Except the house is not made entirely of clouds... Like I said before, only the exterior is clouds, the interior is solid materials.

Her house is not made completely out of clouds. Only the exterior coating is cloud. The inside is solid materials.

True, another possible explanation is that she used to be the head weather pony for Ponyville. Which is probably a very well paying job. So she probably got the money that way.

Her parents probably bought it for her.

Actually, Celestia just raised the moon. She did not help with dreams. In fact, they literally say in the episode that Celestia CAN'T control dreams like Luna can.

Literally the entire episode I was just screaming "NOOOOO!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" at the screen. God this episode made me cringe.

We have not had one for Rarity's parents either. It is not a big deal. At least they talk.

I doubt the buffaloes will ever return since that episode was controversial in the fact that it had a slightly racist depiction of Native Americans. And we all know Hasbro is very "family friendly" (as shown by the Derpy incident). 

I myself hate when show or movies put autistic characters in movies. Autism is not something that need to be addressed any more than something like ADHD.
