      I have no clue. They just do it somehow...It might be sparkling water or something, and they let it boil.

      I mean, they're like these rectangle shaped crusts and on the inside is lemon filling. The crust is the fried part, but it's not like fried chicken or anything. Just a little crispy and bubbly looking. Not greasy, actually.
