So, I haven't seen this show. I remember the toys when I was a kid. I came across the story of the fellow who married a pony though, and after following it for a while, I noticed how cruel everyone was being to him, and how.... generally... decent he was. When creating a thread, please remember that the goal is to start a conversation with room for many people to chime in and give their own viewpoints on, and that sharing events of an anecdotal nature would be better done elsewhere. Given that this is such a nice and kind gesture, however, it would be a rather shame for this gift to go undelivered and not appreciated.
