@@Dawn Stripes, Alex rolled his eyes. "Being attracted or liking someone is natural, you can't just choose. Magneus likes you for sure, but i know that he wouldn't get into a relationship. As for WHY he likes you? I'm not him, so i wouldn't be able to tell you" he explained. It was probably the only way to explain that, any other way would be too complicated and would go into brainy stuff. Alex was still hurting, but it wasn't as bad now. He probably wouldn't be healed for a while. 'These burns are going to give me nasty scars'

Fiera was relieved that she wasn't going to be dropped out anymore, but now she had to train with Swordpoint. Its not like she disliked him, its that she wanted to be able to show that she could do it herself. Fiera sighed and grabbed the small towel again then left for the showers. She didn't want to smell like this all day, and drying it all off wouldn't work. After finishing her shower and drying off she headed out to the edge of Canterlot. She was just a trainee and didn't have to work at the moment. She loved looking over the edge and out to Equestria, it filled her with a certain sensation that she couldn't describe.

@@Dawn Stripes, Alex was about to say something, but he stopped himself. He looked to be very uncomfortable. "Well... it was about 5 years ago, but... its really too personal and terrible to talk about. Not to mention Magneus, Aly and I have promised to each other not to ever speak of it again. Even just mentioning brings back the horrible memories..." he said quietly so hopefully Aly didn't hear even a faint whisper. He could tell Fluttershy wouldn't walk away without a real answer or some form of explanation. Alex groaned and hung his head. "You deserve to know the story..." he said and looked at her. "To start off... it wasn't just me, Magneus and Aly at first... there was also Sarah and Palin. This was around the time we were 14 or so. Sarah and Magneus both liked each other and they had a really great relationship, but Palin was extremely jealous because he wanted to be with Sarah." Alex took a deep breath before continuing. "Skip forward 1 year. We're still all together and everything is great, except for Palin. Over the course of the 1 year, he had tried to ruin the relationship between Magneus and Sarah, but it never seemed to work. One day, he just..." Alex paused, not knowing if he should continue with the story... 'She needs to know' "He snapped. He couldn't take it anymore. He kidnapped Sarah, r-" he wondered if that would be a word he should say around Fluttershy... she probably didn't even know what it meant. He hung his head and took another deep breath. "... violated her, killed her and then killed himself..." he said and looked up at Fluttershy for her reaction. "It wasn't until a week later that Magneus knew something happened to Sarah. Police got involved along with court, and everything was just a big mess... Magneus said he would never have a serious relationship again until he was well over 24. I feel he kind of overreacted just a bit to finding out Aly liked him all along, but i probably would too if i was him" he finished. Waves of emotion flooded him throughout telling the story, but he didn't want to show that. (This is probably a terribly written story, but i had to come up with something )

@, Fiera took a second to skim read over the form. It was exactly what Swordpoint said it was. She sighed and hung her head. "I guess i have no other options..." She took the paper into her hooves... and then ripped it in half (Technically thats not possible though without magic). "Alright then" she started with a smile. "When do we start?" she said and stood up.

@, Fiera nodded and sat down on the bench. "Sir, if i may speak freely... I'm afraid that i'm going to be kicked out. I know that i can be helpful to the military and i know i can improve, you just have to give me time" she requested desperately. She knew it was useless to try and convince him. She was doing poorly and she knew it. "Its my responsibility to make sure i am fit and ready for anything, so don't take it the wrong way if i refuse your help"

@@Feather Gem, It seemed Lionel didn't know that chocolate costed a lot more than maple syrup. Chocolate doesn't grow in Equestria, so it has to be imported from other places in the world, so it costs more to buy it. Maple syrup on the other hand is easily obtainable and comes in abundance. "I'll remember to not taunt you with chocolate whenever possible..." Fiera mumbled. She poured herself a glass of water and sat down next to Chamois.

@, Arcane shrugged and walked into the room that was supposedly hers. "I don't know if the stairs would be any better, but okay" he said and looked around the apartment. It was a lot different than the houses in Equestria. This place seemed to have a lot less colors strewn about. There was a bit of color here and there, but it wasn't the main attraction. "Are all apartments and houses this... colorless? I mean, of course everything has a color, but... its all dull compared to where i live" he said, trying not to be offensive.

Fiera looked over at Swordpoint. He didn't look angry, but it could just be a trick to try and get her not to worry. She quickly stood up and saluted, drops of sweat flying off of her. "Yes sir, in a moment" she said and picked up a small towel and attempted to dry most of her coat. Once she finished she threw the towel back on the bench and walked over to him. She hung her head slightly but still kept eye contact in respect. "What is it sir?" she asked with a hint of worry in her eye, hoping that she wasn't being dropped out of the military.

@@Feather Gem, Fiera shook her head and grabbed a plate, then proceeded to stick a slightly burnt pancake on there, then she covered the entire thing in maple syrup. "I don't care if they burn the pancakes, they always have enough syrup to cover up that yucky burnt taste!" she said with a smile. Nothing like pancakes and maple syrup to start the day off.

Fiera had been overworking herself by training hoof to hoof combat at the barracks. Most of her coat was either dampened or dripping with sweat. She took a second to take a seat and rest for a while. She didn't know if she could keep going or not, but she needed to keep getting stronger and faster to be able to prove her worth the Equestrian Military. A lot of ponies were trying to get in, and a lot of ponies were getting kicked out to allow space for the stronger and more able ponies. Fiera refused to get kicked out, and she was teetering on the edge of getting booted. The reason for them not accepting all of the new applicants is because they don't have the supplies needed to support all of the ponies if they accepted them all. Fiera would have preferred sticking to acrobatics, but here in the military, her skills could be used for more than just entertainment.

@@Dawn Stripes, Alex nodded slowly and looked over at her. "Aaaand? Is that it?... This is just typical life drama that happens every once in awhile this will sort itself out in time. As it seems, this is a love triangle, and those are annoying. The only way to fix it is to leave it. Sort it out with Aly and Magneus and agree that you can't have Aly, Aly can't have Magneus and Magneus can't have you, not that i'm saying any of you are things to be possessed..." he tried to help as much as he could. He had no idea what he was talking about, he was just pulling all of this out of his hat. He hoped it wouldn't screw everything over even more.

@@Dawn Stripes, Alex sighed and rolled his eyes. "I'm going to need more detail than that. What happened exactly?" he repeated his question. Unless he knew what was said and done, he wouldn't be able to help at all, although he had already partially guessed what happened.

@, Arcane nodded, but it was obvious he was uncomfortable. "It's just... uh... i've never been inside an 'elevator' so i'm not used to the movement of it. I'll be fine though" he said with a forced smile. He wondered if he could remove this sickness with his magic, but it seemed he didn't have a horn to channel it through. The appendages on the two limbs attached to his upper body slightly resembled a horn. If they could channel magic, then it would be like having 10 horns. Imagine all the magic he could perform!... But he doubted they could. These things were soft and squishy, unlike a horn. He was relieved when the elevator stopped. @@Dawn Stripes, Alex assumed chaos and a lot of yelling from Magneus, and reasoning and kindness from Aly, but that might not have been the case. "Okay, so what happened?"

@@Feather Gem, (Thing is, i can't mention you for some reason, it only lets me quote a space in your post) Fiera shook her head. "I don't feel cold at all actually. Don't know why you two are" she said with a shrug. (I don't know what to do for the food) "Maybe its some sort of... Alicorn-y magic stuff" she thought out loud. That could be the case, but she never used magic.

@@Dawn Stripes, As it seemed, Aly didn't bother to come help Alex. Her mind was too occupied on how she could explain everything to Magneus, it seemed a bit hopeless though. Alex was now very curious. "What exactly did you need help with?" he asked, taking pauses to grunt or groan in pain.

@@Dawn Stripes, (I already said he didn't have a shirt on... twice) Alex sighed, trying to ignore the pain. "I know i'm going to be fine. The way i see it; If it doesn't kill me, then i will always be fine. But... i have to ask. What were you doing holding a pan of bacon in front of my door?" he asked, hoping it wasn't some weird 'I'm sorry' kind of thing.

@@Feather Gem, (The only person i see mentioning anyone is me. I don't follow topics because it notifies me me of EVERY post and not just the posts i want to read) After seeing that the food was now ready and available, Fiera quickly got up from her seat and trotted over to the food. She heard Lionel say something about not wearing a coat because Chamois wasn't. "Why would you not wear something because somepony else won't? Thats like not eating at a restaurant because somepony else is very hungry but can't afford food. Seems a bit foalish"

@@Dawn Stripes, (Had no shirt. Isn't Magneus) Alex had to keep himself from trying to treat the burns himself, for it would only result in more pain and burning. The water felt like it was only making it worse. He yelled and swore multiple times while Fluttershy was out and looking for bandages to help him. "ALY KEEPS THEM IN HER ROOM!" he yelled, hoping Fluttershy heard him.

@@Dawn Stripes, (Fluttershy used aroma, it was very effective!) Alex could tell from the smell that someone was cooking bacon. But... Magneus was gone to work and Aly didn't like cooking bacon... so that left Fluttershy, who hated bacon, or even the idea of it... Something fishy was going on, or in this case, something porky... Alex got up from bed, not bothering to put on a shirt and made his way to the door. He opened it and started to walk out at a faster than normal speed, only to have his chest burnt by a pan of cooking bacon! He reeled back in pain and screamed in agony. "BY THE NINE ****ING DIVINES WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?" he yelled into his hands. He knew not to touch the burned area. He hoped that Fluttershy knew how to treat burns. @, Arcane was confused and a tad bit uncomfortable. Electricity? That could only be controlled by magic, and she just said it didn't use magic... this place was surely strange, and Arcane hoped he could go back home soon. The upward moving sensation from the elevator was weird, and honestly made him a bit sick to his stomach.

@@Dawn Stripes, (That... was kinda sad) ~The next day - 7:49AM~ At this point, Aly just wanted to shrivel up and die. She already had the shrivel up part down, now she just needed to die. She was half asleep, meaning she was awake, but didn't want to be. Alex had no idea what happened last night, he fell asleep too fast. He isn't going to wake up any time soon. Magneus eventually came back to the house... but then he realized he had nowhere to sleep, so he rented a room at a nearby hotel. He was already gone and at work.

@@Dawn Stripes, Aly smiled... well, sort of. The singing was helping her fall asleep. Aly was lucky to have such a good friend. Even though all she could think about right now was Magneus, she could tell she was dozing off. Not before long (if you repeat this in your head, it doesn't make any sense), she fell asleep. Everything was quiet, and only Fluttershy was awake now... but there was also Magneus. ~Some street in the middle of Glasgow~ Magneus kicked an aluminum can into an alleyway, scaring a few cats away from their meal of fish bones. "Why am i so stupid... i shouldn't have walked out like that. I looked like a total jerk! Not to mention i probably broke her heart..." he mumbled. He didn't know what to do any more. He couldn't face Aly, and he couldn't go and try and talk to Fluttershy either, she hates him... or at least, thats what he thought. She gave all her flipping attention to Aly, all her care to Aly. 'Element of 'Kindness' my rear end' he thought. 'I should have left her on the doorstep i found her on'...

@, Arcane took a second to review the automatic opening doors. "See? You have magic. These doors couldn't just open on their own without it" he said with a smile and stepped into the elevator. The doors closed and there was a panel of what looked to be numbers. "Uh... so... is this where you live? In this... tiny room?" he questioned. @@Dawn Stripes, Aly looked up and over at the hot chocolate, but it wouldn't make a difference. "Chocolate can't help me, this is true sorrow..." she said between sobs. She was glad Fluttershy was trying to help her, but Fluttershy couldn't fix this. "I've just ruined my chance with him. After 11 years you would think i could be able to tell him before all of this..." she said, but this time she didn't have to force it through sobs. "I know this might seem a bit messed up, but... if i wasn't a Christian, i would have-..." she was ready to say something, but stopped herself. It would just make Fluttershy feel worse, and she didn't want that to happen. Aly turned away from Fluttershy and tried to fall asleep.

@@Feather Gem, Fiera rolled her eyes at Chamois and looked back to Lionel. "Nice to meet you Lionel! Well, i was going to tell the story of how i got here, but its nothing special. My parents just disappeared one day and i was taken here. There is no evidence of where they went or how they left" she said with a sigh.

OOC _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Magneus Varkari, a normal human. One day, as he was walking to the store to buy some supplies for his 19th birthday, a man approached him from a dark alley. "Hey man, wanna see a magic trick? I take requests. Just step into my office if you're interested" the man said and then disappeared into the alley again. Magneus, being the curious person he was, shrugged and decided to follow him. It was probably a joke, or an attempt on his life, but he knew how to defend himself. When they reached the dead end of the alley, there was a small tent. They both went in, and to Magneus' surprise, it was a lot bigger than it looked like from the outside. "So, what will it be? Cut you in half then put you back together? Pull a rabbit out of your ear?" "How about... send me to another world with living creatures?" he requested jokingly, he knew for sure it wasn't possible. "Ooo, good idea. I haven't done that one in ages!" the man said and started to gather seemingly random objects from around the room. He set them all around Magneus and said a few words, and without warning, everything started to fade away. "Have a nice trip!" the man said and laughed maniacally as Magneus' world disappeared. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ 'Agh, that weirdo did something to me...' he thought. He was short of breath and had trouble opening his eyes, but he could feel the grass beneath himself. He lifted himself and and tried to forcefully pry his eyes open with his fingers. It worked, and now he could see everything around him. It was... Where was he? He wasn't where he was a few minutes ago, thats for sure. He was on top of a hill in a large apple tree orchard, probably the biggest he had ever seen. He could have sworn it went on for miles. The only sign of civilization he could see was a red barn and a smallish town about a two hours walk away. "Great, i'm going to miss my birthday..." he mumbled and started his long trek to the town, or at least the barn so he could make a phone call. ~~Two hours and 17 minutes later~~ He finally reached the barn, and found a small house nearby as well. Probably the owners of the barn and the orchard. 'They must be rich with all the apples they sell' he thought, looking back at the orchard briefly. He walked to the small house near the barn and knocked on the door three times. He noticed that everything was a bit... small. Well, not exactly small, but it wasn't normally sized. After a bit of shuffling from inside, the door was finally answered. "Sorry, i'm a bit lo- WHAT THE HECK!?" he freaked out and backed away from the door. To his surprised, an orange... well, it sort of resembled a pony, but it was a bit deformed for a pony. Nevertheless, it answered the door. It looked just as surprised as he was. "Whut 'n tarnation!?" the pony exclaimed, quickly shutting the door and locking it. "Well thats a bit rude..." he mumbled. 'Wait a second... did it just TALK?' He knocked again, but there was no answer, only a voice coming from a nearby window. "Uh... go away! Nopony's home!" the pony yelled and then ducked before he could catch a look at it. "Yup, it talked... Well, this certainly is strange... maybe there are actual humans in the town" he thought out loud and started to walk towards the town. 'Obviously this is some sort of dream that guy put me in. Stupid, i should have never gone into that tent' he thought. ~~A few minutes later~~ He finally reached the town... but there were no humans, just more ponies. "ALRIGHT THEN, I THINK I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS SILLY DREAM, YOU CAN WAKE ME UP NOW!" he yelled to the sky in hope that he would wake up soon. But until that happened, he kept walking into town. As soon as the ponies saw him, they would cower into their homes. Eventually he ended up stumbling upon a tree-house... no literally, it was a house made from the tree itself. It was a rather big tree too. He spotted a lavender pony peeking out through a window at him. She didn't show fear, but instead interest. Like she wanted to know more about him. He waved at the pony, but as soon as it realized he could see it, it cowered. "Alright then..." he mumbled. ~Twilight Twilight ducked below the window and looked over at Spike. "It saw me Spike!" she whispered over to him. "What do we do Twilight?" he asked, hoping he wouldn't be seen by the creature either. "I don't know, but personally, i think we should inform Princess Celestia. Bring me a piece of parchment, an inkwell and a quill. Fast!" she told him. He nodded and quickly rushed to the study room where he found and brought back the requested items. "Here you go Twilight" he said and handed them to her. She grabbed them in her magic and quickly wrote down a message to the Princess, telling about the mysterious creature roaming around the town. She rolled it up into a scroll once she was finished and handed it to Spike. The young dragon took a deep breath and blew his magical fire onto the scroll. It turned into a wispy green smoke and disappeared. "Alright. Now all we can do is wait and hope for a reply" she said and relaxed. She knew the princess could take care of this with ease. ~Magneus He wandered around for another hour before he could hear voices from behind him. He turned around to see two ponies that were wearing golden armor. "There it is!" one of them exclaimed. They both rushed over to him and cast what seemed to be magic towards him. A bubble of golden magic surrounded him, holding him in mid air. "Hey, what's the big idea!" he yelled, but they couldn't hear him. He pounded on the bubble for a few seconds, but realized he was either too weak to break through the magic, or it was unable to be broken. "Good, now to bring it back to the Princess. There its fate will be decided..." the other guard said and nodded towards Magneus. The first guard closed the magic bubble on him, putting him to sleep. ~~Three days later~~ Magneus woke up, but he wasn't where he expected to be. He could tell from the cast iron metal bars and dirty mattress he was laying on, that this was... "Prison... you're kidding me" he said to himself. He sighed and looked up at the ceiling. To him it felt like only a few hours had passed since he arrived here. He hoped that this dumb dream would end soon, he didn't look forward to spending much time in prison.

@, Arcane nodded in understanding. He understood the concept of different languages, but everypony in Equestria spoke Equestrian. He followed Emily over to the elevator and waited. "I don't understand why you would call it something else if its practically the same thing" he said. It was like saying hair instead of mane. Most ponies called it a mane, but it was composed of hair, so some ponies called it such.
