    in My Little Pony: The Movie (2017)

    Unfortunately the studio execs had their dirty paws into everything. They had zero faith in this movie succeeding unless they could plaster it with enough pop songs and big name actors. All they cared about was how they could market the movie and make lots of money from it. I'm willing to bet that Lena would have loved to make a return for the movie if they had simply asked her. But nope! They thought the kids would love the movie more with a pop star like Sia. :scoots:

    One that comes to mind was with the Mean Six. They could have gotten the elements and twisted them like Discord did in season 2. Instead of exploring that, they were killed off by the tree of harmony. Let's not forget that Chrysalis never did anything with the fact that she learned the location of the tree of harmony.   The episode could have been the introduction of some great villains but it ended up being wasted.
