Sure I've got a DVD of that somewhere, still never seen it!   Michael Crawford was huge on British TV during the 1970's, this was quite a departure for him. He also palyed P.T. Barnum in the London version of the musical.

I've decided pour over coffee tastes best (i.e., as it should!) in a ceramic mug - when done in a 'tin' mug (camping item) it tastes pants ...

Have tried 2 or 3 different ways, still crap.

This means next time I go camping, AND I want pour over coffee, I will need to take a ceramic mug.

Actually this will make tea nicer too.

This is a very old white enamelled 'tin' mug, must be over 40 years old. I bought a new one (dark green) couple of years ago, because ... however everything out of that tastes completely horrible. (Except booze.) Don't get it!

So went back to the ancient and battered white mug. However (again) ..... you wouldn't think it would make that much difference!

Been having social anxiety issues for a while lately, but got out today (excuse, car needs the exercise, plus, a bit of groceries shopping), and it was good. The world outside was not thronged with demons and murderers.  

Having said that, some guy went nuts with a 'sword' in Essex this morning, near to where I used to live!

Camping gear test - corned beef hash on the Trangia meths burner - how long will it last (actually, at least an hour!) - boiled water for a mug of tea, then boiled potatoes, then chopped onion & lettuce lightly fried, & added with corned beef & half a small can of baked beans, polish bread on the side .....
