Bugs bunny is using silliness that is not a power and doesn't count especially since it is for comedy. They took it seriously though then pinkie pie is the most powerful pony, bugs can beat super man and goku in arm wrestling, and there is writer who wrote this existence.

Yup, Bugs Bunny could indeed do that

 

As for Pinkie's toon breaking, she hasn't done anything too impressive other than talk to the audience, nothing to the level of Bugs.

Going back to the topic. I wonder if Twilight can use the Reformation spell on Bakura. If it could (possibly) work on a Lord of Chaos then i'm pretty sure it would work on a boy with a split personality disorder (which he basically is )

Actually he is possessed by the spirit of an ancient Egyptian thief that got sealed inside the Millennium Ring, it has shown him weakened while inside regular Bakura's body because of his efforts to resist his presence but that is the only situation I can see a reformation spell working. Of course it would depend on how strong his influence would be at the time, he has control most of the time but there have been a few cases where he has lost control which is usually when regular Bakura's friends are in danger. That is the case though with Yami Marik who is indeed a dark manifestation of the regular Marik caused by him going completely insane.

 Discord can summon anything out of thin air. Including Bakura's cards. Probably beat him with his own attacks or just mirror his deck entirely. All for shits and giggles.

 

Also given the nature of chaos, even if Baukura could win he would still lose. 

Twilight needs the elements to summon Discord, which makes it counter intuitive, since the elements are stronger.

I remember one of the books or the anime mentioning that if you spell a persons name wrong 3 times in the a deathnote then that book cannot kill that person anymore.
