Dinkie Doo's father is Ponet, but he left Derpy and now she is a couple with Doctor Whooves. That would explain why Dinkie has Ponets color scheme.

My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Pinkie Pie How did you find MLP Forums?: By a YouTube video How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I watched the "Teens react to: MLP"-video on YouTube. They showed Teens watching the intro and how they react to the fact that there are grown up men watching the show. I got turned off by the intro, but as they got to the Bronies-part, I just had the word "awesome" stuck in my head. So I decided to watch the show and it is really, really, really good. A Christmas Carol is without any doubt my favourite christmas story. So I thought it would be awesome to have it re-enected by the MLP-Universe. I imagined it to be like Twilight told the CMCs the tale of the old man who finally opens his heart. I wondered whether it would be a better if it was an actual christmas special made by Hasbro, or a fan-animation. I think that, if one does it like Muppets: A Christmas Carol and focusses on telling a good interpretation of the story and not simply the characters in all their personalities (I mean that Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Co should be used but like in Hearth's Warming Eve, more like play a role. Here are my ideas for the characters and which ponies should play them. Scrooge = Discord or Sombra (because of the evil tyrant who got reformed theme and Scrooge got consumed by greed which kinda reminds me of "A Tale of one Shadow") Narrator = Twilight (for obvious reasons) Bob Cratchit and Mrs. Cratchit = Derpy and Doctor Whooves (because they are the only ones I can really see as a familly with father, mother and child) Tiny Tim = Dinkie Doo (as the child) Jacob Marley = Tirek (Discord chained him first, which matches the chains in the story) Ghost of Christmas past = Fluttershy (a kind personality which helps him to open up his feelings) Ghost of Christmas present = Pinkie (one to enjoy being with and making everything look cheerful) Ghost of Chrismas yet to come = Luna (as proven in For Whom The Sweetie Belle Toils) Belle (Scrooges ex-girlfiend) = Celestia (for obvious reasons) Fezziwig = Applejack Fred (and his party members) = Rainbow Dash (and the Wonderbolts) and the gentlemen who seek charitable contributions should be Lyra and Bon Bon. So I don't know about copyright and everything, but if anyone of the animators out there wants to use it feel free to go. Just inform me. I'll write the script. I mainly wanted to know if you guys can agree with the characters I picked
