I'm feeling okay! Just started college, workload has increased dramatically. But I found this forum site, and I'm in the company of this wonderful community, so I'm feeling good!

I'll admit that previously, every time the intro ran, I would cringe and think things like "why the heck am I watching this", but that was during the first couple of episodes. But now, I like it, I just sing along! It grow on you I think.

Why not take turns watching episodes from different seasons? That could work.

So alternating between season 1 and 5 etc? Hmmm maybe, it depends on whether there's some sort of large story between all of the seasons that I would be missing. I wouldn't know as I haven't watched them all yet (obviously!).

I haven't watched it yet actually. Been a bit busy, but I certainly will do in a bit! Also, I'm actually on season 1 still (nearing the end though) so I'm debating as to whether I should watch the current season alongside catching up with the previous ones. I'm not sure what to do though..

My opinion, for all it is worth:

One of the many fabrics of the show itself in my opinion is innocence, and the absence of any such gore and more 'adulty' themed stuff is not only because it was a show originally aimed at younger ones, but also because it's nice to watch something that doesn't involve all of that, because it is horrible! I've never seen a brony talk about wanting gore, but it'll never happen anyway, because as I said, one of the main points of the show is to be fun and cute to watch because it has ponies!    And that would be entirely contradicted if such gory content is added. 

My opinion in summary: gore just doesn't belong on MLP. It's the wrong place for it. And as Little Riolu said, just go and watch an 18 rated movie if you want it

Came across a video on YouTube about it.

Well I've been a brony since season 2 and I still enjoy the show a lot. My favorite character is Discord and my favorite episode is Make New Friends But Keep Discord. I like making new friends even though I am a bit on the shy side. I love to draw, watch cartoons, listen to music and I enjoy playing video games (mainly Nintendo stuff).
