    Which pony makes you happy?

    Probably anypony who knows me could see this answer to that coming from light years away, but Fluttershy all the way. :fluttershy: Fluttershy's overall character and personality has always seemed to just kinda fill my emotional tanks with feelings of happiness, peace and joy. <3 <3 <3

    Windows 10 arrives on July 29th

    I certainly can't wait for this update myself... As I have two computers that could really benefit from a nice OS upgrade. :fluttershy:

    However, I'll be taking an image of my current Windows 7 install and keeping that away for safekeeping just in case Windows 10 ends up sucking, or there are a bunch of backdoors or something like that.


    I reserved my copy as soon as I my notification popped up.  Now I'm just sitting here on the 30th...waiting for the ability to install Windows 10...

     

    Am I missing something?

    Well considering it releases next month, that may be the only piece you're missing. :P

    Your 'go-to' video games for relaxing?

    "Go-to" relaxing games eh?

    I suppose I could say Minecraft is certainly one. :catface:

    Any good car racing game is always a great one (currently those would be The Crew or Forza Horizon 2)

    Saints Row 2 with all sorts of crazy strange and weird mods is always a good classic relaxer for me. :fluttershy:

    A good story-driven game is always a fun one for me when I have the time to really dedicate to one and just get lost in the story, such as Tales From The Borderlands or The Walking Dead games from Tell-Tale.

    Oh yeah! Euro Truck Sim 2 is always a great one for me when I'm just intending to not do anything else but relax... Been a while since I've done that though. :mellow:

    And sometimes Grand Theft Auto V can be pretty fun for me.

    Potato Chips or Tortilla Chips?

    Oh, tortillas all the way. :fluttershy:

    I typically find that I like tortillas more personally, mainly being for the overall simplicity of them I guess as compared to any other chips... I mean, tortillas don't have all sorts of artificial stuff and ingredients in them, and they are just more overall natural, and therefore, a bit healthier than potato chips (that's not to say tortilla chips are the most healthiest thing you can eat of course :P ) but I guess just what I mean by more "simplicity" is mainly how tortillas are just basically pieces of corn and flour, usually with some kind of little blend of salt or something...... Bottom line, they just taste more natural I guess is what I'm trying to get at. .-.

    I'd say they probably would give her a voice...... IF they could hire Nowacking to do the voice... Until they do that... Vinyl likely won't have a voice ever in the show, because as somepony above mentioned, we'd all probably have like a fandom-wide aneurism if Vinyl opened her mouth and out came anything but that specific voice. :mustache:

    Oh on the contrary... Considering my perspective of it... I'd say the fandom is just getting started as far as gaining an entirely huge fanbase. :fluttershy:


    Actually I'm not trying to be a toll I'm trying to find YouTube channels that still have bronies and I am currently was thinking that. The youtube of bronies to do analysis and do commentary videos that for now was dead or have started with a different site I am trying to do brony commentaries and other videos myself. I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

    There are still all sorts of brony Youtubers still active... Dr. Wolf, Silver-Quill, KP, InkRose, ToonLink Reverie (or something like that)... Just to name a few I tend to watch on a regular basis... And there's still probably quite a few more I've either not yet heard of, or just am not having them come to mind at the moment.

    Why you chose your user name.

    The story of why I chose my username... Oh boy...... Let's see here... Originally the number 1925 was given to me as a generic username on the first forum I ever started using, centered around a game community for a game I had on my Nintendo DS in about the year 2005-ish. Anyway, that gave me the name there of "user1925"... Now when the sequal to this game released, now that I knew how to actually create my own personal username on the sequel's forum, I just kinda used that same number, just 'cause (and it wasn't even just for a reason of like "so my friends will still recognize me there" because by this point still, I hadn't really made any friends on there at all.) and added my name in, to replace the whole "user" part... And from then on, this has kinda just been a common username for me... :catface:

    Eventually though I did come to try to be a little more creative with some usernames, or "gamertags" if you will once I started on Xbox Live, and I ended up keeping one I made that I've now had for about 5 years straight now. But other than that, I tend to just keep this same username for most things on stuff like forums and whatnot. :fluttershy:

    My mom and dad seem to love that I have something I really enjoy and am passionate about, no-matter what it is really it seems... In fact, actually my mom sat and watched Appleoosa's Most Wanted with me when it was the newest episode. :fluttershy:

    Oh, and they certainly know who my favorite pony is too. X3 (Considering I never shut up about Fluttershy sometimes. :3)

    Do you love or hate your parents?

    Personally, I do love my parents, though admittedly, I used to hate them mainly because my grandma has always been trying to turn me against my parents just because of their past and the bad things they've stumbled upon here and there... It was only until a little bit ago I realized how ridiculous it is to do that.

    In the end, now, I truly love my parents, and I only want the best for them, as I know they want the same for me. I do have friends though who hate their parents though truly, and I can't say I blame them sometimes. The ways that some of these friends' parents treat them and talk to them sometimes, they'd be inhuman not to be a bit ticked at the way their parents treat them.

      Nick1925, this was just pencil and paper.  If you scan it to your computer or take a picture of it and then add clarity and sharpness with Picmonkey, it will turn out the way this one looks.   I worked about an hour on it each day for three days, so it took about a total of three hours.

    Oh, you must be good at drawing quickly and accurately. It takes me about that long just to draw one, relatively high-detail pony just by itself. :P

    The fandom in 20 years

    I certainly hope we'll still be around 20 years from now... Of course by then we may have a severe drought of any new episodes being made by then...... Maybe anyway... There are some TV shows out there that have lasted at least 25 years anyway... Maybe we could get lucky. :3

    Wow....That is pretty awesome, and you said that you were not even close to me in terms of digital stuff. That is just as good as any vector I done and that is only your first one.

    I mean, I did only just now recently begin learning how to use Adobe Illustrator though and all, so I guess I kinda got infinitely better in the past week or so with vector-making and stuff at least. :yay:

     

    You're welcome, I'm glad you like it. :squee: I tried to go for something that I thought would match your style, and being that your OC is based on a character who loves video games, and you enjoy video games, I guess by that point it was pretty clear that would be a good mix there. :twi:

     

    Also, random side note, but after scouring for all the reference images of your OC I could find, I believe this is the first side-view image of him now, as far as I know anyway, I couldn't find any others at all, which also gave me trouble when considering the shape of the muzzle, but then I figured "he based it off Button Mash, so I'll just go with his muzzle style too for this". Then I also looked in here and saw a conversation about that as well, so yeah. :v

     

    Oh yeah, and as for the reason I chose a KI headband there, I just kinda figured it'd fit the best, being you're on an arcade machine anyway there. :twi:

    I think I'm going to try to do this as a little task through my Spring Break here. ^3^ Adding this to the to-do list. :fluttershy: I promise when I finish it will be much better than the drawing I did a while back that I posted up there, I mean, that one I did like 6 months or so ago by now, and I certainly have improved quite a bit in that time...... Only marginally, but still. :squee:

    I guess I'm just putting this out there to let off a bit of personal steam or something... but... as much as I'm almost sure I'm more attracted to guys personally...... Coming from a realistic perspective, I may have to just force myself to be "asexual" as it is defined. Mainly because of the fact I've literally never been anyone's "first choice", I don't know how exactly to really "do" a relationship and seem to just be totally bad at them...

    Um...... Sorry if this seems a tad "vent-y" just...... I didn't really know where else to put this, and I guess I just felt I might as well say something in some way that is somewhat "relevant" to a topic already established or something... Just a little thought that's been bugging me today I guess and I figure just saying this might help lessen its stress on my mind.

    I guess you could say I've developed a bit of a "fantasmical" kinda "appreciational" attachment to Fluttershy. :yay: (As if that weren't obvious. >3<)

    I've also felt an attachment to a particular really good friend here on the forums... but...... I'd rather not speak of that publicly at the time.
