I'm kinda necroposting, but if there's already a topic about this, I'm not going to start another one. So, I feel that she shouldn't be an alicorn, but if she is, she should be a glorified secretary bit like Luna, where she doesn't have total power, but she uh... helps? I don't know how to describe it.
