Anyone play any co-op horror games? PVE preferably?

Re-watching Robby the Reindeer, Hooves of fire. The original British version. it's still fire.

GAHHHHHHHH! So sick and tired (particularly tired at the moment) of constantly hearing of how great having kids can be and how it changes ones perspective or even life and how it's a bloody wonderful feeling! I never wanted kids, than had a slight change of heart thinking that having kids might be okay. After two weeks helping a preschool teacher or kindergarten teacher (which felt like 2 months) I remembered why I never want human kids ever. If only more people like that (and me) were portrayed properly in media, and not as a grumpy bugger.

Way to out me. I'll sick a back of dropbears on you now. Speaking of which, any noticed how awesome it is to type dropbears? I now torture my Aussi friend with it. Every conversation, involves dropbears. Dropbears.

Might be getting more hours at work today, meaning more money! After spending 2 days freaking out about the change in routine, I'm looking forward to it! Depending on how bad the change is of course.

Don't think I'll bother with season 3 if it comes out. I might finish season two out of morbid curiosity to see how it ends? But I'm already seriously dissapointed with how everything was handled. Should have gone all in with the invasion thing, with all the gore and violence that would follow. AND while still beating us over the head with FRIENDS GOOD story line they've been shoving down our throats the whole time WHILE being well written. Nothing shows friendship like being through hell together right? I like the showing invasion through different levels of heaven bit, maybe turn it into a bit of a horror with demons hunting angles through the tunnel to the next level of heaven or something.

I do watch Helluva boss actually. Need to get back into it, and I agree. Helluva boss is better written, it should have been given the same treatment HH has, high production value and longer episodes, not HH. Vivi should have had the scientist guy offer to help Vag and what's her name beat Vox only by asking for something in return, the one self-centered characteristic we've seen pretty much almost all demons not Vag and gf share. And what the hell was Vox thinking, not immediately following up his barrier shattering cannon blast with an invasion? Talk about letting your enemies time to gather their wits and come up with a plan, rather than shock and awe. That's like Hitler bombing France after Busting down the Maginot line, than sitting on his ass thinking "Yeah....all according to plan...yeaaahhhh..."

I made it close to the end of episode 7, where the scientist guy pretty much said "You did something nice to me and I thought that instantly made us best friends" shtick. With that, and ALLLLL the other WAR BAD, KILLING BAD, FRIENDS GOOD stuff they shove down the viewers throats? I don't know if I wanna see the rest of the season. or the cartoon to be honest. They squandered all the good scenes with Vox, and any potential it had. It became, in my opinion, corporate shlock.

Why are Aussies bears mythically known to get affected from some leaves than drop on people? In Canada our bears are too big to let any survivors tell tales of dropbears here. If one did fall on you, you'd be crushed, than the angry bear would maul all other survivors.

Been watching most of season 2 now, and I gotta say. I'm pretty disappointed. The animation is amazing, the music for the second season rocks (most of it anyways). But the story.....unimaginative. FRIENDS GOOD! WAR BAD! KILLING BAD! ALL MUST BE FRIENDS! Say what you will about MLP FiM, about the whole plot being FRIENDS GOOD! At least the show had enough subplots and additions to keep it interesting. FRIENDS GOOD but also fight and make up. FRIENDS GOOD even if said friends are a child and their parents. FRIENDS GOOD even if said friends are lovers. FRIENDS GOOD even if said friends are long estranged family members that kicked out their own kid for marrying someone the parent doesn't like. And that's just off the top of my head! It was a kids show, but still tried to entertain adults too. it often went rigggggggggggght up to the fence of adult content, never really going over it, but you know the writers had tons of fun dancing on it and painting it, teasing the pg rating "ohhhhhh I'm gonna go over it, I'm gonna go over it! Look at me going over itttt physche!" It challenged both kids and adults, and knew it. And was enjoyable as heck to watch. HH though, it's an adult cartoon. It's fence was waaaaaaaaaaay out there beyond the open fields. It could go almost anywhere, tackle almost any topic, and thrash the pg system to a point the writers of MLP FiM only dreamt of. Sometimes it had, in the pilot episode. Assault of various forms? Sure. Sex and gore? Eeyup. Adult humour? What else. It was edgy, but still cartoony. It pushed the limits but was still run to watch. it saw the wide open fields, and ran about seeing how expansive it all was, laughing all the way. But season 1 and 2 so far? It acts like it's afraid of the fields to me. Sure it pushes the envelop when it comes to lampooning media and some of it's affects sure. "Trust us with your info! Trust us with your image! Trust us!" I liked it, loved it being the media and comms nerd that I am. But man, how it could have gone FARTHER. Bringing all of Hell together against the Angels? Nah man. Realistically, and it'd add more drama too, Vox could have whiped the demons of hell against each other first, letting Vox get rid of those he didn't like (like how current social media is called out for getting us into opinion silos) THAN he'd whip up his followers against hell. OR he'd try and get Hell's social media into heaven, use trolls of all kinds to split Heaven against itself, push a candidate of his choosing for the new god or something, THAN try to take over Heaven that way. And What about the other knock on effects? Spread of toxic masculinity and extremism? Think of all the show could have done with that? And that's just focusing on the media bit! Instead, it gets sooo watered down that, while entertaining to watch, it doesn't.....challenge you. You don't think when watching it, before or after, like you did with MLP FiM. You don't see any risks the show makes to keep things interesting, even though the subplots can be interesting if, again, heavily suppressed by FRIENDS GOOD, WAR BAD, KILLING BAD over all idea. It could have done sooo much, commented on sooo much, but doesn't. MLP FiM acted like the fence was just another prop to toy with. Hazbin Hotel merely drove up to the fence, waved, than quickly drove away.

Pissed ducking off today. Got less pay today than I should have, and now trying to find out why. It's bad enough I have 2 car loans to pay off ontop of living expenses on part time pay and now they pull this sh#%. Thank the gods/universe for unions, cause I'll use mine if I have to.

It's Remembrance day here in Canada, where we remember those who, here and in the past, gave their sweat, tears, blood and lives for our better tomorrows. They moved from continent to continent, land and sea to land and shining sea, bringing the light of hope, freedom and democracy to those covered by the darkness of oppression, terror and enslavement (to name but a few other evils). As some of that darkness rises again in these recent days, we must always remember the sacrifices they have made, and continue to make, and to help them by shining our lights into the threatening dark once again. Freedom isn't free, it's cost is eternal vigilance. And, when needed, action.

Snow today and yesterday. Normally it waits till either December or January to show up, but it came early November in stead. I'm inside, warm and cozy.

Still wish we had more than a week of original spring, and didn't need to rely on fall being spring but colder.

"Autumn is the second spring!" In Canada, we used to have one fall, one spring and so on. But thanks to global warming, we now have two falls (one were summer used to be and one were fall officially is) a week of spring, etc. Though I suppose by that point of view, AppleJack is right. Autumn is second spring, or spring as it should be.

Its so warm and rainy in November today. Not a good sign as far as I'm concerned. I mean there doesn't have to be snow or anything, but at least cold right? Least it made an outdoor chore I had to do more bearable.

Thumb hurts, Got some cold bags on it now so it's not sooo bad. Course, once I told my mum I don't like going to general stores, she took it and twisted it to I don't like going to ALL small stores, which is not what I said.
