    lol I love how all the examples you used were basically "fan fave" ponies that everyone was waiting to see talk.. we're still waiting to hear vinyl's voice .. nowacking.. personally I think you just get the 2 people whose marks are switched up to be put in their proper shoes - put them in the role they are supposed to be in and they seem to magically change back - as the magic that gave them their cutie mark to begin with most likely changes it back. This brings up an interesting point though.. would this not mean that when ones cutie mark is changed, for a small period of time there are two ponies with the SAME cutie mark until the other one changes as well? Food for thought..

    this doesn't explain however why celestia only used 6 in total and not 7 - celestia is supposed to represent them all, and bestow her knowledge onto sunset shimmer.. also there are only 6 branches on the tree of harmony - and that tree is pretty much responsible for the aversion of every disaster in equestria and rainbow rocks. also how funny would it be if spike accidently ate one of the elements of harmony - they are gems after all

    in my spiritual knowledge we have something called the "Ackashic Records" - they are a record of all that has ever transpired in any dimension, any parallel, ever. It is stated that people do not have imagination - all that they think or imagine is actually pulled from the ackashic records - sort of like graphics in a video game being pulled from existing code. Thus my little pony is most likely referenced from an actual event somewhere in history, simply candy coated with ponies. So basically you can take several different elements from history and frankenstein them together, and you are left with references to history, which you think is "imagination" in a result you find appealing. This also explains why if you have had an idea, and you google it, most people have already thought of it. Our ideas are not unique, but how we apply them can be. For example cupcakes have existed for ever, but I can choose to make rock sculptures showcasing cupcakes, or throw them at someones head - this takes the concept of the "cupcake" and applies your own concept to it. So if you look at the events IN equestria, you might be able to find a reality where those concepts were pulled from. Heck those concepts might even be here on earth, some of them. anything you "create" can be a "reality" - but a cartoon is in itself a reality- you view it and things happen - not all realities are things you can visit. I can write a reality where panda bears with trees for arms inhabit the planet of pandatreeia - doesn't mean it exists as a place - just as a "constructed concept".

    it doesn't explain the trees bizarre lighting system hehehe.. how is everything illuminated? Do people just stick stuff in the tree and it lights up? Those lit strings on the roots really confuse me..

    last I checked the ruins of her library are still where they stand - they never really revisit this location after. this also wouldn't explain the illuminated strings that hang from the branches like the tree of harmony has.

    ok so this has bugged me for some time now (sorry for the slew of topics I just had one of those bursts of questions) If we are to look at the kingdoms out there, a LOT of what we see in the interiors of these castles does not seem to match the outside. for one the interiors have too many windows. In the center of twilights castle there are windows all around but looking on the outside there does not seem to be a place that reflects that. In celestias castle there are many many halls with barrel vault ceilings and columns upon columns of either windows or stained glass - also not reflected on the outside of the castle. Cadences castle is harder to tell as it's so square.. this one might actually be ok. The castle of the 2 sisters - the original castle doesn't even match the second one they show, and it's got some inconsistencies with the one shown in the journal of the 2 sisters as well. ----- as an architect graduate this drives me nuts. If one were to do a 3d rendering of these castles how would they map out the rooms? I'd love to see a layout that shows me "oh ok they are in THIS part of the castle now" instead of just having random rooms and you never know what part of the castle they are in. What do you guys think? Are there architectural plans for these castles or is everything just drawn up when say, a new convenient room is needed?

    So I know the tree of harmony birthed a crystal tree from the "seed" and this is all very logical and all, but am I the only one that is confused about the ACTUAL tree that lives INSIDE the new crystal castle? I am referring to this one: is this an upside down tree? Are these roots? And if so does this simply function as some bizarre chandelier, or is there MORE of this tree if you go farther up in the castle? Because last I checked trees don't grow upside down. So this makes it seem more logical these are roots. I want to see the rest of the tree.

    the greatest concentration of love manifests physically as crystal. Hence the crystal empire, the crystal heart, crystal in the main castle, the entire twilight castle being made of crystal, and the tree of harmony being crystal, and the elements of harmony being crystal.

    So we know that luna was banished to the moon 1000 years ago, and we know events which transpired before this - like sombra being banished and tirek being cast into tartarus, but what ACTUALLY happened after luna was banished? There is no mention that I can see of when the new palace was built, or when ponyville came to be.. there just seems to be a big general 1000 year gap. Any thoughts? If nothing else this can help to bring some needed references to find such info, if it exists.

    As much as everyone appears to hate this eventuality, it appears to be the only one that makes sense in twilights new "castle of friendship" where everyone has a seat - if everyone is immortal then you have a far less chance of traumatizing children when those "mane 5" eventually grow old and die. That and luna and celestia can go elsewhere or go have a party on the moon or something.

    I am in canada - ours is in both english and french. I am actually surprised the american national anthem isn't in both english and spanish.. what would that even sound like..?

    EVER. Let's look at the evidence: Twilight basically owns him - he is eternally in servitude to her as she is the one that hatched him and so basically she is his "mom". He has a crush on a being not of his own race. I also speculate whether this is a legit crush or because she represents gems, the things he loves - but even if it is an actual romance, it's doomed and she's basically friendzoned him and he's just desperate for any attention from her. Nobody wants spike to grow up because if he does he basically won't fit in equestria anymore and will be forced to leave. It's also been hinted that as the dragons age they lose intelligence, and sometimes the ability to speak, as evidenced in spike when his hoard grows, and thus, so did he. Each time he has been made to be bigger he's been portrayed as lacking intelligence. So spike is doomed to be alone, get dumber, angrier, and just generally more dragony. And with absolutely no female dragons shown whatsoever in the series so far - he might even die alone. The creators don't really even seem to want to give him much of a chance either - he's seen as the butt of jokes half the time, or just not taken seriously. Poor spike. oh he also is princess celestia's cell phone service.

    personally I don't relate much with the CMC period but maybe it's just because they are geared more to kids,.. moreso than the rest of the series hehe.. I personally just don't care what happens to them, when everyone else is doing awesome stuff.. and is this it? Cutie mark crusaders found their cutie marks? Or will we now be watching them help others get their cutie marks? Because that also seems a bit yawn festy to me.. now noone has to be in charge of determining their destiny for themselves! Fascist cutie mark crusaders will determine who everyone is NO ONE IS SUPERIOR, NO ONE IS SUPERIOR.. EXCEPT FOR USSS has the season 4 premiere all over it hahaha.. cue oprah - YOU GET A CUTIE MARK! AND YOU GET A CUTIE MARK! AND YOU GET A CUTIE MARK!

    how is that an issue? The movie is aimed at little GIRLS remember, not 30 year olds that are going to be seeing thor lol.. completely different age market.. just because older people watch the show, doesn't mean that is the demographic they aim it at..
