I never tried to shiny farm. Guess I didn’t care about catching them. Only came across one shiny in my travels and that was a feebss but I knocked out like an idiot. I wanted a shiny milotic too. Oh well. Oh yeah, that definitely made the game tons easier instead of putting it on just one Pokémon. I just turned it off. I agree that X was lots of fun. I replayed it a bunch of times.

Ouch. That sucks. Damn, you weren’t trying to shiny farm, were you? Gold and Platinum were a lot harder than X. We understand. Good luck with your studying.

I got my 3DS when Pokemon X came out. I knew nothing about the games and thought they followed a story progression so I played the earlier ones first. Sun & Moon feels like it holds your hand too much while the other ones you had to think about and have a strategy.
