Sunset Shimmer and Rarity. Those two are so beautiful on their own, imagine what levels of perfection that they could achieve together ( sadly, in today's society, this isn't considered acceptable for a children's show ).

I don't like Flash Sentry myself, but I wouldn't mind seeing him with Derpy Hooves in the future. That could be pretty cute.
