    Well fuck, where to begin.
     
    This fandom is starting to get annoying.
     
    The majority of Bronies getting butthurt about Equestria Girls, the few who are too damn excited for it, me, I give less of a crap, to be rather honest, I never cared for it.
     
    Alicorn Twilight, Twilicorn, whatever the hell it's, I don't care about that either, yet majority of Bronies get real butthurt over it, and then a few get way to excited for it, and then me, not caring one bit whatsoever.
     
    Finally, the newer Bronies, it seems they're getting younger and much more immature, they make a much worse name for the fandom as a whole and don't even realize what the hell is going on.
     
    I don't want to make generalizations or stereotypes, but it feels like this is what the Fandom is turning into, and this place has just seemed so, boring. No more intellectual discussions, instead it's all about rubbing opinions in other members faces, getting in arguments over stupid shit, at times, the drama here gets worse than the /mlp/ board on 4chan, members leaving, flamewars starting, and so forth, I don't know if I can handle it any longer.
     
    The last few weeks, I have retreated to steam and Minecraft because of the fandom, along with my graduation, Grandma's funeral, and other situations in real life, it has been quite rough for me, so until further notice, lurk mode activated.

    Sam's Fanfic Friday!

    I thought of a new idea for a blog and have come up with one, Fanfic Friday.
     
    What is this idea?
     
    Well it's simple, every Friday I'll read a new fanfic, it can be any genre, length, and by any author, however, I have some rules regarding certain fics:
     
    1. I will not read fics along the lines of My Little Dashie, Cupcakes, Sweet Apple Massacre, or Fallout: Equestria. Please, those are incredibly overrated and boring fics.
     
    2. No trollfics, that should seem obvious.
     
    3. Read them before I do, not blindly hand me a fic that you haven't read.
     
    4. Don't spam me with fics, if you all suggest a fic at once, I'm just going to choose a random one from one of you.
     
    5. When I am finished, I will post a review and my final thoughts on it, if I liked, I will give it my seal of Approval and probably recommend it to others, if I hate, then it will be bashed and forgotten.
     
    6. I said any genre, but as for rule 2 about trollfics, I don't want any fanfics that have large levels of gore. I also don't want any with any sexual innuendos whatsoever in them.
     
    7. Do not tell many any fics to read under this blog,I will start doing this next Friday evening! If time permits!

    So I just re-watched Swag.MOV and I just wanted to give my final thoughts about the finale of the .MOV series.
     
    I enjoyed it very much, While not as much as the other .MOV series (Apple. MOV is my personal favorite), it was a nice break considering the fact that Hotdiggedydemon really worked it to make a decent finale. I enjoyed the fight scene between Discord and Rainbow Dash, Applejack's return, and the end. Many here might hate, some might love it, for me it was legitimate and entertaining, I don't love, but I sure don't hate it, and even if the last few episodes before where a bit bad and going downhill, this one actually had a boost in quality.

    MLP Confessions Episode 2!

    Get to shit, this is fucking real.
     
    - I don't like the season 2 finales, they where meh.
     
    - Luna is best princess
     
    - I kinda like some NSFW artwork and content, come at me bro
     
    - I think TF2/MLP crossover is dumb, but I think TF2 is dumb anyways....
     
    -Most PMV's are retarded and boring
     
    - .MOV got bad after shed.mov
     
    - I hate this "realistic" artwork where they make characters resemble horses a bit more, example, different colored, cloven hooves, bony legs, flat mane, etc.....
     
    - Applejack is not overrated, nor isn't she loved enough, she's just as popular as the rest of the mane 6, its just with most Bronies, they hate her for no reason at all, same with Rarity
     
    - Speaking of Rarity, she needed an episode this season!
     
    - Plus I love her singing voice
     
    - in order of who I think has the best looking mane it goes, RD, TS, PP, R, AJ, FS.
     
    - I don't like Fluttershy, at all.
     
    - Gummy is my favorite pet, followed by Tank, Owlicious, and Angel and a tie between Wionna and Opal.
     
    - Derpy isn't that interesting anymore, I lost my love for her after season 2 ended....
     
    - Dr. Whooves really isn't my favorite background pony at all, come to think of it, I'm not real big into Dr. Who....
     
    - I don't love and tolerate, I hate all humans equally, jk, but I don't love and tolerate.

    Why I love Rainbow Dash

    Eeyup another one of these blogs.
     
    Anyways I wanna make some things clear why I chose Rainbow Dash as my favorite (even though Applejack and Twilight Sparkle are kind of starting to be my absolute favorites).
     
    First and foremost, there is no best pony. It's all a matter of opinion and opinions change. When you say best pony, you mean your favorite, and then the argument comes, so when I say this pony is the best, it means, she/he is my favorite or your favorite.
     
    Second off let's get to this straight and forward:
     
    Back in August 2011 when I broke my vow to never watch and episode and watched the first few episodes, I really liked Rainbow Dash. I don't know why, but something about her character attracted me to the similarities we both shared. Being the element of loyalty, she never would leave her friends hanging, ever. I am a guy who never let his friends down and always tried to stick to them, sadly many never returned the favor. (everybody is different, I understand completely). Both of us have a sense of humor, a sense of adventure, and at times, I noticed I tend to be a bit self-centered, but so does Dashie. Following the episode, "Read it and Weep", she got into reading the Daring Do series, and possibly, reading in general. Reading is one of the things my mom really wanted me to get into, and I try reading as much as possible, and I read at least 2-3 books a month.
     
    While Dashie may not read as much as I do, in the series, "Friendship is Witchcraft", (Yay, noncanon material FTW!)she is portrayed as a nearsighted pony, as I am nearsighted in real life, this is nothing of significance, just a silly coincidence.
     
    Please leave a comment and a rating, I highly appreciate, a Brohoof may be nice too.
