Just wanted to inform others as I was on a Discord call earlier with a few users when this incident occurred and now word has spread, so several people are reaching out to me regarding it:

I was taken by surprise as a sizeable amount of blood came out of me without warning, but I took some medicine and I am feeling better right now.

There is no pain at this time and it seems to have stopped after taking my medicine.

I really wasn't expecting this old health issue to return and hope it's nothing too serious.
