Appearance: He is usually always covered in some kind of high tech armor or suit, but he's a black unicorn with blond hair (including his tail, mane [not visible in picture] and his goatee)

Personality: He's brash, hot headed, arrogant, and brilliant. If it needs fixing, it's just about guaranteed he can fix it. His armor is top of the line and his tools are just as good. He uses his magic to be able to sense how things work and either put them together or take them apart.

Backstory: Born to a young mother and father, Tech had a good childhood relationship with his parents. When he was old enough, he moved out on his own. He went to a decent school, and got a decent job. One day though, everything changed. He was on his way home and got lost due to the fact it was getting dark and it was stormy. He ended up in the middle of a scrap yard. With nothing else to do but wait out the storm, Tech set to work on just tinkering around with some of the parts. He made a flashlight. A high power waterproof flashlight which he was able to use to get home in the storm. The next day, he got all the money he owned together and moved to the scrap yard, working for its owner. Eventually, he had enough money to but the scrap yard. Now he's converted it into a full blown technology laboratory. The limits of what he can make seem nonexistent.
