That's kinda like another thing that those fanfics have done to me... I used to really hate the idea of older women with younger men. Like the thought of it made me angry. Probably since back in high school guys would tell me that my mom was hotter than me.... GRRRR. I too have read the CelestiaxTwilight and CelestiaxRoyal Guard and CelestiaxWhoever and she is basically an older woman with young men/women. It's kinda nice to think about now. The women who I've actually been crushing on is in her 40's and I'm in my 20's. Granted she looks amazing for her age.... but so does Celestia. lol.
If someone had told me a year ago that I would not only have feelings for another woman and the woman would be that much older than me I would have probably stormed off in disbelief.
yes Celestia DOES look great for her age, I've had feelings for older ladies... though the oldest was in her mid 30s, but that's another tale...and I'm not a girl

sounds neat, well good luck and hope to see Sprinkles all drawn and what not... I think she has some neat colours IMO. And people generally like her.

yeah most cosplayers seem very lazy and thrown together
as I said males never should cosplay as female ponies
-
any background pony really, just something good

how about a Trixie cosplayer

I would never cosplay as something from MLP and no man should

she's the super saiyan of the show, she ascended beyond the levels of a normal unicorn, something like that for every character would make the show fall into Dragonball Z territory where you get a so powerful few, most characters are rendered utterly useless

god no one reads what I say, about stock and stuff... they don't just make these things on demand like a chip wagon makes hot dogs
they never tried to stop any plushie makers except that infamous Lyra plushie
new show accurate plushies and what not are coming on the market, it seems they are listening to people and catering to the bronies, it takes time to make things, get materials, think of everything that goes into making something en masse.
I've worked in a factory before, and it just made fliers
But why am I bothering to explain all that will happen is more of the same "omg Hasbro hates us, they make things for kids ehhhh"

I just want MORE stuff like this:
And LESS stuff like this:
But sadly, the target audience is little kids and they don't really have much of a grasp on what quality is. They'll take any old inaccurate toy as ugly as it is and be content. If ugly toys like the bottom Twilight doll will sell, then why would they bother putting forth the effort? They sell tons of Pony toys that are just recolors of the main cast for Pete's sake.
thats a 3.5 style plush... what I imagine they do is make all this stuff BEFORE the show comes out.
They had no way of knowing bronies were gonna be a thing, or even last. I mean How many people actually thought it would get like it is, they couldn't just make newer toys and charge 3 times what the old ones were, what if bronies petered out and they couldn't sell these toys to kids, that'd be suicide!
What they seem to be doing is letting other companies make show accurate stuff, at a higher price, and keep to their normal stuff for kids, cheap and lower quality as the kids aren't gonna keep it like an adult will.
People don't know how companies work, how they make things and how they plan things.

you know being a brony (though I don't consider myself one) has never caused any issues, no one around me cares
I assume its my age, the fact I am not in high school, and what not
I mean sure my friendss "forbid" me to wear brony shirts and the like but I think that's a good thing at times

It's just probably people like me...who joined too late and are too whiny and stuff. Sorry for ruining the experience, that really was not my intention...
and you are?

I don't want this to be too similar to my little dashie... i want it to be funny, but keep a strange sort of atmosphere ...this is a tricky exercise

the forum was more tightly-knit, due to not being a place with however many members it has now. it was small, so users were more close to each other. that's the impression i got, anyway. it was a lot more relaxed, and rules were enforced but not brought down upon that much because people generally behaved better. it was much more friendly, now the place seems to have quite a bit of nasty, cynical characters. stuff like having a sub-forum dedicated to Alicorn Twilight just seems to confirm that, to me.
it's what i can think of now, anyway. i'm still here because, all things considered, this place still has one of the nicer userbases i've met. it's just not as good as it once were.
forums are never as good as they once were

trying to think up some funny hijinks this tiny Fluttershy who may or may not be in the main character's mind should get into

less creepy but it would only fit in at a theme park
