Warning: This is not the official Site Brony Skype Group. This is an idea i came up with myself.

Hey, everybody! I wanted to come forward and propose something. For a while now, I have said at the bottom of my blogs that i was going to be starting a skype group. So, right now, I am just going to come forward and propose it in its very own blog-format.

So, as it would go, I am going to be opening up a skype group. The whole idea of the group is to just have an enviroment in which fellow bronies can just come together, hang out, chat, and do random stuff. (if you dont want to participate in calls, that is completely on you.) In the group, we will have things like game nights, where we play fun games online like TF2, or Cards Against Humanity, or any other games suggested. We can also come together to watch the MLP livestream together, maybe have a MST3K moment or two. Put in general, I want to start the group for the community. I absolutley love the brony fandom, and simply how nice and community oriented it is. The purpose of this new skype group is simply for the community. If you like community, this is a good group for you!

We will only have about 15-20 people so that it doesnt get to chaotic (Maybe I can expand it in the future, IDK). If you are interested in joining the group, simply PM me or post it in a comment under the blog. Then, you can put your skype name down, and I can invite you. However, before you sign up or anything, I have a few rules for the chat:

    1. Keep the chat clean! No NSFW, Clopping propaganda, etc. If you have a fetish for ponies, fine by me. I dont judge. But keep that sort of material off of the chat.

    2. No trolls! Nobody likes a troll.

    3. No harassing a fellow member! Dont pick on any of the members, unless it is playfull banter. Cursing is ok, but dont go overboard.

    4. No going behind peoples back. Continuing off of the last one. Dont be a meanie!

    5. Have fun! If you dont, I will go Smile HD on you! (jk, I wouldnt do that..... ever)

    6. Dont feel obligated to stay. If you feel like you need to leave for a little while, then thats ok. Just ask me when you want to come back.

I may add to the list later, but for now, thats about it. Again, just comment if you are interested! For the community, people!

    Yours truly,

Why, hello everyone, and welcome back to a Juggerpony Blog! So, I have a confession to make.... I didnt know what to do for a blog today. I have a few planned, but they are still in the progress stage. It would help me out a lot if you guys could give me something to talk about. So, after you are finished reading, throw a comment my way telling me what to review next. I am becoming desperate, and am running out of ideas.

Anyway, guys, this blog will be on my top 5 favorite TV shows of all time. This will include shows that are no longer airing and shows that are still running. In my final 5, I will list one episode from the show that was my favorite. So, yes guys, MLP will be in this list somewhere. Unfortunatley, and spoilers, it isnt my number one. But, without further a do, lets get this list over with. So, grab yourself a can of Moxie and a Dum Dum Lollipop, because we are diving in!

    10. NCIS: No, not Los Angelis. The ACTUAL NCIS. I love this show. It was introduced to me by my Grandpa a few years ago, and I absolutley fell in love with the show. From the action, to the mystery solving..... GOSH, I could watch it for hours.

    9. Little House On the Prairie: This is an interesting show. Based on the widley popular books by Laura Ingalls Wilder, the show followed a young Laura and her family during the Pioneer days. I became introduced to the show when my Mom had to get an operation on her foot when I was younger. I would spend hours with her watching the show, and I quickly fell in love with it. My Mom owned every single season from the show..... Yeah, I watched a lot. The only reason this isnt higher on my list is because there are others which i have come to love way more.

    8. Saturday Night Live: I love this show. Enough said. Really. Saturday Night Live is a show that has been going since the late 1900's, till present day. A lot of popular stars today have been premiered on the show, and I love watching there cameos. I know people are going to be asking what my favorite scetch is , so I will enlighten you. my favorite scetch from the show would be the one that introduced me to SNL: Living in a Van down by the River. Starring the great Chris Farley as a motivational speaker, it is a must see. And I mean, a MUST SEE. IT IS HILARIOUS! If you havnt watched it yet, look it up. You havnt lived until you have watched Chris Falrey in this role.

    7. The Simpsons: Ok, pretty obvious. And no, I dont mean season 16 and above. I mean when the show was actually good. It centered around a disfunctional family who would get into different shenanigans. If you ever take a gander at watching it, I recommend the older episodes. Like all shows, The Simpsons went through Seasonal Rot (If you dont know what I am talking about, look at Modern Day Spongebob). Oh, and for the record, I hate Family Guy. With a burning passion.

    6. Star Trek: Yes, I mean the old show. About a year ago, my Dad gave me the Complete first season of Star Trek for Christmas. Being a (Hardcore) Star Wars fanboy, I was intrigued. So, me and my Dad sat down and watched it. And for the record, it was HILARIOUS. From the humor in the show, to just some of the cheap things they had on set. I have to say, if you are looking for something funny to watch, watch Star Trek Season 1. Oh, and watch closely when there is a fist fight in the show. That is when it gets pretty funny. Besides that, though, it tackled some seriosu things. I have fallen in love with the characters.

    5. Everybody Loves Raymond: This is not a very known one. This was a show created during the Age of Sitcoms (The Cosby Show, Happy Days, etc.) This show was centered around Raymond, a sports loving journalist and his dysfuntional family. It is absolutley hilarious. From his over obsessive mother going neck to neck with his outspoken wife, to his Dads constant wise cracks, this is a show to fall in love with.

I dont really have a favorite episode for this one, but my favorite season from the show is its last one, Season 9. Robert and Amy are married, and I absolutley LOVE Amy's character. Innocent and funny. Anyways, a great show to check out.

    4. Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Who didnt see this one coming? I lOVE Star Wars: the Clone Wars. I talked about it a little bit in my Star Wars, Rebels Review, but I dont think that justified my absolute LOVE for the show. It took place between Star Wars episode 2 and 3, and focused on the elusive Clone Wars. It was a great show, with likable characters and a great premise. If you havnt seen this show, and you have Netflix, you absolutley must watch it. A good starting episode would be the Season 1 episode, Rookies. I have always found the episodes that center on the Clone Troopers to be the best.

I am conflicted on which my favorite episode is. My SINGLE favorite episode would be the Season 4 episode, Darkness On Umbara. It takes place ont he planet of, you guessed it, Umbara, where the Republic launch an epic seige upon the planet. After Anakin is called back to Coruscant, Jedi Master Krell takes over command of the troops. And, with his reckless tactics, gets hundred of Clones killed. Captain Rex is conflicted: Does he follow the orders given to him, even though he knows they are wrong, or does he disobey orders, and save the lives of his men. The Umbara Trilogy is the best in the series, but I feel this is the best single episode. My next favorite in this arc would be Carnage of Krell. I wont spoil the end, but this is by far the best Arc in the show. If you are new to the show, I still recommend Rookies first. But after Rookies, I say watch these episodes.

    3. Star Wars: Rebels: I already did a review on why I love this show here.

My favorite episode from the show, like anyone else who watched, would be the Season 1 finale, Fire Across the Galaxy. I cant really say the premise of the episode without revealing the rest of the arc. But I just have to say that it was a very satisfactory ending for a first season. Plus, we got introduced to a character returnign from the Clone Wars. THE HYPE IS HIGH WITH THIS ONE!

    2. My Little Pony: Do i really need to explain why I like this show? Good morals, lovable characters (Shippers, Im watching you!), and a great fandom. For the most part.

My favorite episode to date would have to be the Season 5 Opener, The Cutie Map. I also did a review of that here.

    1. Mystery Science Theater 3000: Didnt see this one coming, did ya? Thats right, the only show I love more than MLP is MST3K. MST3K was a show that aired a long time back, and went for multiple seasons. It centered around a guy (Mike, Joel, the host changed over the seasons), and a few talking robots, as they sort of did a live commentary over these old crappy movies. It was hilarious and had me entertained. Before I go bed each night, I stay up and watch an episode or two.

My favorite SHORT they did would have to be whent hey reviewed the first episode of Gumby "Robot Rumpus". The show is now on Youtube, so look it up! You have no excuse not to watch. I recommend the above episode to watch. It's only about 10 minutes long, and is pretty freaking funny.

And that, guys, was my top 10 favorite TV shows. Do you disagree with any of my choices? Believe one show should have been above another? Comment! Each comment submitted gives this cat a watermelon.

Guys, this cat really wants to buy a Rainbow Dash plushie, but cant! In his world, Watermelons are currency. So, each comment given will get this cat one step closer to his plushie. HIS PLUSHIE, DARN IT! THINK OF THE KITTENS. And that is all for today. Oh, and before I forget!

I am starting up a Brony Skype Group! People should join! We will talk about the show, do collabs, and everything else fun in the world! PM me or post in the comments if you are interested. Ok, bye guys, and see you next time.

Why, hello, everypony, and welcome back to an episode of..... huh, I actually dont have a creative, unique title for my blogs. That is..... Kinda sad. I cant just keep calling this the Juggerpony Blog! I need something new, something unique. VoR has "MLP: What Works". Firebrand has "Taking *Insert Episode Name* Too Seriously". I need something.... something that poeple will remember. Can you people in the chat help? Post a comment as to an original idea I can use because.... I am not creative in the slightest.

Enough of that jazz, I am here to bring you an episode review, and I just had to say that the fandom had..... mixed feelings about it. Some thought it was great, some thought it was horribe. Some even compared it to Double Rainboom (That.... THING). However, I am going to do something different today. Instead of telling you my thoughts on the episode (Whether it was good or not) right here, I am going to talk about the episode first, then give my overarching opinion of the episode at the end. So, without further a do, ladies and gentlecolts, grab yourselves a can of Moxie and a packet of Hostess whatever, because we are diving in!

We start off with Rainbow Dash encouraging ponies the start of Winter. Great call back to that one season 1 episode that escapes me for some reason. Oh, and her pet tortoise, Tank, is with her. RD suddenly starts noticing that Tank seems a little more tired than usual. Consulting Fluttershy, it is revealed that Tank is going to hybernate. Rainbow denies it, saying that Tank just needs to get some blood pumping. When the other Mane Five question Dash, she blows up in there face, giving us a hilarious new pic to convert into a meme. Can someone create that meme? I cant, for some reason.
After Rainbow storms off, she deduces that, since Tank can only hybernate when it is cold, that to keep Tank she has to stop winter!

Shes a mean one, Rainbow Grinch. Yes, I laughed at that reference. Because..... comedy.

Anyway, Rainbow does everything in her power to thwart the Weather Ponies attempts to bring winter. And that means she gets a SOLO SONG!

Her first solo song in the series and, just a quick critique at it, it was really good. Not something I would listen to over and over again, but still, something I would probably play on a Spotify playlist.

Anyway, back to the Episode. Over time, Rainbow find out that to stop winter, she has to stop it at the source. AKA, she is going to take out the Cloudsdale Weather Factory. And, with both a homage to Rainbow Factory and Metal Gear, she breaks in and takes out the water supply. After a bunch of things go wrong, and a Game of Thrones reference, RD actually makes winter come quicker. This leads Rainbow to go into a MULTIPLE WEEK LONG DEPRESSION. Like.... wow. Anyway, her friends go to cheer her up, with little success. Until Fluttershy, being the great friend she is, tells Rainbow that her winter is going to be petless. This results in Rainbow Dash crying. Fluttershys explanation was that Rainbow just had to let all her feelings out. And, after a good, genuine soun ding crying moment, Rainbow comes to her senses, and lets Tank hybernate. And now, my thoughts on the episode.

Ok, so story wise, I thought it was great! The pacing was good, the humor was amazing, and the emotional moments seemed genuine. The humor was both centered around standard and referencial humor. There were SO many references, I couldnt count them all. But it helped the episode out a lot.

A lot of critisism has been thrown at this episode, especially towards Rainbow. People are saying that she was acting out of character, just like in Double Rainboom. But I actually would have to disagree. This didnt really seem like a character assasination, but more like character DEVELOPMENT. Now, lets delve into that.

Ok, so Rainbows over reaction. People have said that she was reacting like Tank was going to die or something, not go into hybernation for 3 months. Well, we have to take into consideration a few things.

    1. Off screen action. It seems like Rainbow and Tank are very close, and this was probably developed through off screen action. I mean, look at it this way. RD lives alone in her Sky mansion. Her onyl other companion, besides her friends, is Tank. We have heard Rainbow say in this episode that she does a lot with Tank when they get the chance. He reads with her, sleeps with her (Shippers, dont even think about it!), and keeps her company when she is alone. And now she had to get rid of that comfort for 3 months.

    2. Their Relationship. We havnt really seen much on Rainbows family, and the closest people we have seen to Rainbow is her friends. A lot of people take pets as genuine family. I had a cat once, and he was family to me. When the cat had to be put down, I cried. Granted, i am like Applejack, and I cried on the inside, but I was still heartbroken. Granted, Tank isnt dying. But still, RD is giving up family for 3 months. That is especially hard.

Another critisism to this episode is that Rainbow, supposedly, caused thousands of bits in Cloudsdale property damage, and got off scott free. Which I also have to disagree with. First, I dont think anyone caught her. Nobody knew it was her that caused all that damage. The weather ponies probably would just think that it was a machine malfunction.

And if she was caught, then there is another explanation, and that is found in a line of dialogue our dear Princess of Friendship said. "You havnt been acting yourself for the past few weeks". PAST FEW WEEKS!?! Guys, in those few weeks, Dash probably could have been doing community service, or doing something to fix that damage done in Cloudsdale.

So overall, I like this episode. Not my favorite this season(The Cutie Map gets that honor), but still, there are more good things in this episode than bad. So why do so many people hate this episode? Post in the comments! I want to argue..... I mean, Peacefully debate with you.

Well, guys, Thanks for reading! Comment, subscribe to the blog, whatever. I love feedback, and I want to know what I should write next. Whether it is an episode, a fan work, or even a fanfiction, just comment. Each comment submitted will give this cat a watermelon.

Remember a while back (Yesterday), when I said that I wold do a full review of Star Wars Rebels? Well, here it is! Gentleman, welcome back to STAR WARS WEEK! WOOHOO! Because the only thing better than pastel ponies that tell us about love and kindness is watching people shoot lasers at one another. So, grab your Moxie soda and a packet of Ding Dongs, because we are diving in!

In the year of 2008, Lucas Films released a movie known simply as Star Wars, The Clone Wars. It had a lot of mixed reviews, most saying that something like that belonged on a TV show, not a stand alone movie. Well, little did they know that the hour and a half long movie was actually the pilot episode for the upcoming TV show Star Wars, the Clone Wars. The show itself centered between episode 2 and 3, and focused on the Clone Wars. This was probably the first official Star Wars movie and show to come out since the 2003 cartoon, so everyone flocked to it. It aired on Cartoon Network for 5 years, and had grown to have a HUGE fanbase. And I am going to say that I was probably one of the most die hard fans of the series. 3 more seasons were planned out for this amazing show..... until Disney bought Lucas Films. This deal, unfortunatley, cut all ties between Cartoon network and Lucas Films, resulting int he shows cancellation. This left fans distraught, and mostly angry. They blamed Disney for ruining their show. Little did anyone realise that Disney had another show planned. They hired Dave Fioni, the previous director of The Clone Wars, and several writers from the old show. And, with multiple advertisements and a civil war between the fandom, the show Star Wars Rebels was born.

It aired on Disney XD almost 6 months ago, and the fandom had.... mixed results, so to speak. One half said that it was going to suck, because..... Dsiney. The other half thought it was going to be a great show because of all the returning writers and director. I was in the half that said it was goin to be a good show. i like going into things like this with an optimistic expression. So, the show aired, and I have to say that it was pretty good. Different from the Clone Wars, but still good!

It stars a young force-sensetive street urchin by the name of Ezra Bridger who, as a lot of fans have nicknamed him, is a "14 Year old Aladdin". While I can see a resemblance, I just have to say that Ezra has a LOT more character than Aladdin. It also stars an ex-jedi knight by the name of Kanan, a Twilek pilot named Hera, a 15 year old Mandalorian girl named Sabine, and a Lasat Honor Gaurd by the name of Zeb. Together, they are the crew of the Ghost, a ship that is similar, but not as awesome as, the Millenium Falcon.

Season 1 was sort of meant to be the character development portion of the show. We get to find out a little about Ezras backstory, about his hidden hates and how he is conquering his fears in his teachings of becoming a Jedi. We got great character development from Kanan, and find out how he survived Order 66. Hera acts as sort of a motherly figure towards the crew of the Ghost, and it has been hinted that she has a romantic relationship with Kanan (Not official). Sabine also got some character development in this season, but we still have a lot to learn about her. What is her back story? How did she meet the crew of the Ghost? All we know so far is that she was enlisted into the Imperial Academy before deserting. Zeb acts as a brother figure to Ezra, and he got probably the least amount of character development. But he still got character development. He was an honor gaurd on his homeworld before the Empire came and almost exterminated the entire Lasat species. Zeb is only one in a few remainign Lasats left alive.

The villains of the show have been great so far. In the Pilot, we got introduced to the main villain, Agent Kallous. Kallous is an ambitious but strict ISB (Imperial Security Beareu) Agent. His job is to douse out any resistance to the Empire before it sparks into a rebellion. Being that our heros are rebels, this obviously means we see Kallous a lot. We also got introduced to the Inquisitor, whos job is to hunt down any remaining Jedi in the name of Darth Vader. Of course, we never get the Inquisitors real name, and it has now been revealed that there will be other inquisitors in the show. Later int he season we got introduced to everyones favorite villain from Star Wars Episode 4 (Besides vader) Grand Moff Tarkin. He was amazing in his story arc, and it is definitley worth seeing.

I will not reveal any episode spoilers, in case you havnt watched any of them. But I GREATLY encourage you to check the show out. Season 2 is on its way, and it looks amazing. A lot of returning faces from the Clone Wars (Including everyones favorite Clone Trooper!), as well as the first appearance of Darth Vader and, possibly, the Emporer himself. If the last season was made for character development, than this season will be made for the Fire of Rebellion itself. It looks amazing, and hope it will do as good, if not better, than its predecessor.

Hey, guys, and welcome to my episode review! Today, I will be talking about the latest episode of MLP, "Bloom and Gloom". So, the first CMC character centered episode? Cant wait to see how this turns out. SPOILERS WILL ENSUE! Alright guys, grab a bottle of Moxie Soda and a package of Ding Dongs, and get ready for my review of this episode!

So, we start out in the CMC Clubhouse, and the animators show off the animation with a new, glossy feel. Inside the clubhouse, Applebloom reveals that she has recently recieved a letter from Babs Seed (CMC Manehatten Chapter). The letter states that Babs has recieved her Cutie Mark in..... cutting. THat didnt sound right at first, I hate to admit. But a second later, it is revealed that she meant as a hair styalist. Which of course makes sense, considering how often she fiddled with her hair "One Bad Apple". Nonetheless, this makes the CMC think of something: what if they got a cutie mark they didnt like? THis question hit Applebloom especially hard, as she goes into a paranoid frenzy wondering on what would happen if she got a Cutie Mark she didnt like. This is actually a legit and mature thing that she is worrying over, and we in the audience have simpathy for her.

After the title sequence, We see Applejack comforting her and trying to put her fears to rest. This is just a small gimick, but I can say that, based on all of Appleblooms questions, she would make a good Philosepher. However, some of the questions she asks will be relevant later. The questions are: What if I get a Cutie Mark I dont like, what if the CMC break apart, and what if her family rejects her? Anyway, she closes her eyes for second, and everyone knows what that means......

    CUE THE DREAM SEQUENCE!

Ok, it wasnt as obvious as it was during "Look Before you Sleep", but I digress. Anyway, Applebloom wakes up to an alarming discovery. She got her Cutie mark! And she got it in...... Pesticides. That is the first thing I thought when I saw her Cutie mark. Did anyone else think that? No..... just me? Drat.

Anyway, it turns out she is meant to be an exterminator Pony. And the previous exterminator tells her about a certain kind of bug that, if not controlled, could literally cause the apocolypse. And now it is Appleblooms job to take care of it. And with that, he retires, seemingly leaving the fate of Equestria in Appleblooms hoofs. She is good at her job, but she isnt to fond of it. This causes her to run (After some Diamond Tiara time), where she runs into a pony that says he can remove her cutie mark for her. She accepts, and CAUSES THE APOCOLYPSE!

She wakes up and find out she has another cutie mark, this time as a potion maker. I know its a dream, but the POTION MAKING CUTIE MARK SHOULD BE HER ACTUAL CUTIE MARK! She is perfect for it. So, she goes and shows off her Cutie Mark to Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, who dont take it all that well. It leads to an actually depressing scene where her friends reject her, and the CMC dissolve. But not before the mysterious shadow pony from the previous dream shows up and asks Applebloom if she wants her Cutie AMrk removed. This still dissolves the CMC, as Sweetie and Scootaloo get there marks, and say that they are too busy for Applebloom. THen, the final dream sequence happens, which would be the fear of family rejection. Her Cutie Mark this time is..... Paleos Cutie mark..... second time we are seeing that dolphin. And, since it isnt an apple, her family.... kicks her from the family. Harsh.

Once again, Applebloom encounters the mysterious dream pony again. Then, big surprise, LUNA SHOWS UP! Luna reveals that the shadow pony was merely her shadow, and she was creating her own nightmares. Huh, clever of our dear writers.

And thus ends the CMC Dream trilogy! And what a great way to end it. There wasnt that much humor in the episode, but if there was humor, it was subtle and funny. And I am glad that the writers took a subtle humor route. It really played in well with the episode. On top of that, good moral, and overall an amazing episode. Season 5 is off on a great note! No bad episodes yet..... yet.

Well, guys, comment, subscribe to the blog, whatever. I love feedback, and I want to know what I should write next. Whether it is an episode, a fan work, or even a fanfiction, just comment. Each comment submitted will give this cat a watermelon.

I know, i know, I normally only write on MLP. But come on, MLP isnt the only fandom i am a part of. Ever since the age of 4, I have been a HUGE Star Wars fan. Like, watching the movies hundreds of times, reading all the EU books, even taking possession of the Star Wars Chronology book. Yeah, i was a huge nerd in school. I was one of those people who would have open fights with the Star Trek fans on which was the better franchise. When Disney bought Star Wars and erased the canon, I honestly was worried. But with that, I was also excited. What would Disney do with the new fresh slate they have been given?

Over the past week, Disney has released three different trailers relating to Star Wars. And I just have to say that these trailers have put all of my fears to rest. In this blog, I will be speaking on the three trailers that Disney released this week, starting with EAs new game, Star Wars Battlefront 3.

Being a star wars Nerd, I of course bought all the Star Wars battlefront games for the original XBOX, and devoted hundreds of hours to playing it. If I was to say on which game was better, I would honestly say battlefront 1 was my favorite. Better maps, no sprint, and it was actually a challenge. Battlefront 2, while it still had space battles and playable heros, was WAY to easy, even on elite mode (At least for me). There was always a rumor that there would be a Battlefront 3, but nothing ever came of it. Until a few days ago, when the first ever trailer for Battlefront 3 was released. Granted, it didnt show much, but it did reveal some awesome things. I would also like to note that this is sort of as a response to Darings blog post from earlier today, who did not have a lot of good things to say about this trailer.

Well, first, it looks like the fans are getting there wish. We can actually have customizable characters! Wooho! It also looks like we will get something that, in the past, would only be found in mods. I am talking about space-to-ground battles! THAT MAKES ME SO HAPPY! The trailer also got to show off the new engine being used, which actually looks nicer and more cleaned up than the previous battlefronts. Adressing Daring on no space battles, I just have to say that this is only the first trailer. We cant expect everything immediatley. Just like witht he first Force Awakens teaser. Speaking of which......

A few days ago, Disney released the second teaser trailer for the latest installment of the famous space opera, Star Wars! A lot of fans were genuinley scared, fearing that Disney would screw it up. However, based on this trailer, my fears have been put to rest. JJ is looking good so far. We actually got a good intro as to what the movie will be about. If you want me to do an in depth review of the trailer, comment, and I will do it with pleasure. Unfortunatley, I cant express every little thing that I loved about the trailer into this blog, but hey, what can I say?

Finally, Disney XD has released the trailer for Star Wars Rebels, Season 2! And if the other two trailers didnt blow me away, then this one certainly did! Again, i dont have time to talk about it in detail in this blog, but comment if you want me to give a full scale review tomorrow! Because seriously, the Star Wars Rebels Season 2 trailer looks absolutley amazing. If you havnt seen it yet, then for Celestias sake, LOOK IT UP!!!!!

Well, guys, comment, subscribe to the blog, whatever. I love feedback, and I want to know what I should write next. Whether it is an episode, a fan work, or even a fanfiction, just comment. Each comment submitted will give this cat a watermelon.

    Well, this review is late.

I was looking online and was brain dead as to what to write for my next blog, and saw a HUGE amount of episode reviews for Castle, Sweet Castle, the latest episode of My Little Pony. Now, it is wierd that this is coming out late, since I watched it live on Equestria TV on Saturday, but I do have a policy for not writing blogs on weekends. That policy will be my downfall, I swear. Anyways, off of that topic, it is time for my thoughts on this episode! Remember, SPOILERS!

Ok, so if I was to say that the Season 5 opener showed that this was going to be a great (if not the best) Season, then this episode has confirmed my thoughts on it. Like, oh my goodness! It probably doesnt help that I have watched Dr. Wolfs analysis of the episode, so I will try my best to not repeat things he has already made apparent.

Ok, well story wise, the episode wasnt as good as The Cutie Map. But at the same time, the Season Opener had more time to establish a story than this episode. Considering that Castle Sweet Castle is a slice of life story, it was a fantastic episode dealing with a rough topic. Looking into it, this episode dealt with the topic of loss, and how we can best deal with it through the memories spent with the person or the thing. Granted, the episode didnt say it directly, but it is implied. I mean, lets take the thing that Twilight lost into account. In the season 4 finale, Tirek (The antagonist) blew Twilights house, which she has had since the pilot episode, INTO SMITHERENES!

Yeah, that didnt make Twilight very happy.

I mean, think about it. That library has been Twilights home and educational sancuary since day one. Whenever she had a breakdown, the Library was a place of comfort. Many adventures happened in that library. And then suddenly, in the blink of an eye, everything about that library went to ashes. I mean, WOW. Talk about a heavey loss.

Sorry, I got off topic. Twilight feels that her new castle, which is a replacement given by the Deus-Ex-Machibox, feels empty. So, to help her out, her friends decide to clean it up while she went to the spa and calmed down. With Spike keeping Twilight from coming home, the Mane 5 bring in stuff to make the castle more 'homey'. That means Rainbow Dashes trophies, Rarities drapes, Fluttershys animals, Applejacks hay (?), and Fluttershys animals. They realize quickly that those are things that comfort them, not necessarily Twilight, and will more than likely not make her happy at all. So, they clear everything out, and they are right back to square one. Spike comes by, tells them that they dun goofed, and the Mane 5 tell him that he needs to stall Twilight with the power of Sub-Plot! In the end, the Mane 5 decide to dig up the roots of the Library and hang it as a chandolier in the main council room. It is a very heartening scene as the Mane 5 explain to Twilight that the thing that makes p a house isn't the things inside it, but the memories that occur in it.

Ok, that took forever. THe visuals in the episode were great, the humor was spot on (most of the time). The Spike/ Twilight Sub-Plot was hilarious. From the now trending meme that is known as Twilights new Hair Style, to Bulk Biceps working at the spa (Fanfic writers, to your laptops!) it was just very funny. They sub-plot even managed to get heart felt moment as Twilight and Spike have a crying moment outside the destroyed Library. That scene makes me wonder, though. Wouldnt a construction crew remove the tree, since it just took up space in the middle of town? Well, the Mane 5 took it, so no more Zoning problems for the Mayor to worry about, I guess.

The main story itself was also pretty funny, with the mane 5 arguing amongst one another. Over all, an excellent episode, and one that I would say is a treasured one. Not an episode I would show people just now coming into the show, but for veterans, this is truly a golden episode. 6/6 stars, because it went the extra mile. Way to go, writers! Wait, what.... these are new writers? Well, they have started off on the right note! Well, guys, comment, subscribe to the blog, whatever. I love feedback, and I want to know what I should write next. Whether it is an episode, a fan work, or even a fanfiction, just comment. Defending King Sombra

  8. Juggerpony
Gasp! Dear Celestia, what have I done? I have destroyed the fabric of reality! I have doomed the world to complete and total fallout. I..... forgot to write a blog yesterday! EVERYBODY PANIC!

No, Im just kidding. Im sure you didnt miss my blog THAT much. But hey, its the thought that counts.

Hello, Everypony! And welcome back to the Juggerpony Blog! I am your host, the Juggerpony. And today, we are doing to be going to back and continuing an older post I made about a week ago. That post would be "Defending Kind Sombra". In the post, I basically defended a normally hated villain, and argued as to why he was great. THis villain is none other than the infamous Crystal Tyrant and Lord of Shadows himself, King Sombra. Now, must tell everyone that, since the new Fiendship is Magic is considered non-canon, it will NOT be included in this review, unfortunatley. I read it, and loved it. Still, it is not canon ;(

When we last left off We were discussing how Sombra had left a lasting impression on the Crystal Ponies. Still in the first part of the actual Crystal Empire Empire. In this blog, we will be talking about his dark magic, and his final invasion of the Crystal Empire!

Ok, so lets skip a little ways into the episode, when we come across Sombras Throne room. This is the scene where twilight uses a spell fueled by hatred and rage to find a secret door. Now, a lot of people have referred to the Hatred spell as "Sombra Magic". If this is the case, than this also shows that Sombra was not just a creature of fear and malice, but also one of hatred and anger, which would also explain his cruel treatment to his subjects. But then there is the door. The door that is opened by the same spell, and reveals your darkest fears. For Twilight, that was rejection from her mentor, Celestia. And for Spike, it is Twilight rejecting him. It makes me wonder, though, what Sombras secret fear is. For a pony known as the Lord of Shadows, and the Tyrant of Fear. What would be his greatest fear? Man, I could answer a lot of these questions if the comic book was canon. Darn you, canon! You are ruining my blog!

After Twilight conquers Sombras second greatest weapon (Stairs), she finds the Crystal heart. The Crystal Heart is known to be the instrument that, as said in my first blog, brings light and happiness to the land of Equestria. Sombra, to maintain control of the Empire, hid the heart to where no one could find it. And this is sort of where Sombras villainy shines. He has a Back-up plan. He thoroughly thought his plan out, making sure to get rid of the one thing he knew could end him, and hiding it to where not even Celestia and Luna could find it. But then, he had a back-up plan to his back-up plan. His second back up plan was that if anyone found the crystal heart, an alarm would go off, allowing the dark crystals back into the Crystal Empire, Love shield or not. And I find it interesting that if at least one Dark crystal is within the Empire, Sombra can still control it from the outside.

This back-up plan almost gave him complete re-control of the Empire. If it wasnt for Twilights quick thinking, and Spikes bravery, Sombra would once again be the Crystal Tyrant.

Guys, this villain is great. That is really all that needs to be said about him. Yes, he looks like an OC at the beginning, and yes, he looks like the cloud monster from Lost. But he is still a great villain. WHile not my first favorite (That honor goes to Tirek) he is still one of my favorites.

Well guys, thank you for tuning in. I am so sorry for the lack of blogs, but I have been busy lately with school. i will not be able to bost a blog tomorrow, but I will be tuning in to watch Big Hero 6 tonight! So come on down to the Equestria TV area, and we can watch it together! Great Disney Movie. #StarWars7

    Defending King Sombra

  9. Juggerpony
Hello, Everypony! And welcome to my very first blog! Well, technically my second, but the first one was an introduction, soooooo..... potatoes. Oh, and P.S., SPOILERS ENSUE IN THIS FORUM!!!!

Anyways, lets get started. I promised in the introducion that for my first (Second.... NYAAAN!) Blog post, I would talk about a very disliked villain in the MLP world. He is the great Crystal Tyrant and Lord of Shadows himself, King Sombra! Before I begin my case of defending this character however, I should make it clear that I may be a little biased. I like Sombra as a villain. Now even if after you read this post, and you still dislike Sombra, then please bring it up in the comments. I would love to have a peaceful conversation/debate with you. Now, without further a do, I bring you my defense case for King Sombra!

King Sombra appeared as the main antagonist in the Season 3 Premier, The Crystal Empire. In a flashback, he is shown as a black stallion in red/iron armor, with green eyes. One of the writers for the show said that he was meant to represent a character from Lord of the Rings, I am assuming Sauron. In the flashback we see that as king, he enslaved the whole of the Crystal Empire. The Crystal Empire, as Princess Celestia put it, was a place of hope and joy to all of Equestria. However, Sombra became the ruler and corrupted the Empire. The Crystal Ponies themselves lived as slaves. Now, this is where I want to begin my case for why he is a good villain.

Just from seeing this begining scene, we see how evil he was. He enslaved a once happy and proud kingdom, putting shackles on the ponies and forcing them into hard labor. If you observe the shackles the ponies are wearing a little more closely, you will see something that should not be in a kids show for little girls: Blood. Or at least a red liguid of some kind..... I am going to assume its blood. Unless Sombra had them paint his evil halls red. Anyway, if it was blood, this shows not only that Sombra was a tyrant, but he was also OBRESSIVE. He would beat his citizens into work. Or that his citizens worked so hard that they were physically harmed. I dont know if there is some comic out there that explains exactly what Sombra did to his subjects, but I would be interested to know what exactly Sombra forced the ponies to do.

The next scene we see is Celestia and Luna banishing Sombra from his physical form (turning him into the Shadow Lord), and banished him beneath the ice. But before he could be completely banished, he placed a curse over the Empire, saying that as long as he was banished, the Crystal Empire would be banished as well. So, not only did Sombra oppress his citizens, he also had the whole of the civilization vanish when he lost control of it.

Throughout the rest of the 2 parter, we actually dont see Sombra that much. We only see him as a cloud of darkness surrounding the Crystal Empire. However, while his giant form is terrifying, it is not necessarily his presence that is frightening. When the Mane 6 arrive in the Crystal Empire and begin talking to the Crystal ponies, they say they remember nothing of there past. Except for him. So, Sombra scared them so much that they cant even remember who they once were, only his oppressive rule. It is only until light and hope fills the city again do they start remembering who they were before Sombra.

I could go on for hours on this subject, but I will spare you readers. Maybe this could be a part one for my Defense of Sombra. If you guys want a part two, simply ask, and I will give! That, or when I finally join the Youtube analysis community, I will discuss it all in a video. Either way, I would like to thank you guys for hearing me ramble on for as long as I have. If you guys have any suggestians for what I should write next, just post it in the chat! Whether it is an Episode, Fan-animation, fanfiction, or whatever, just ask, and I will write my honest opinion.

  10. Juggerpony
Well, bet you guys didnt see this one coming! I know, I was supposed to upload my Defending King Sombra part 2 yesterday, and I am super sorry. But things come up, sooo..... potatoes. So, this is going to be a new segment I am bringing to my blog, in which I will talk about all the different villains in Friendship is Magic. Sort of like my Defending King Sombra, but this one will also talk about widely loved villains, as well as some..... unsavory ones. But enough about that jazz, time to talk about one of the greatest villain portrayls I have ever seen! (Doesnt make her my favorite, but she is close up there!)

Before I begin talking about Starlight, i just have to tell everyone that I have watched the Season 5 opener about 6-7 times. Yes, guys, it was that good. If you havnt watched it yet, I recommend you watch it before reading this article, because...... SPOILERS! But, without further a do, lets delve into Starlight Glimmer's character!

Starlight Glimmer first appears in the Season 5 Opener, and is the Founder of a small town on the edge of Equestria. The town itself was founded on the principles that no pony should be higher above another, and that everypony should be completely equal. And when I say completely, I mean COMPLETELY. Same houses, fashion sense, even the same cutie mark. All of the principles on which the town is based on is clearly based off of Starlights "philosephy". Starlight believes every word she says, and believes that everypony should be equal.

Now, we can tell that Starlight is a good villain from the very beginning. Why? Because she doesnt SEEM like the villain. Let me explain. For the whole first part, she treats the Mane 6 with absolute respect. She tells them of there philosephy, and shows complete understanding and kindness to their faces. However, we see things going on behind the scenes that would say otherwise. For one, it would appear that she has a hidden motive for wanting the Alicorn to stay. It also would appear that she has a small "secret police". After the song, we see Double Diamond, a white pony who would appear to have undying loyalty to Starlight (until the end) trailing the ponies, watching there every move, and monitoring the Mane 6's interactions with the townsponies. Then, we have Sugar Belle's nervousness when talking to the Mane 6. She was constantly glancing over at Double Diamond during her conversation, and in the end told the Mane 6 to come into the basement so they could talk under more secure circumstances. This especially rienforces the thought that not all was right in this small, "friendly" town. On the outside, like Starlight, the town seems friendly, and welcome. On the inside, however, there is more going on than anyone could possibly understand.

Then came the big reveal that she was the villain! In a sudden change of events, Starlight turns the tables on the Mane 6, surrounding them and taking away there Cutie Marks. She said that this is for the bettermeant of everypony, and says that the Mane 6 will now know of true friendship, through sameness and equality. I could honestly go on forever on this villain, and I am honestly going to do a video on her and go much farther in depth with her. But basically, she uses tactics simillar to that used in Communistic areas, using isolation and repeated propaganda to try and break them. However, surprisingly, Fluttershy comes to the rescue and shows Starlight to be a fraud by revealing she never gave up her Cutie Mark. So, this small part of the plot shows that not only did Starlight have reign (No pun intended) over the ponies lives, but that by keeping them equal, she was putting herself above everyone else. Gee, wonder where I have seem this before (Stalin and the Soviet Union). Before she could get captured however, she escapes. Wait, WHAT?!?!

Guys, you do not believe the signifigance of this. Starlight Glimmer is the first MLP villain to escape unscathed (And not get attacked by a Rainbow-ex-Machina)! But before she escapes, we here something very interesting. She says six completely forgettable words that are actually relevant. "I studied that spell for years!" This shows that, like Twilight, she is a studier. This actually leads some interesting discussion. In the first part of this two-parter, Starlight made it clear that she knew of Mettobrook, an Eastern Unicorn that not even Twilight new much about. it isnt much, but these 2 scenes show that Starlight is almost like the Anti-Twilight! To elaborate, Starlight Glimmer sort of IS Twilight. Starlight shows what Twilight would be like if she had never made friends in ponyville. If Twilight never understood what true friendship was, she would probably be doing the same exact thing Starlight was doing.

Or maybe this is just a kids show and I am taking it way too seriously (Yes, I did just quote Commander Firebrand. Dont judge me!). But seriously, i loved this villain. And I also loved this Season Opener. I can only pray that the rest of Season 5 is as good as the Opener. Well, thank you guys for tuning in! I have decided that I AM going to begin doing reviews on youtube..... with Audacity and Microsoft Powerpoint. Ummm, can you guys request some free software to help me out here? Post in the comments! Tell me what you think! See you guys on the next review!

Well, everypony, it has finally come and gone. 2 Days ago, on the 4th of April, the Season 5 premiere of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic aired. I had woken up that day excited. I mean, this was the longest Haitus for MLP EVER. But it was finally here. I went on Equestria.TV, a watched the whole Season Premiere. Now..... After watching it all the way through, I sat back in my chair, pondering everything I had just watched. And I have to say this...... how can anypony NOT LOVE THIS SEASON OPENER!?!? I absolutley loved it, and I firmly believe this is, by far the best Season opener to date (Yes, even more than The Crystal Empire, which is what brought me into the fandom in the first place).

Before I give my review, I have to say again. SPOILERS WILL ENSUE IN THIS POST! TURN BACK NOW IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED THE PREMIER YET!!!

Ok, now that I have the spoiler alerts out of the way, where to begin? Well, I guess I will talk about the story. And WHAT A STORY it is! The episode mainly centers around the Mane 6 going on a road trip to Northern Equestria, and discovering a stange village. The village seemed peaceful enough, considering everyone their was so friendly, and were always smiling. And those smiles still haunt my nightmares. But what seems to conscern the Mane 6 the most would a lack of cutie marks on any of the villagers. As it would appear, they live in a communistic like society where everyone is equal, and no pony has an advantage over the other. There is no arguing in their little community, and no townspony has anything special about them. As it would later turn out, their founder, Starlight Glimmer, has been keeping everyones Cutie Marks in a vault just outside of town. It turns out to be a trap, however, and the Mane 6 get captured, and their cutie marks are removed. Now, I wont go as far as to spoil the ending, but I just have to say that the Climax is Spectacular.

Now, the Season Openers always seem to do the animations..... better than in the rest of the season. For example, the Season 4 Premier had EXCELLENT shading, especially in its opening scenes. In this season Opener, however.... I didnt see anything revolutionary, to say the least. I mean, the opening scene definitley showed some improvement, but the rest just seemed like an ordinary episode. That would be the episodes only real flaw, though.

Now the big question: Were all of the Characters, well, in character. For example, one of the things I didnt like about the Season 4 Finale was Applejack. She did not seem like she was in character. In the Season 4 Premiere, while everypony was looking in books to come up with a solution to the problem at hand, Pinkie was...... coloring in a coloring book. Ok, she is not stupid! But enough of those episodes, I am reviewing this one! And I must say that each of the characters were PERFECT! Twilight was her usual self, Comforting yet taking the leadership role. Rainbow (My third favorite pony!) was her usual self, and had some pretty funny moments. Rarity, the fashionista she was, simply looked like she wanted to throw up at the sight of everyones attire. And she had a few funny moments in the backround. Applajack was herself, THANK CELESTIA! But I have to say, the two characters that really shined in this episode were Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie was at her best Humor wise. I mean, she was HILARIOUS. I wont spoil any of her jokes, you just have to watch the episode. Fluttershy, on the other hand, has just shown improvement as a character. Is she still her timid, shy self? Yes, but she isnt flanderized over it! She is shown interacting with the townsponies, and was not afraid to take up a solo mission, despite her fears. So, Hurricane Fluttershy really DID pay off, then.

As I have already stated, the Humor was spot on. The dialogue itself seemed to flow naturally, which is really good. The VIllain, however, had to be the best part. She was a good villain because at first, you couldnt tell if she was a villain or not. She used flattery and deception to confuse the Mane 6. And it was pretty clear throughout the episode that she firmly believed what she said. Plus, she breaks the trope for what defines a normal MLP villain. I honestly loved her in this episode! Overall, I give this episode a 6/6 rating. I mean, common! This episode is a clear Must see to everyone. Sure, it did have its Communist Undertone, but it is minor, and I dont believe that that is what the show was going for.

Well, everypony, that is all I have for today! Thank you all for tuning in, and I hope to cat you guys tomorrow, as I move onto part 2 of my "Defending Kinh Sombra" Blog! Post in the comments, and I will catch you guys later!

    Defending King Sombra

  12. Juggerpony
Hello, Everypony! And welcome to a special post of the Juggerpony Blog today!

It is going to be a short entry, so bear with me on a few things. I will not be posting tomorrow, because it is Easter Sunday. Next, I will be posting my thoughts on the Season 5 Premier this coming Monday. On Tuesday, I will be posting the Part 2 to my "Defending King Sombra" blog. Update wise, I think that is it. Enjoy the blog, everypony!

Oh. My. Gosh, everypony. It has been a year since we have seen Twilights Kingdom. A year since we watched the amazing end to an amazing season (With exception to Rainbow Falls, but I digress). And now, ladies and gentlecolts, in less than 3 hours, the Season 5 Premier of MLP will air! I must say that I am EXTREMELY excited to be able to watch this. And from what the trailers have provided us with, my excitement has grown to levels over 9000 (Obvious meme is too freakin obvious).

The trailers have offered us a sneak peek as to what the season, and mostly the Premier, will be about. We are getting a new villain, hopefully overarching throughout the whole of the season, a utopian society that is not what it seems, Pinkie Pie getting a colt friend, and the retrurn of the smooze. Wait, what was that last one *Looks through script* Return of the smooz? The heck is a smooz? Oh, now I remember! That blob from Season 1. Wow, the creators are really liking the season 1 villains. First Tirek, and now the Smooz? Of course, the show is going to introduce the smooz as a character, not as a villain. So of course, we will see how this turns out.

Over all, I am super excited for what this season has to offer. I am also looking forward to seeing the CMC get there Cutie Marks. The problem with that is that when they get their Cutie Marks, they wont be the CMC anymore. So, looking forward to seeing where the creators will go with that.

Well guys, I am off. I need to do some things before watching the Premier. I know, this Blog was really not rezealing anything. But would guys have it any other way?

Third day here and not leaving anytime soon! I was generally surprised by the positive feedback I received on my last post. It makes my day to know that so many people care about my opinion, and are willing to accept it. It is people like you that encourage me to write these Blogs daily. Unfortunatley, I know I am not going to make friends with this post. So I will choose my words very carefully, and hopefully wont offend anypony. Ok, and without further a do, ladies and gentlecolts, grab yourselves a cup of Joe and some Hostess Ding Dongs, because this is going to be a wild ride as we discuss the Shipping Community.

Before I truly begin, I want to say that I have no personal vendetta against the shipping community. In fact, I really have no problem with them, for the most part. However, despite my bias, I still need to call the shipping community out on some..... problems. Throughout this episode, i am going to quote the episode "Hearts and Hoofs Day", as well as the Equestria Girls movie('s). So guys, last warning, be prepared.

For those who dont know what the shipping community is, they are people who pair different characters from a series and make them romantically involved. Shipper can mostly be found on Fim/fanfiction sites and whatnot. An example of a shipping would be, for example, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwhich, or Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase (Percy Jackson books). Shipping doesnt have to be canon, and the shipper can go anywhere with his shipping. So, no problems so far, right?

In the MLP episode, "Hearts and Hooves Day", the Cutie Mark Crusaders attempt to matchmake their teacher, Ms. Cherilee, with Appleblooms brother, Big Mac. When that doesnt work out, the CMC create a love potion to force the two together, because the CMC believed that they were "perfect" for one another. However, the potion turned out to be a poison, and the CMC raced against the clock to undo there mistakes. In the end, they learn the moral that it is not good to force two ponies to be together, even with the excuse that they are perfect for one another. Kind of a strange moral to give little girls, right? When would they ever apply that to their lives?

I am going to agree with Voice of Reason on this one, and say that this episode was more intended for the Brony community then anything. Especially to shippers. You cant simply put two ponies together on the excuse that they are perfect for each other. An interesting moral, and one of the reasons why I believe some people dislike this episode. However, this isnt the real reason why shipping is bad.

In Equestria Girls, we were introduced to a new character, as well as a possible romantic link for Twilight Sparkle. The infamous Flash Sentry. Why infamous? Because at the first sight of a possible relationship between him and Twilight, the fandom exploded. All out fallout ensued as people screamed at DHX and Hasbro as to why they put Flash Sentry into Equestria Girls, as well as following episodes. One of the main reasons (Not the only reason, but I digress) that people hate Flash is because of the romantic relationship. Twilight Shippers especially got pissed. This made there fanfictions wrong. This "Flash Sentry" got in the way of the lesbian pairings with Twilight and Rainbow Dash! Gasp!

Flash Sentry has introduced one of the main reasons why shipping is destroying lives. Because of these fan shippings, this doesnt allow the show that created these character we love a chance to romantically develop. Shippers have created so many fantasies that it is not leaving the show itself a lot of leg room. (SPOILERS) It has already been confirmed that Pinkie will get a colt friend by the end of Season 5, and quite possibly the rest of the mane 6.

So, at the end of it all, do shippers truly destroy lives? Post in the comments about what your opinions are! Each comment you post feeds this cat a watermelon.

Dont starve this poor kitten! Give it what it wants. Comment, and this cat will use the watermelon for the betterment of society. But anyway, thank you guys for reading! Again, comment if you want me to review a show episode, fan-animation, fanfiction, or whatever. Give me something to work with, people! If you havn't read any of my previous blog posts, then go and check them out! That is all I have you you guys right now. Again, thanks for reading, and see you tomorrow for my next blog!

    Defending King Sombra

Well, Hello Everypony! This is my second day here on the MLG Forums, and I just have to say how welcome everyone has made me feel! I have had at least 5 people welcome me (That wern't admins), and have just helped me get comfortable with the system. I would also like to thank EVERYBODY who has read my "Defending King Sombra" Blog Post. Last time I checked, at least, 50 people have read it. WITHIN 2 HOURS OF POSTING IT! Wow. Anyway, I am going to be talking about a very controversial episode of My Little Pony today, and I dont want to delay the inevitable any longer. Guys, grab a bag of popcorn and a few cups of coffee, and get ready for my review of Bridle Gossip.

Dear Celestia, why am I reviewing this. While sitting here at my desk, I was pondering on how to talk about an episode that has been accused of being "One of the worst episodes next to 'Mysterious Mare-do-Well'"? And furthermore, proving that it is NOT as bad as people make it out to be. So, to begin, I have decided to list the things that make this episode quote-on-quote "Controversial". This episode has been accused of Racism, poor plot, poor execution, and lots more. And, ladies and gentlecolts, I am here to prove that this episode is not that bad.

The first thing I have decided to talk about is the main argument against this episode. The Racism. I completely disagree with people on that fact. Racsim, as defined on Dictionary.com, is "One group feeling superior over another based on acheivement or social status". I did not see that in any way in this episode. In fact, until it was pointed out to me, I honestly didnt see any racism. Just as the moral said, the Mane 6 were "Judging a book by its cover."

From a normal veiwing standpoint, I thought the plot of the episode was meh. I mean, a Zebra comes to ponyville, and the ponies are too afraid to talk to her because she lives in the Everfree forest. Now, I SEE how people can interpret this as being racist, but its not. However, I do believe that the writers could have portrayed this better. As a reminder, I said that I would be saying how Bridle Gossip was not AS BAD as people make it out to be. I am not saying that it isnt bad. However, I would like to say a few more things.

The concept of Judging a book by its cover has been done before. Only natural that MLP would decide to do an episode on it. However, as I previously said, this concept could have been executed better. A LOT better. Ok, so so far, we have talked about how this episode isnt racist, but at the same time could have portrayed it better. But what about the other elements of the story? What about the humor and whatnot?

I think this episode did great humor wise. My favorite part was Flutterguy, by far! We also have to take into consideration that this is Zecora's debut as an MLP character. Without this episode, we wouldnt have other great episodes, or have episodes that lacked her. Now granted, these two things dont cancel out the poor execution of the moral, but it certaintly eases the pain. This episode also brought up a good Halloween special plot. I want to see ZOMBIE PONIES, man!

Well, thats all I have. Thank you guys for reading. Please, check out my blog and stay tuned for more reviews. I have decided to upload daily, so bing bang boom! If you have an idea for something I should review, please say it! Dont make me choose another topic again! Well, I am off! See you later, guys!

Hello, everypony! As a new member of the Blogging community, I must say that I am extremely nervous. I mean, who wouldnt when explaining your opinions to a bunch of ponies who will either agree with you, or bash you across the head because of it? In all seriousness, I want to someday join the Youtube Brony community, and as I said before, this is my first step to becoming a full on analyst.

I hope to update my blog regularly, maybe daily (Dont count on it, though). What this blog basically is is me talking about the different episodes of MLP, as well as fan animations, fan fictions, characters, etc. If you want to recommend a work to me, be my guest! I can even be something you created. However, i refuse to do "Dusks Dawn". I have watched it 3 times, and I still dont understand what was going on. But hey, if I get enough requests for it..... I dont know. You guys are the bosses, I am simply the Blogger.

I believe that is a wrap for this introduction. My first true Blog post is actually NOT going to be on an episode. I am going to be defending a villain in MLP who has recieved a lot of hate, and hopefully help convince the fandom he was a great villain. Guys, stay tuned as I cover.......
