  1. Just lazing off while watching movies or playing games, reading fanfictions, drawing messy sketches, eating and drinking... Either that or going outside to chillax and stretch the legs a bit. But mostly, the first options, heh heh heh.

  2. Well, i'm really looking forward to Gauntlet of Fire! Hopefully we'll get more world building on dragons and their culture, as well as their land. Albeit i have a tad ill feeling that they will be once more portrayed as inherently evil greedy monsters, but i could be wrong and maybe we may see more good-natured dragons.

  3. Well, that was one satisfying CMC episode. Even if they have earned what they wanted, it's clear it's just the beginning for a whole new set of adventures for them, and it is good to see the show will explore that. That colt kiddo was a neat character too, a shame i keep forgetting his name easily. Oh well, i really enjoyed it, Bulk Biceps was amusing as always and Tree Hugger got a cameo! That's just rad.

  4. I've been a fan of documentaries ever since i was a kid! I specially love those dealing with animals, history, the planet and the universe and many other stuff. A shame that a good deal of science-themed networks are plagued by lots of pathetic reality shows nowadays...

Anyway, some of my most favorite include:

    BBC's Walking With series

    Animal Planet's The Most Extreme

    Dogfights

Ancient Aliens-Yeah, i know this one's a lot of bogus and blatant lies, but i usually watch it because of just how plain hilarious it can get. It also helps me feel better if i had a bad day, gotta admit, the silliness is so strong it makes you crack a smile. Plus, our friend Giorgio nearly finishes his transformation into a Super Saiyan.

  5. *Winces in pain from the ear-rape inducing intro*

All right, all right, back to the topic, i watched the first three episodes and i gotta say, it's decent enough and enjoyable. The animation is polished, but doesn't fit very much the style of the PPG. The redesigns are neat, but the voices could've been better. As for the episodes, they're pretty fun to watch, i gotta say, they feel like the classical chapters from the show, and it's nice to see more characters coming back. Yeah, perhaps this show will have a chance.

  6. Back in the original Jurassic Park game for SNES, you could never save your game no matter how much you've progressed, there are only inffinite continues if you lose lives. Specially jarring because the game is ridiculously huge and the "ending" isn't even worth the efford. Likewise, in the Zoo Tycoon reboot for Xbox One, the game gives you pre-made animal exhibits, which greatly clashes with the previous games where you could create exhibits of any shape, size and form. Not just that, but you're also given obscenely huge maps to play on and you can't even fill up 40% of them because of the zoo limit

Pretty disapointing, specially since what made the previous games of the series so strong was the unbound creativity when building your zoo.

  7. Good catch! I do agree that particular plush looks very Dino-like, but I'll bet is supposed to be a dragon, since they have lots of those around. =)

I love this scene - all those cute life-size plushes with their black button eyes!

One thing though: isn't having a store full of plush animals that are sapient in this world akin to a toy store in our world selling life-size plush humans to kids?

Hey, that's true indeed! There are human plushies out there, but imagine if they decided to make them life-sized too. Would be simultaneously cute and creepy

  8. Pretty good, i gotta say, the interaction between Rares and Pinks was spot-on and Maud is back for more epicness. The Gift of the Magic plot has been done many times, but this episode handled it pretty well, not to mention Rare's gonna definitely triumph in the fashion business. My only complain is everything about the trade with the swindler. I mean, he was shady, but didn't do anything particularly heinous, and the way Maud and Rarity made him undo the trade feel somewhat anti-heroic. That said, it's a good slice-of-life chapter. Oh, and at the gift shop...

A d-d-dinosaur plush?! Dinos are canon!

  9. Well, pretty alright, i gotta say. I really like how they're giving Starlight more characterization, but the fact she doesn't seem to hold any resentment toward Sunburst is a tad jarring, still, good thing they're back to being friends. In all honestly, i think too much time got wasted in the scenes with Flurry Heart, they feel like those scenes from Baby Cakes. Anyway, the foal herself is cute, though, let's see how she fares in future episodes (hopefully she won't be the one to defeat this season's final boss). Anyway, only time will tell if Twilight becomes a worthy master for her newfound padawan. And the best parts are, of course, Spike getting more respect and Twi's parents speaking for the first time.

  10. So, which day of the week makes you feel in the laziest mood possible and why? Mine is Sunday, mostly cause a good deal of stuff is already done and time seems to be running somewhat slower for me in those days, but that's just my perspective. My other choice is Wednesday, pretty sure many of you can easily tell why.

  11. Well, the longest time i have slept accidentally must have been when i came back from elementary school right after the end of classes and the start of summer vacation, i was so happy i fell on my bed at 1:45 o'clock and woke up nearly at 8:00 o'clock, heh heh. Yet, late into the night, i slept nicely again.

  12. I only ate waffles on a couple of occasions, and it's safe to assume they're better than hot-cakes! (don't get me wrong, i enjoy those too, but waffles have some more coolness!) A pity they're somewhat rare here on Mexico

  13. Oh, yeah! You see, i have a Stegosaurus plushie and a T.rex plushie from Jurassic Park:The Lost World. Mom bought me them both when i was young and i have been sleeping with those two ever since. Before i sleep, i make sure to see both dinos are ready to join me in my slumber, perhaps i will show you pictures of them sometime later.

  14. Gee, back when i was a noob, i used to enjoy The Conversion Bureau, of all things. Looking back, it makes me feel kinda ashamed for liking such a blatant piece of utterly misanthropic shit which outright states that humans are doomed as long as they don't accept being transformed into ponies. Thankfully, there are works which help deconstruct the whole thing and are a much more pleasant reading than the official thing
