Lol Dream, shows what you know. I'd like to make it a surprise. She's a similar age to the students, so it's going to be pretty shocking she's staff. Like when she comes out to meet the class. Nope, not spoiling.

Nah would be in her Lab behind her classroom. No need to have two facilities for the same character I think. Just wondering it's ok with Duck for her to do that.

I'll be more than happy! After all, counselors makes organized and happy ponies! School counselors actually are a must.

YAY! That actually works out perfectly since Lektra's class has not yet started. She can introduce herself as the teacher AND counselor :D

So we're going with a more structured class layout? I approve lol.

 

Also last I checked we don't but I'm doing that in another RP already, so what do people think about Lektra doing counseling on the side?

Love that idea! Would she have an office for that? Lol I'm just planning ahead for when my OC inevitably slips into a panic attack at the sight of her health teacher XD

Dreampuff meandered down the hall and out into the quad, hoping to run into someone who could point her in the right direction. She noticed a deer posting a sign for an after-school club. "Excuse me..." Dreampuff trotted over to her. "Do you know where the experimental engineering classroom is? Ooh... Fencing Club? That sounds quite interesting. I might stick around for that after school. I am planning on going out for cheerleading though. If I joined this club, would it interfere with that?"

Hmm, interesting... I wonder if Sigma should apply.

Do we have a guidance counselor? For some reason, I was thinking that we did,but I don't see one on the roster, so now I'm thinking it was just my imagination.

Ironically, my OC would find that less terrifying than a cow for a teacher 

So everyone is heading to Experimental Engineering now, right? Unless you guys want to make up NPC teachers or miss it.

So, I'm hoping that this is the type of high school where if you're involved in an after-school sport (like cheerleading ), you don't have to take P.E.....

Dreampuff watched as a mare quietly exited the history classroom. She looked over at the sleeping stallion in the back and noticed a sandwich at his side. She sat confused for a second. "What is she, the Sandwich Fairy?" she mumbled to herself.

She turned back to Sketchy and noticed he was leaving as well. "Oh... well, okie dokie then. I guess class is over...." She got up and began to leave. She then sighed to herself, "No, don't do that to him..." She turned back and walked over to the stallion sleeping in the back.

She nudged him and whispered, "Hey, class is over." She then turned and left, shouting behind her, "I'd wipe the drool from the desk before you leave. That's gross."

I'm having a lot of trouble coming up with an OC. Zebras are really hard for me.

Well, Zecora is very magic-focused. Maybe your zebra grew up in the Everfree Forest as well but was never good with magic. Maybe she threw herself into physical activity as a child (like an earth pony) because any time she tried to mess with magic forces, it was a dud? idek

Why would you like to be a teacher?: I just really want to make sure these students know, understand and can react appropriately to what they're going through.

How will you improve our student's education?: Making sure that students don't make mistakes that could potentially ruin their lives.

Lolol my OC is a dairy heiress.... her father owns a chain of dairy farms (and cows), and her mom has been in a coma for 8 years now due to being trampled in a cattle stampede. Also she's asexual (my ponysona). I feel there's going to be some friction here lololol

Give me ideas, here. I think I will make her a griffon or zebra. Which might be problematic since I can't draw griffons.

I tend to draw my OCs on paper and then things come to me, but I wanna hear some other opinions here.

A griffon could be cool if flying were part of it (idk how many pegasus students there are). But a zebra would probably be better equipped to understand (and be able to teach) physical education for all ponies.

PFFT. I know NOTHING about sports. At any rate, I already have a sporty OC-- Skylar. Which will prove to be a problem, probably, since, again, I know nothing of sports.

Anyway, I like making my OCs all different. I don't have a really nice one yet, so I might do that.

I'll probably have her teach an actual academic. Such as math/history.

...Actually, I'm reconsidering coach... that could be fun...

Back on my computer!   I might work on a few OCs just for this roleplay! One teacher, and one other... haven't decided! Since this is a high-school, I figure there should be a lot of people, right? Cuz it's, like, high school.

I think right now, both classes with teachers are engineering-based

So far, two people have posted on the RP without applying first as far as I know.

Since no pony is in math, I have just been letting her stand idle and "learning math." I'll post more next "period."

I'd appreciate if next time you guys won't vague of who you're talking about. Are you all implying of Jackie? Because I already knew the incident way earlier before she applied she started roleplaying, but I let her slide with that one. If Pink Mist roleplayed before even me allowing her to accept her application, that's also an issue. Next time please tell me about this-- sometimes I don't realize big things like this because I usually have other things to have more concern of. Thank you!

Ok, yeah, that's not cool. I figured she did and I just missed it, but.... wow.

Wait... What just happened?

I have no idea.... I just went with it at first, but it's getting weird. Did she even apply?? 

"Well, she left first." Mac looks back at her. She puts her bag on her desk and takes out a blanket then puts her bag next to her and makes the blanket into a bed on her desk. She hugs her rock and puts it on the blanket and then pulls the blanket over half of the rock, creating a bed for the rock. "I think she's happy. Rocky sure is pampered. She had a pet bunny once but she didn't like as much as Rocky so she gave it to me. Named it Poof!"

Dreampuff couldn't wait to get away from this colt. So rude! She turned away from him and squinted. I am SO glad I don't have any siblings, she thought to herself. Why is he sitting next to me anyway? We've never even met, and I didn't even say hi to him. His sister introduced her pet rock within 5 seconds of being here, and she was STILL less annoying than this idiot.

"HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT ABOUT ROCKY! Um, good...I'm supposed to be in history, too..." she sits next to Dreampuff. "5...4...3...2...1-" A colt flings the doors open. "Hi, Mac..." Perfect says to the colt as he topples over, catches his breathe, gets back up and says "AM I LATE?!"

"That's my brother...Macintosh..." she tells Dreampuff.

"HELLO, EVERYONE! I'm Macintosh Mac! This is Canterlot High, right? RIGHT? Oh, hey, there's my sis! Perf!" the colt says, walking up to Perfect.

"Hi...my dumb brother...are you going to sit here?"

"Well, I was planning to. Yes."

She got up and moved to the back of the class so he took her seat. Then, Mac noticed Dreampuff. "Oh, hi!" he says to her.

Dreampuff blinked. "Uh..." She turned and watched Perfect Predicament walk to the back. She glanced back over at Macintosh. "Pardon me, but I think your sister was going to sit with me. Assuming I didn't offend too terribly about her pet rock. I, um... don't like nature. Or dirt. Either way, she was here first, so..."

*Runs in* AM I LATE?! Oh...uh...hi...I'm...Perfect Predicament....hi....so, uh, anyway....so, is this cooking class?...I hope this is the right school...this is Canterlot High, right?...Okay, good...so, as I said, I'm Perfect Predicament Song...my mom is Star Song, queen of music...nice to meet...you.....oh, and, this is Rocky...he's my pet rock... *she holds up a rock*

Dreampuff's eyes widened. "I think this is history class... but you are definitely at the right school. And just about everypony has been late today, myself included, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. Your pet rock looks like he needs a bath though..."
