It could help in the Pacific Northwest or it could just make things worse by spreading the ash/causing more fires. I don't know if people realize it but poor air quality doesn't just affect your health, but also your mood. I was just in the grocery store today and literally, everyone just looked depressed and unhappy.

I saw the total solar eclipse on Monday. It was absolutely breathtaking. Everything got dark and there was a 360° sunset and it was just so cool!! 10/10 would do it again.

Oh God. My dad videotaped me on anesthesia after my wisdom teeth surgery. I cringed when I saw it...

Ah, man I want to see it now. Haha! Sadly when I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed I wasn't put under, so no funny stories to share. I was awake for the entire surgery, only having been given numbing shots where my wisdom teeth were located and some type of soothing gas through my nose. Afterwards I did have the joy of accidently bleeding all over one of the assistant's work tables. Not fun.

Looking over my status updates from the last 8 months, I see that I've come a long, long way...I went from having a lot of mental breakdowns to questioning life at all the time to being wise and more at peace. It really has been a journey but I'm coming closer to recovering my old self and putting my pain away.

It's funny how you're so focused on how painful your life is and how bad of a person you are...until you realize that everyone else is JUST LIKE YOU. Other people hate themselves so much too and think everyone else, including you, is better than them. Other people can't see beyond their own pain and fears. That's when you realize...the world isn't about you. It's about us all. The trick is getting out of your own bubble and seeing everyone else's for how they really are.
