    About us:



    After searching far and wide we have found plently of 'Brony Skype Groups', but they all have the same problem...



    SO MANY RULES!



    And more bannable offences than you could poke a stick at!



    And being the freedom lovers we are, walls of rules are not something we agree with.



    So that's where here at The Brony Legion, we've minimised the rules and maximised freedom, only keeping a few rules to keep a general order in place.


     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    Rules:



    1. No excessive Swearing.



    (Dropping the F-Bomb is all fine and good, but speaking a 10 word sentence, and 9 out of 10 of those words being fuck is not the way the english language was meant to be spoken!)


     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    2. Sending Images is allowed.



    (Just try and keep Images moderately SFW, PM's were invented for a reason folks! If you, for any reason feel the need to send a Non-Image file in the group chat, please seek permission from a moderator first, People can hide pretty nasty stuff in files these days.)


     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    3. Religious (and other "Touchy") discussion is allowed.



    (Just try not to go full Richard Dawkins on someone who has different beliefs as you. Leave that up to Westboro .)


     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    4. Spam/Flooding is not allowed.

    5. Group calls are allowed, but keep it classy.



    (Everybody loves a good group call, but not every likes to see you shirtless whilst re-enacting your favorite scenes from magic mike. Again, PM's were invented for a reason!)


     


    Since no-one really follows the rules I've decided to revise by just having 1 universal rule!

    Due to our minimum rules and maxumim freedom guarantee, our skype group is based around an MA15+ Rating.



    If, for whatever reason, you are under the age of 15 and still wish to join in on our mindless jabber, no-one is going to stop you, but be prepared to see and read things that your parents may not have discussed with you.     Moderation:
    The moderators are not your parents!
    Their only job is to keep order and enforce the few rules we do have.

    Howdy folks, Pone here with some updates that about 94% probably won't give 2 shits about, but I'm here for that possible 6% that acutally read this and thats all that matters.


     

    Alright, so a while ago we decided we were trying to find different ways to make the group more interactive and due to the amazing contribution from you the forum user (0 replys) we had to get off our asses and come up with our own ideas which turned out a lot harder than we first thought, especially with the stubborness of some of our chat but this is some of the stuff we came up with:


     

    1. Game nights!



    We're don't really have a schedual for this yet due to the diversity of the group so its really whenever


     

    2. Art/Music Comps!



    Fame, Glory, Swag! If these are words that get your blood pumping then why not join the fun today!



    (This is still just an idea as we dont have enough support for this yet.)


     

    3. FoxHD is gone!



    The one real reason to to join us has gone! No more will you feel the need to give up on life because of a random 13 year old thinking he's top shit. This is by far the most important update.


     

    4. Other shit!



    A bunch of stuff that I can't really remember but its definatley there and totally isnit and excuse to make this list seem longer than it is!


     

    Thats about it for this update, remember if you want to be a part of our insanely exclusive club then your journey begins...

    Come join the fun!

     

    For quite a while a few of us have been pondering one main question.
     


    "What can we do to be different from other skype groups?"


     

    Sure, we've decided to go for the Minimum rules, Maximum freedom approach, but we personally don't believe that is quite enough to help us stand out from the many other skype groups at your disposal. We have a few ideas up our sleeves, but before we decide to go all Kim Jong-un on the skype chat and set anything into stone we thought we'd come to you, yes YOU! And throw you in the drivers seat and propose the question:
     


    "What stuff would like to see in a skype group?"


     

    We're looking for anything that would keep you coming back for more! We're talking events, competitions, movie nights or whatever else you folks might enjoy! We don't care what it is, if it's something you want to see, suggest the hell out of it!
