  1. Feather Gem
    The materials from my last entry have been made into stuff! Yay!



    Anyway...


     

    First, I made my hooves.





     

    You can't tell, but the color is very nice.



    On the right are my back hooves and on the left are my front hooves.



    I showed them from the back and front. The back does have the paper fasteners but I think it looks neat xD



    I'm not sure if I'll use these because they are a bit silly.


     

    Then, I made my tail.








     

    The tail is absolutely ridiculous.



    I'll have to attach it to a belt as well, to get it on.



    And its so...flat.



    And like the hooves, not sure if I'll use it.


     

    Finally, the cutie mark.





     

    On the right, its shown on the foam of my tail, so you get the idea.



    On the left, its shown on the skirt I'm planning to wear.



    I mean, come on, the skirt just screams Twilight Sparkle.



    I'll say more about that in my next entry.


     

    I thought of showing you how the hooves look on me, but I'd rather not...

    Yep. I've got some foam and fabric and paper fasteners to start making my cosplay costume! Yay.
     
    As you can see, I have two sheets of dark blue foam, to make my tail. I have one sheet of pink foam for the stripe in my tail. I have five sheets of purple foam, one for the stripe in my tail, and the other four to make...well to make hooves!
    Not sure if I'll actually use the hooves and tail in the end of it all...but whatever.
     
    And then I can put them together with those paper fasteners.
     
    The fabric is to make my cutie mark, two in fact. I've got dark pink and white, although you can't really tell with my silly picture there.
     
    This'll be fun.

    My Skirt Is Done!

    So yes. A few weeks ago, I received my package from WeLoveFine. In it, I got a Twilight Sparkle shirt, pony ears, a pony horn and a pair of pony wings for my costume! (also I got a Nightmare Moon shirt, a Luna bag, and a Discord shirt. Because I can.)


     

    So here's what the shirt looks like:






    Actually, the one I bought is so flippin' huge. But that's alright as I had planned to tuck it into my skirt anyway. More Twi-Twi style I think...


     

    And the wings:






    I don't have the actual pictures right now as I got them for my birthday and wrapped 'em up for fun. Maybe I'll take a pic then.



    You know...maybe.


     

    Oh hey I also got this hairband! It's awesome Cx The color is so close to Twily's mane so why not?






    Oh look, my head!





     

    And the ears and horn I received were actually the wrong color! More like the color of Twily's mane than her coat. It seemed more fit for a Luna cosplay which I don't plan to do!



    So I wanted to dye them, but they were too dark.



    So i decided to paint them. I don't know how they'll feel after that but if anyone tries to touch them I'd flinch away anyway. The important thing to me is the color. They have to match my hooves and my wings.


     




    There they are.



    Up there.



    Drying.



    They need a couple more coats I think (heh...coats)



    But...yeah.



    And oh yes, that is a lizard outside!



    Welcome to where I live!


     

    And finally, my skirt!



    Yes! I finished sewing the cutie mark to da skirt! Yayz!



    I decided to only do one side because two would seem like too much and also because I can't sew.



    I'm surprised the skirt hasn't burst into flames yet as well.



    It looks okay on the outside but you should see the inside xD


     






     

    Yep. That's it for now I think.



    After this, I got to sew my tail up to a belt or something. Maybe I won't use it. Then I got to finish up on those ears. Then for Christmas I'll buy the wig and that guidebook that looks like The Elements of Harmony book.


     

    ...



    Okay now shoo.

    I had this dream two nights ago.


     

    Part One:



    Twilight tries to help a stallion ghost.



    A mare ghost tries to stop her, but Twilight doesn't know its a ghost.


     

    That's all I can remember.


     

    Part Two:



    Twilight stands in hallway. The hallway is connected to another hallway. The hallway she stands in has a door at each end. The hallway isn't very long.



    The door on the left has a notice board on it. The wall also has a notice board on it.



    Twilight is talking to the mare ghost. She doesn't realize its a ghost.



    Suddenly, she hears Celestia behind her. She turns around.



    I switch to Celestia's point of view. I can see Celestia's mane over one of my eyes. But...it isn't her mane, its one of my characters hair styles. White. Short. Over one eye. But I know I'm Celestia.



    Celestia pushes Twilight away from the mare ghost. She yells at her and why she can't talk to the mare.



    "She'd hurt you if she could!" she finishes.



    Twilight looks very confused. Suddenly, the door on the left bursts open. Cold air rushes out. I cannot see the cold air, or feel it. But I know its there. The mare turns to the door. I switch to the view from inside the door, looking out.



    I switch to the view from next to the open door, behind three tacks. One red, one yellow, and one purple. Celestia sees them. She jumps forward and snatches the tacks off of the notice board and flings them across the room dramatically.



    The door slams shut and the mare ghost disappears.



    (what power do tacks have over ghosts I'll never know!)



    Celestia and Twilight stare at the tacks on the floor. Celestia points at the door at the right and screams at Twilight to go study. Twilight slumps through the door and into a classroom from what I saw from outside the door.



    Celestia throws herself to the floor and grabs the tacks so quickly, like shes afraid if she doesn't, the ghost will get them.



    Back to Celestia's point of view, she goes over to the notice board on the wall. She holds two in her hoof and puts one into the notice board, the red one.



    But for some reason, the board is very thin and she can still see the silver of the tack poking out of the board. Confused, she pulls it back out and drops them all again.



    She jumps down and grabs them. From the right door, she can hear Twilight talking to the teacher.



    "Sir please! I have to get out there and see whats going on! Princess Celestia needs me! Come on!"



    She puts the red one in again. Suddenly, she feels a small, tiny, stab of pain.



    Yes. I actually felt it for real.



    She looks down at her hoof. But it isn't a hoof. Its a hand. I don't notice.



    The purple tack falls to the floor. The yellow tack is...



    Actually, take caution reading this next part.



    The yellow tack is in her palm, under her pinkie finger. Its going through and coming out. Its underneath the skin, pulling the skin upwards. It looks hideously painful.



    But it only hurts a bit.



    Celestia slowly pulls it out.



    "Ow."
