It is the pauses between speaking and thinking,

that i notice a spot inside of me that I've been filling,

it a place i don't have to try to be anything,

because what my eyes is for my body,

is what my conscious is for my soul

a spot of nothingness,

I am simply nothing, without judgement

Placing both hands over my heart.

Listening with full consciousness,

I am aware of what is inside of me,

Ultimately Love.

how much do you value your identity?,

but never grasp truly who you are.

Listen to the spaces of emptiness inside of you,

slip through the cracks of distraction

pay no attention to your thoughts

hear what your heart is telling you.

because what we understand as Identity, is learnt

and what we feel without judgement is the truth  

You find your self through subtraction not addiction.
