Marathon

Stacy was able to look at Rose again. Something in her voice wasnt right, almost like regret. *Dose she...no. She couldnt possibly think i was a bad choise.......right?* stacy looked around her. "Rose...is there something youre not telling me?" She asked, her tone was worried that her assumption might be correct.

Stacy watched as Rose put a splint on her leg. "Thanks." Stacy paused a second to think. "Hey, Rose. Im...im sorry about earlier. I had a little chat with Scamps." She looked away a little ashamed. "I guess i was a little to protective of you. And also im sorry i tried to kill myself on the boat..and...over all im just sorry."

Stacy looked down at her leg. "I think i broke it earlier. It hurts a lot, i dont think i can straighten it." She said trying to move it but immediately pulled it back as the pain shot up her leg again. Stacy looked at Rose with worry in her eyes, "What am i supposed to do?"

Stacy awoke from the ground beneth her shaking. She quickly got to her feet forgeting about her leg, she yelled at the pain. After the stabbing in her leg stopped she prepared herself and started her way down. When she got to the springs she saw Star, Somber, and Rose. Quickly making er way to them paniting she asked, "Guys, whats...going on? The ground was just shaking, and wheres everyone else?" Stacy sat down and held her leg close to her body, looking between the trio as she did.

Stacy was dissapointed when Rose walked pass her twice! She let out a sigh but didnt move. "Well i guess ive got nothing to do but sit here and think. And sleep." She said talking to herself to keep her mind occupied. She didnt know what to do so he gave up on trying to get help anymore. So she closed her eyes and sliped into a deep sleep.

With no response from Scamps, Stacy prepared herself as she pushed herself back up. The shift moved her leg more and she held her breath to keep from yelling from the pain. When she was on her feet again she looked around to see if there was anything, but she didnt know what she was looking for. *Ok, i just have to somepony.* she thought having someone to lean on would be a good idea. Instead she sat down to think lightly rubbing her leg to try a massage the pain away. After a few minutes she realized that no one was coming and that she would have to endure the pain. So she got up and slowly made her way past the hot springs and to the cliff that Spark had atempted to jump off of, but found no one. Suddenly Stacy remembered something. She quickly made her way to the tree Scamps had picked her up from and kicked it as hard as possible. She feel back down, bitting her tounge so she wouldnt scream. *Please let this work!* her thoughts desperate.

Stacy held still as the pain melted away. She looked around quickly and saw..."Scamps! Scamps, i need your help!" Stacy yelled as loud as she could. *I hope she still not to mad at me.* her thoughts were mixed up as she tried to think of anypony who could help her if Scamps didnt.

Dark lord didnt kill himself(spark), stacy broke her leg earlier and is now back at the springs. Rose is sleeping on a rock in the forest to think. That pretty much covers today.

Stacy got up again gritting her teeth from the pain as it went up her leg. It now hurt to barely move it. *ok, lets take this slow.* she thought putting her saddlebag back on while tryin to keep her leg still. After she got it on stacy took a short break to let the pain pass, then started a slow walk back to the springs to hopefully find rose. Or anypony who has medical training. It eventually got to the point where she had to stop every five feet so the pain would die down. *finally! The springs!* she thought happily as she continued to do her three leg limp over. When she made it she colapsed on the ground, as she did her whole leg up to her shoulder felt like it was being stabbed. Stacy screamed in pain and lightly held her bad leg to keep from moving it anymore.

Ehh, needles. I have a phobia for needles...what ever it would be called. Theyre like the scarriest thing ever.

Stacy got bored playing her ocarina and put it away. What scamps had said rang in her head, and it wouldnt go away. "Maybe she needs to stop listening to the forest." That got to stacy the most. And maybe she was a little over protective of rose. She hated scamps right now but stacy also understood. Her leg started to hurt again and she cringied at the pain as it reached her shoulder. *I really need to get this looked at* she thought with worry as she looked around her surroundings.

Stacy backed off from Scamps. She spotted her saddlebag and went over to pick it up. She checked to make sure everything was still inside it then flung it on her back. *I need to away for a while. All this stuff is starting to get to me.* her thoughts ended as she began into the forest. After a few minutes she came to a small smooth rock to sit on. When she did it felt cool, wich relaxed Stacy some. She then pulled out her ocarina and began to play. (Nom times. Be back in 30)

Stacy stopped for a second and went up to scapms looking her straight in the eye. "You know what i think?" Stacy began her tone growing in anger. "I think you just dont want me to be with her. You probably think its wrong, dont you?" She let her words sink in a little. "Well you know what? I love her, and i would do anything for her." She said while gritting her teeth to keep from yelling.

As scamps lifted her into the air, Stacy squirmed around. "Hey! Let go of me!" She was then set down at the hot springs. "Scamps what was that for?" She asked in frustration. She didnt even listen for an answer instead she got up and started to pace around. Stacy was nervous about leaving rose up there with spark, especially after him kissing her. Her hoof was still hurting but she ignored it even as it got worse.

Stacy looked at Scamps as she went off on her. She looked at Rose and held her gaze for a second then got up and started walking away with her ears flat against her head. Scamps was right though, that probably wasnt the best idea at the time. Stacy didnt go far though. She hid behind a tree that was with ear shot so she could listen in, but wondered if it was a good idea.

Stacy looked up at Rose. "M-my leg?" She looked down at it. "I...i feel down a hill and on my way down it got smashed into a rock. I think its just sprained though." She said looking away from Rose. "But dont worry ill be fine." Her voice sad. Stacy kissed Rose to reasure her that she was fine, even though she really wasnt.

Stacy was tired of this. She went to rose and shook her head with teary eyes. "Lets just go he not going to listen." She said hugging rose tightly. "I dont know if i can handle any more of this...i..." She didnt finish as her words broke down into more sobs. All the things happening were tearing her apart, she didnt know how much more she could handle.

Stacy shook her head, tears still flowing. "No, no, please just dont do it. Im begging you dont do it. Its not worth it. Its not worth it, think about how youre going to leave us feeling. Theres to much going on and i cant handle letting somepony kill them self. Just please, for tonight. If you cant do it for me, then do it for Rose or Star, Somber. Just dont..." Stacy was at her breaking point and she could tell. *Dammit spark i still need you! Youre the only one who is able to send letters.* she thought to herself unable to speak anymore.

Stacy began to cry. She didnt know what to do at this point. She didnt want Spark to die. "Why do you have to Spark? Do you think its really worth it? Well its not! We care about you, isnt that enough?" Stacy couldnt say anymore. She was tired of everything that was happening.

Stacy was horrified at what she was hearing. Did he really want to die that much? She looked at rose to see if she would do it, she prayed she wouldnt do it. "Dammit just let him go!" She yelled at rose and immediately took a step back at what she had said. "Im sorry i didnt mean to say it like that..." She looked from spark to rose and then back with panicked eyes.

Stacy was offended by what spark said and was about to yell at him until rose used her magic to keep him from doing anything. She watched as the trees wrapped around his legs. It made her want to laugh but kept herself from doing so. Stacy began to limp again as she went up to Spark. "Im sorry Spark if i made your life worse, but i dont want you to kill yourself and neither dose anypony else. You dont know whats its like trying to." Stacy paused remembering the numerous times she had tried to kill herself back in ponyville. "Its not worth it. If you really feel like you have to then im just going to leave. I dont need to see anymore dead ponies today." Her expression was sad but understanding as she knew how Spark felt right now, and Honestly couldnt blame him.
