2. The zebra you mentioned in the bios, I assume that would be an OC, and why you ask you can have more characters? (Which, of course, you are more than welcome to have). Just curious there again.

The zebra is supposed to be Zecora. and the magic she uses is the form of magic Zecora uses from time to time (remember the time Zecora conjures up a drink?). except stronger and more powerful.

As for the reason it was banned, a pony used it and nearly destroyed Ponyville, as a result Celestia banned it to prevent it from happening again.

It's a list of powerful ponies so i couldn't include Tirek. Twilight would be further down the list, but she is an alicorn.

And i did move her down the list, and i do consider her on the level of Starswirl.

Here is what is consider the top ten most powerful ponies, including what they had to back them up.

1. Twilight + All the princesses magic
2. Chrysalis + Shining armor and Cadances love for each other.
3. Celestia
4. Nightmare moon
5. Luna
6. Trixie + Alicorn amulet
7. Chrysalis
8. Starswirl the bearded/Twilight
9. Starlight Glimmer
10. Trixie
