@ Miles - You can't reverse it unfortunately, but most of the damage is caused by bits of it getting stuck inbetween your teeth/gums/etc. and left there... So if you chew a thicker cut (ie a pouch instead of a can) and make sure to clean your teeth of all loose particals; you can really minimize your risk... At least thats what my wife told me when I first learned she chewed and freaked... She's smart and honest though, so I take I think it's safe to believe

Gotcha! Just make sure follow the advice of your favourite background pony and brushie brushie! (I think you said once Colgate was your fav,) People say that chewing is much worse than smoking, but that's cause most folk just leave the bits stuck in their gums for days... If you make sure to keep it out when you aren't chewing it's really not so bad
