Personality: Sweet, charming to most ponies she meets. Likes to drink socially when the time is right, otherwise can be depended upon when needed. Commitment is an issue for her as she has a past of self-hatred for herself. She never had the chance to fully get beyond her issues so she is almost always having one hoof out the door if she feels she needs to escape again. Can sometimes be clingy but usually maintains a reserved composure in most cases. If she finds a real friend, she will almost always follow them even if their actions are somewhat questionable.

Backstory: A weather pony working in Manehattan, she keeps to herself most of the time. Although she likes to be reserved, she still maintains a small set a close friends. Her parents reside primarily in Ponyville preferring the quiet life versus the hustle and bustle of city life. Just trying to set her life up and getting settled is the main catalyst for her move at this moment in time.
