I'm practising photo manipulation etc.. and thought I this could be a good way to practise ^_^/

When you humanize something, like p0n3z. Give them a body that is seemingly human (no unnatural skin color etc.) and have their personality be the way they look humanized.

Exactly once you have the basic shape you can get so much more out of suggestions

His name is thorn. He likes to speak only in Old English and his cutie mark is the letter "thorn". Any ideas/suggestions for him?

It depends on how much effort you want to put into it. A lot of created languages just end up being cumbersome. I'd recommend either putting plenty of time and effort into it or only a very minimal amount of the language. A good 1000 common words and some grammar rules isn't a bad idea. Or just a couple displaced nouns and adjectives. If you fall in between, there are going to be inconsistencies. People love to point that kind of thing out

 

 

 

 

 

For " zr' " are you saying that "ragxem" is like a sword or something and that "zr'ragxem" is like "person of the sword" thus meaning 'warrior' ?

Similar question about " ky' " " kyzr' "

zr' looks like it might be "person of..." and ky' might be "the place of...", so kyzr' could be "the place of the people of..."

Is " Syz' " like a title, as "Mr."?

 

" Za' ", " X'sk' " and "maux' " seem fine.

 

I would be a touch concerned about being able to pronounce some of these.

I just improvised this ^ as part of my brainstorming. Once I start working on it more, the language will begin to take a less "globular" shape.

I think you mean you don't want to rip someone else off, not when you can make your own. I respect that. You've also made good progress with your language so far.

You're starting to sound like a jerk by telling me that I don't have the skills to create my own language. I am thinking about mine. Right now I'm just brainstorming. If you were an expert linguist, then I might take your advice.
