Twilight tele-grabbed rainbow in flight in Lesson Zero; Trixie, a weaker unicorn, did it again in Boast Busters. You need to find evidence of Twilight's magical attacks being slower than lightning consistently... and good luck with that.

The Sonic Rainboom is a magical phenomena, not every creature is going to make one. And ponies do indeed have superhuman reactions, at minimum; to even see Rainbow Dash move, let alone do her tricks that everybody's watching, you'd have to have well above human reactions. And wanking is majorly overexaggerating the strengths of your character; I don't believe i'm doing that here. Could Twilight win if Bakura were to summon Blue Eyes or God Cards or Zorc? No. Can she blitz him before he can do that? Yes, and you haven't given me anything to indicate he's above human in reactions, or strength, or that he has any hax that would prevent Twilight from reliably dealing with him. I'd like to mention that Bakura's immortality has more to do with the fact that he IS the Millenium Ring, so unless you destroy it, he'll just come back, maybe 5 minutes later. The ring isn't easy to destroy either, Ra hit it dead on with a wave of fire and it was fine. As for his time travel, it's a bit hard to describe. Basically he enters a different dimension and tries to change the past by moving around game pieces with a game board

There are tons of ways to counter that, easiest one being using the Dark Sanctuary card. In effect, Discord will be unable to hurt him due to that card's effect, letting Bakura stall until his Destiny Board works

Except that Bakura can also warp reality himself. His Heart of the Cards is almost as good as Yugi's and probably equal to Atem's. 

 

Discord's reality warping isn't limitless, Tirek wiped the floor with him. All Bakura needs is to use Dark Sanctuary, which can block the strikes of an Egyptian God, someone stronger than Tirek.

That worked out well against Tirek. If someone's magic aura so to speak is too strong, Discord can't do anything to them
