Hi, Hmmmm, yes... the thing that I had a little hope that It could have stopped, continues to happen. So, when I returned to this forum a few weeks ago, you guys may remember when I said that my Youtube channel was deleted by something that was very annoying, and had nothing to do with copyright or prohibited content, no, it was something else. As I said, I didn't not warn you guys about it because at the time I thought that maybe, Youtube stopped doing this, as I no longer saw new channels suffering from this, so I preferred to wait and see if I would spot Youtube doing this again. And well, it unfortunately keeps happening.
I'll talk about this serious problem in a blog post. Everyone in the forum must be warned about this, at least those who have a channel. For some reason, outside of India, i'm on one of the very few people who are aware about this globally, so I'll do the right thing and tell everyone about this, because it's just absurd.
Below a screenshot for the video for one of these channels that were a victim of this new rule. This channel was completely fine, there was nothing wrong with it. No copyrighted content, prohibited content, nothing. It was deleted for simply existing, and I'll explain it to everyone in my blog post.

Today i've learned something quite severe, maybe even sad in regards to my arts. I actually already suspected this a few months ago, but wasn't sure about it, but now, with more time having passed, I'm sure about it, and it's thanks to someone who requested me a Pony art. I can't tell what this person said, but it was nothing negative, don't worry. I actually really appreciate this person for the comment and honesty, will be truly important for the amateur artist that I am. I will say here what happened and what is this thing that I've learned, but I'll finish this person's request first (or at least try)

I believe that after pretty much a decade, my English language is already at a very satisfactory level. It has been a long time since I stopped using Google Translator to write in full English, I can write very naturally by myself. At the beginning of 2025, I've changed the language of my Tablet to English and I got used to it very quickly, and I also talked in real time with native speakers this year with no problems (except for the pronunciation of some words, which is normal, I don't know everything).
Of course, it's not perfect, but that's why I said that I've reached a very satisfactory level because I believe I learned enough to be considered very good at the language and I don't have that much important stuff to learn from it anymore. And now I consider it my main language, even though it's not my native language, i've been using it a lot more than my original language in the entire Internet.
That said, the next and second (or third) language I'll be learning will be Japanese, it will be very important for me specially considering how much it can contribute to my art. Of course, I know it will be a lot harder to learn it, because unlike English, Japanese doesn't use the alphabet (latin letters / symbols) like how my native language does, which is probably what made English easier for me to learn. That means I won't have only the pronunciation and the translation of the words to learn, but a whole new writing system (or three, which makes it even more complex). And I won't focus 100% of my time on learning it as I will continue to dedicate most of my efforts to enhancing my art. So this makes me really fear how much time it'll take for me to learn it. The good side is that nowadays I'm a lot more open to learning a new language.
The main problem of my English learning is that it took me a long time to give real attention to it and find a balance between it and my native language. Even though I have been interacting with English speakers (text only) for a decade, from 2015 to 2022 I used to still engage with people from my country a loooot more, I just wasn't open to foreigners or different languages at all, I used English for a few sites and Youtube channels only and that's all, learning the language wasn't a mission or priority for me, that's why I always used the Translator at the time, I really used to like and feel comfortable talking to people from my country only, but since 2023 that has changed and nowadays I prefer talking to people from any place a lot more instead of limiting myself to one language / country only, which has also affected the way I consume content, for example, I no longer like to watch dubs of any movie or show, I prefer watching them in their original language, with subtitles of course, but abandoning dubs entirely is already a step forward (Also, back in 2023 and early 2024 when I was still on hype with MLP, I tried learning Spanish because of the Spanish speaking Facebook groups focused in the show, but I gave up on it because for me, the language is a bit too similar to my native one, so that shows how I want something more different)
So I'm a lot more open to it now and learning Japanese also became a priority for me (though not the main one) so that makes me confident that it won't take me another decade to learn it. I'll try to learn it alone like how I did with English, but in case I can't take it, I will seek for help. For now, I'll take it slowly (Yukkuri Shiteitte Ne! ~☆)

You're welcome!
The main thing for me is that I don't like most dubs. Of course if it's something like a Disney feature, the dub is professionally made, but for TV shows, the quality can really be anything. The Finnish (I don't speak Polish
) FIM is way too squeaky, for example – I only kind of like Pinkie's voice from the ones I heard. The Looney Tunes dubs (mostly used on video, while the TV airings always used English audio) are decent for the most part, but obviously no match for Mel Blanc.
The problem for me years ago was that I watched them on Cartoon Network. The Nordic version of CN had audio tracks in English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish, but no subtitles, and absolutely nothing in Finnish. I already knew a little English, so the choice was obvious for me, and I found them easy enough to understand (maybe because so much of the comedy was visual). A while after that, I got a few Looney Tunes DVDs that did have Finnish subtitles, but I never used them (unless I watched them with someone else), as I had got used to just listening to the English audio.
A less enjoyable experience was when these cartoons weren't so easy to find online. We had access to some Russian and Latvian channels that showed Looney Tunes with a voiceover in those languages – I couldn't understand anything, but I watched them anyway, as many of the cartoons they aired weren't on CN, Finnish channels or even the DVDs.
It was a great and in a way even weird experience to finally see those cartoons in English and understand all the dialogue. And I've recently seen Polish Looney Tunes too, by the way – the Bugs Bunny Show from the early 60s is pretty much impossible to find, many of the clips online have Polish voiceovers. But some of the English dialogue in the background can be understood if I listen very closely.
I think the difference with anime might be that most people seem to prefer the subtitled versions. With Western cartoons, it might even be the opposite for a lot of people – if they rewatch something they liked as a kid, for example, they'll probably want to hear the same voices they did back then. And with about a thousand Looney Tunes, I guess a lot of them have never been translated at all (especially the earlier or more controversial ones).
-
Sorry I have no idea why I confused Finland with Poland when writing that lol. I don't think I ever went through such experiences before, most Looney Tunes shorts are available in my country's language, with a lot of them even having 2 official dubs or more (old and new). I believe the only ones that are really hard to find (or a official dub don't even exist for them) are the very early ones. But my country has a surprising big number of controversial shorts that received a dub. I even got to watch the dub of "Herr Meets Hare" a few years ago, I heard at the time that the episode was featured in the chidlren's schedule of the most popular free channel here at some point in the 2000s, which was how the dub for the episode was found. Not sure if it's true, but the dub was real, so most shorts were really easy for me to find in my language.
Of course, copyright related rules became more severe on Youtube, so most of the shorts just disappeared from the site, and I used to watch Looney Tunes almost entirely on Youtube. Now it's hard, so I have to run to other places in order to watch them, and for me it's just easier to watch them in English nowadays thankfully, I can go beyond the number of shorts I've watched at the time as English-only shorts used to be a barrier for me (and of course, I can have the most original experience)

I wonder if the channel that showed "Herr Meets Hare" had the old A.A.P. package (the pre-1948 color cartoons and the Harman-Ising Merrie Melodies). The Latvian channel I mentioned definitely had that, and I saw some cartoons there that usually aren't shown on TV anymore like "A-Lad-in Bagdad" or "Inki at the Circus" (I even taped the former and watched it quite a lot – it has little dialogue other than songs, so I didn't miss much).
The Censored 11 had been removed from the package in the late 60s, but any other controversial cartoons were kept in, and it was up to the channel to decide if they wanted to show them. And the channels or videos that just used public domain cartoons also had some surprises. Finnish TV2 mostly showed the black and white Porky cartoons in colorized versions and occasionally Bugs and Daffy, but those included the likes of "Robinson Crusoe Jr.", "Daffy - the Commando" and even "All This and Rabbit Stew".
Yeah, not having them available on YouTube anymore is a bit annoying – of course there are alternatives, but you have to look for them, sometimes in more than one place. I remember trying to watch "Chimp & Zee" (a cartoon I vaguely remembered seeing as a kid that took me ages to find the name of) a little before I started watching them all, and at that point, I couldn't find it anywhere.
But the good thing is that we now have restored versions for most of the cartoons. Bosko and Buddy are still exceptions for the most part, though, and some of the copies online are in really bad shape (worn out VHS copies of early 90s Nickelodeon airings, with a lot of digital compression).

Hi guys, I'm back, I'm the one who used to be known as Rafa here, and previous name was StaryStory. After 3 months away from this site and 9 months after I started my “break” from art, which may sound contradictory to some, but yes, it has been this long since I don't show my amateur art anywhere, not only here. I can't tell everything that happened in detail now, but I'll explain the way that I can, why I disappeared, why I'm back, why I changed my name.
So first, I would like to talk about what happened to me during this time. But first, I'll go back in time. Back when I was still a fan of MLP from 2023 to late 2024, I used to post my art in multiple places. Here, on Facebook, DeviantArt, and Derpibooru. And some of you may even have found my Derpibooru account (I don't know if any of you did but I think it's possible).
I've deleted my DeviantArt, but before It was deleted, it was abandoned more than a year ago. My Facebook still exists, but it was abandoned more than a year ago as well. The reason why I abandoned those two is because I saved all the art that I posted on them, so I can repost all of them somewhere else in the future. To be more specific, a site where you'll be able to see all of my old art, art from a year ago, 2 years ago, 4, 6, 11 years ago. Maybe even all of my pony art, but that will take some time, so please, be patient.
Now, my Derpibooru was still being updated until February 2025 and it’s still available for everyone to see, which was the place where I focused totally on pony art. I'll link it below, i'm sorry, I know the best time for me to share it with you guys was when I was still active in the Pony scene, but I didn't, at the beginning of the year I still expected that I would make more Pony art oftenly, but all of these months away were pretty much enough for me to lose the interest completely, and now I'll no longer use that account or the site as a whole, also because months ago, you may remember that I complained that the site started to block my access through Opera, which is the browser i’ve been using for a year, and the cloudflare block bothered me a lot. I even started commissions and made art for like two people there, but I also gave up on that. So I no longer want to use the site, but you can still view the account and all the drawings I've posted there, check the link below or my “about me”.
So, with me ending my activities on these sites, my internet art activities as a whole pretty much also paralyzed after February 2025.
At the time, I was confused, for most part of the year, my mental health wasn't very good. I cried three times in a way that I never did before and I still can't understand it very well. Maybe some of you guys noticed that I wasn't doing so well by reading some of the posts I made at the time, but don't worry, I'm feeling better now, I'll be doing well from now on.
But from March to August 2025, for the first time in my life, I worked for someone, someone requested and paid me to make multiple pony drawings, and this person guided me, etc, it was a big thing. I can't reveal in detail how it went. But I can say that I did go through some problems, especially because of my lack of preparation, amateurism, and also my mental health at the time, as I said, it wasn't very good, but in the end, it went well, it ended well, so it wasn't a bad experience, though It also served to help me learn many things and understand more about my problems.
Then, right after this work ended, on September 2025, Youtube deleted my channel out of nowhere, because of a new rule in the site (it has nothing to do with Copyright or malicious content, it's something else, very annoying, I planned to warn you guys about it, because I noticed that no one talked about it, but I'm thinking that maybe, maybe, they got rid of this new rule, but I'm checking if another channel doesn't go through this again, because other channels also went through this problem, but I'm no longer seeing it happening, in case I see it happening again, I'll warn you guys, because it's very important). Anyway, when this happened, I got very frustrated, because I trusted Youtube to keep my old videos and content saved. I didn't have backups for that content anywhere, my old “video comics” were there. Now all of that is lost, I only have some of my old drawings left as memory.
Then, losing this, made me think about, what if I start over? What if I start new artist accounts, under a new artist name, this is why I also abandoned my “Stary” name, because I've been using it since my old deleted Facebook accounts from 2020 / 2021, so I thought it was about time for me to change to something new.
You may remember that starting from December 2024, exactly 1 year ago, I took a new direction for my art, so you may have noticed that some details in them have changed, I made some significant visual changes recently as well, though I believe that you actually won’t notice them, but for me it made a big difference, I may show the details another day. But anyway, I also used this to help me in my restart.
So, with these changes, I'll be focusing on three things.
First, Making my art look like Art from 2000s visual novels, I think you guys remember this one fairly well, you even saw some Pony art in this new visual style that I adopted. Now, I have to confess that, almost a year later, I think I'm still far from reaching that level, so I still have a lot to do, so I'll take it more serious than before.
Second, I started a new direction for the content in my art, which the focus will be:
Dragon Ball, which I actually already have been doing for years, but now, I'll do more than ever, after all, it's the series and characters I'm the most familiar with.
Original Art, which are the arts featuring my original characters, the blonde angel girls etc. You may have noticed that I introduced new characters in the original drawings, that is because I'm very close to feeling satisfied in starting my own original comic, so because of this, I may do original art more often.
And Anime Art, so there's a bigger explanation for this one actually, but to not make this post too long, I will save it for another time, but basically, I'll also start focusing on making fan art of other Japanese media, so, anime, video games, etc, which is something I was never really so used to, I was mostly stuck to Dragon Ball only, but I'll expand now, also in opposition to the focus I gave to MLP in the past, which is a western series. For that reason, I have started accounts on Pixiv and the IbisPaint site, which are places focused on Japanese Art, with the strongest audiences there being the Japanese audience. But I also started a Twitter account, where there will be a more “global” audience. But check my Pixiv if you only want to see my art. I'll try to upload all of them there. Link below.
Third, I have started to show the process for my drawings, how they are made. I don't think there will be a big difference from when I showed the process of a few here except for the lack of music. But there you'll also see how much time I take to make my drawings, because the site reveals all the details (I confess, it makes me a bit embarrassed). So check my IbisPaint account below.
So these are the three things I'll be focusing on for my restart.
Also, What do they have to do with my new name? My new name is a mix of several things. First, Angel, of course, a reference to my characters, who are angels. “Z” references Dragon Ball Z. “004” is my birth year. Angel + Z can be read as “Angelz” = “Angels”, that can also say that I have multiple angel characters, and finally, Z + 004, “Z” looks like the number “2”, that means “2004”, again, my birth year, but also, the 2000s, the decade where the Moe Anime style from visual novels exploded in popularity, the main style I'm using as basis for my new art direction. This is my combination.
So I want to make very clear about this new direction with this new name, be more serious about art, I want to make my work and presentation more serious, and also 100% focused in this new direction. I believe that in the past, I wanted to be more enjoyable, making happy social activities because at the time I was still a fan of MLP, and this helped me to stay very connected to this site which is a MLP site, and of course I was still interested in making Pony art over and over, and I don't think I was really taking art so serious to be honest.
Maybe it will be boring for you if you remember and enjoyed when I used to joke around in the forum, and even used to post Pony art everywhere, make art for other people here, etc. But I'll be doing different from now on. I won't be drawing ponies or MLP anymore, I wouldn't say never again, maybe I will still make more pony art in the future, but that will be very rare, because I want to draw different things and also start working in variant sets. I'll be completely focused on this. So if you don't like how I'll be doing from now on, I'll have to apologize, but that's what I want to do now, this is what I'll be spending most of my time on, it can be very important for my future.
Now if you are interested in my non-pony art, I can't promise how often I can post them on my Pixiv and Twitter, nor how much art will be available for you to watch the process on the IbisPaint site, but I'll do my best.
Now, I'll see if I'll still update the thread where I used to post my non-pony art (the Miscellaneous Art Thread), I really don't know if I'll still upload them here in the forum because I don't think there are enough people interested to see them. Maybe if I post them, I'll do it in compilation format, so I can avoid over-saturation, but tell me in case you prefer for me to post them individually. But I can't really promise that I'll do any of this, so check the links below if you still want to see them.
In case you still want to see more new Pony art from me, well I have something to say that may not exactly be so good, but, it's what I can do now, sorry, but you'll have to request, you'll request a pony art, and I'll charge some money from you, that's the only way for now, throughout commissions. But don't worry, if you are interested, I promise the price will not be so high. So if you want to commission an art from me, please send me an Email. I know I can use the commission shop system from this forum to sell drawings, but I personally think that system for it is a bit too complicated, maybe I can use it in the future, but I can't promise it, so I prefer doing it in a simple way, so send a message to my email below if you are interested, and I'll give you the full details.
Aside from this, well, there is my Pony art thread, which honestly, I can still update for some time, because there is still some stuff left for me to show, such as all of the material made for the fan comic that I was working on from late 2023 to 2024. I can even reupload all of my pony art in that thread if you are interested.
Now if you still want new pony art from me without paying, sorry, maybe it will be not interesting or it will disappoint you, but I want to do this new different project.
So, here I am now, starting the next and probably final chapter (?) of my Artist career. Thanks for reading ☆

Quick update on my previous post: Managed to fix the problem unexpectedly, i've coincidently found my account in a different site and my account there had the same name used in my art collection's site, now I got access to it again thankfully. No worries anymore but I should be more careful ^^💦~☆
Edit: Also please continue reporting the Southwest Airlines spam bot and other spam bots in case you see them.

I made such a dumb thing a few days ago ^~^💦 there is a Site where I made a huge collection of arts and artists.
I erased the data of my Opera browser due to many technical problems.
This included erasing my login data from this site.
I used to think I had my login information saved, but I didn't
I forgot my username (yes)
Using Username and email are the only method to recover account in the site
I tried to remember the name, but the site kept saying that there was no email linked to the names I wrote
Couldn't find any other method to recover it
More than 2000 images and more than 1000 artists I collected and saved in the site, started the collection at the end of 2024, updated it all throughout 2025 until like 5 days ago. A lot of arts used as reference and inspiration for my current arts. Now this collection is lost, had to start it over D' :
