers, which is what happened with my Netgear wireless adapter, that they fixed.
And no, Windows 10 doesn't spy on you. It doesn't do anything that hasn't been going on in an operating system, since Apple started it in the IMACs back in 98. The system keeps track of your common search terms and file names, so make it easier to find shit faster. It's not recording your voice, reading your keystrokes, reading your brain, and watching your porn.
