So I just had my first major anxiety attack last night (don't want to go into detail) but I was was wondering if anyone knows of good methods to calm yourself down.

*hugs* <3 It's not much help, but my only suggestion is to just breathe deep (even though it feels like you can't). In through your nose, out through your mouth. Closing your eyes while you do that might help too. I've never had a major one, but I know during my minor ones it does help me (even if it's only a tiny bit) to just breathe. <3
