As Jeric pointed out, such topics belong in the Creative Resources, or in your case, it should belong in the Creative Resources sub-category, Other, since Tumblr blog projects require a different range of things for people to do, like artwork and writing.
 
If you need help with any of these blogs, then create a topic from the section I linked above and ask your viewers how they can help. But that being said, you shouldn't use all of these Tumblr blogs for the sole purpose of advertising. If you want to advertise your blogs, please do so by linking your Tumblr blogs in your signature, which you can find my clicking your username on the top-right corner, go to your settings and click a tab on the left that says Signature. Creating a topic just to advertise these blogs otherwise will be taken down by the moderation staff.

To hide certain topic updates, you first click a gear on the top right of the recently updated topics. I have highlighted it just in case.
 

 
You then select which sections you want to see and which ones you do not want to see. To select multiple topics, you hold down the Control button (or the Command button if you're a Mac user). Like so:
 

 
Be sure to save afterwards, of course.

I see that you've uploaded it with MLPForums' image uploader. As a result, your signature won't show up. It isn't a matter of how large the image is, it's just the uploader isn't meant for signatures. There is an alternative way to show your signature, however. Here's what you do:
 
In the Signature settings, there is a little button that looks like a photo. Click on that.

 
You then post the link to your image. Make sure the link is to the actual image (i.e., if the link ends with a .png or a jpeg.) Press okay when you have done that.

 
And voila, your image should be there, hopefully.

It seems that all of your posts so far come from the Welcoming Plaza. As a result, it isn't counted as a post and will not increase your post count. On the front page, you'll see green text that says "Post count will not increase in this section." This also applies to Everfree Empire Planning/OOC Discussion, Equestrian Empire OOC/Discussion and Cloudsdale Colosseum.

Hello @Shimmer Quill! While you most certainly can showcase your banner, you'll only get that chance when the next Banner Contest gets held.
 
Banner Contests are a monthly event where you can submit your own banner and see if it is favoured by the MLPForums community. Only three banners with the highest amount of votes get to be featured in the front page, however. A fourth banner will also be used after three weeks, but not from the Banner Contest. The staff will also make sure to make a topic regarding September's Banner Contest, so be sure to keep an eye our for it in the Canterlot Castle.
 
Once said Contest is up, you must submit it via Private Message to all of the Admins of this site -- Jeric, Matron, Lavo and Spoon. As for the size limit, it must be approximately 1000x255 pixels. It also must be saved as a PNG file. You can read more about it here.

Go to My Settings, which can be found by clicking your username on the top-right corner. There, you'll come across a page that'll have something called Profile Information and a button called Edit My About Me Page. Click the button and do whatever you want with it. Of course, be sure to save as well.

You can't have your account deleted. You can't have it banned/locked up either. But if you feel that you can't cope with the pressure, either leave permanently or report whoever is attempting to blackmail you. I highly encourage you to choose the latter option, though.
