It’s happened twice. The first was really bad. It was like my head was in a vice. It didn’t help that I didn’t much sleep the night before. Yeah, it was at the base of the skull. After I took some ibuprofen, it went away. Once I learned why I got them, I changed positions on the couch and they haven’t come back. I’m also careful not to bunch up my shoulders when I sit cause that puts pressure on the neck. When my eye strain gets really bad, my left side along the eye to the back of my head aches.
